The staff are amazing, it was my first time there. Very friendly and welcoming people. It didn't take long to get the oil change I needed and the pricing was great. They communicate well and have been fast at responding to any of my inquiries. Definitely recommend them. I'll be returning for any future work needed on my vehicle. read more

I do not usually write negative reviews, especially for local businesses, but I felt it was important to share my experience with Revive Auto Center in case it helps others make an informed decision. I first used Revive Auto Care to replace a control arm on my Infiniti QX60. I found them on Yelp, appreciated their positive reviews, and liked that they communicated over text. That repair went well, so when my AC started blowing hot air, I decided to return. They initially charged me $100 for diagnostics and a refrigerant top-off, then told me I needed a new compressor and quoted approximately $1,200. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday. By Wednesday and Thursday, they still had not identified the issue, but they continued replacing parts including the compressor, condenser with receiver drier, premium line kit, secondary rear AC expansion valve, blend door actuator, cabin filter, and recharged the AC system. By Friday, the vehicle was still not repaired, and they ultimately determined that the battery was bad and not providing enough amperage to properly run the AC system. They replaced the battery and told me the issue was fixed, which naturally made me question whether all of the previously replaced parts were actually necessary. The total had also increased to approximately $2,500, and at no point during the process was I contacted for approval on the additional repairs and charges. When I picked up the vehicle Friday evening, the AC was still blowing hot air. In addition, the vehicle was revving abnormally both while driving and while sitting in neutral. It is now Tuesday, and my messages have gone unanswered. On Saturday, I brought the vehicle to Infiniti for another opinion. I was told that the AC system had been overcharged by 1.73 lbs of refrigerant, which they said was causing the issues I experienced after picking the car up. I understand that diagnosing AC problems can be difficult and unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of communication, failure to request approval for major additional repairs, and returning the vehicle in worse condition than when it was dropped off made this a very disappointing experience. read more

Revive Auto Center - Infiniti Dealer removing overfilled refrigerant - Auto Repair Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

An auto shop that's reliable, honest and upfront with everything from costs to expectations. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Anytime something came up. They informed me, showed me a price and it was all easily accessible on my phone. No app and each price was clearly itemized. I will be happy to come back for any problem that shows up on my car in the future. read more

I was looking for a new shop to work with that was closer to home. . I have a mobile mechanic I trust and he replace my A/C compressor and expansion valve , but didn't have the equipment to recharge the system. I turn to yelp and read the review. Sent out several request. They were prompt and give me the summer special. Read a review that it only took 1 hr and was honest and knowledgeable mechanics not a sell person . I made a appoint and I was in and out in less then one hour. Nice to find a mom and papa operation with good honest mechanics . I'll definitely will be recommending them and coming back for other service. Thank you so much. read more

Great experience. Need more of these mechanics that know how to push what is necessary without selling you something they want to do.

I showed up to get an estimate and after going over all my options we decided not to get the work done, however, they were excellent to work with and I would go there for any future needs. read more

From start to finish, I was very happy with the level of service they provided. They communicated very well what was wrong with my car and what it would cost and take to fix it. The only bump in the road was they needed to keep my car an extra day and I did not hear about it until I called to inquire about the status. I will be going back. read more

Great service! Car was fixed same day after the part arrived! Now it is running great!

My car was a target of vandalism earlier this year and I used Yelp to get quotes for scratch repair. Allen from Revive Auto Center was super responsive and so I set up an appointment to get an estimate. I found the shop easily and was welcomed by the team. Allen and his wife are very understanding people and I felt comfortable talking to them and explaining my situation. I received an estimate not long after I left the shop, and was able to set up a time to bring in my car the following week. I felt I was given a fair estimate which I am grateful for. Drop off was simple, thanks to Austin. I was told it would take a few days for my car to be ready, so I was prepared. I called the office at the end of the week and was sent an invoice and a pickup time. My car looks great and they did a lot of work considering the time it was in the shop. I really appreciate Allen and his team and recommend him for body shop repairs! read more

Allen and his team are exceptional individuals that really care about their customers. I discovered them thru Yelp as you can request estimate and price services. Needing my a/c Freon serviced and by far his prices were the most inclusive and cost effective. I provided my dealerships diagnostics report. He and his team walked me the entire way and gave me varios price/ service options. When I decided the one I wanted to move forward made an appointment left my vehicle and they let me know o needed a new ac compressor! It was 3 times more than what I was going to spend. I talked about different options and that this part came with a lifetime At that time I was ready to give up and not have a working ac because it would take me sometime to collect the money for my repairs. I found out there is a payment plan option I was approved and he ordered the parts right away and dropped off my car even the parts arrived. The part that arrived was defective and they had to order a new one for safety reasons. The turnaround time was simply unheard of he got the new part the very next day and had my working vehicle with freezer cold ac the very next day. I used to work total loss and estimates for an insurance carrier and never in life have scene so much motivation and dedication to help a stranger that will now be a lifelong customer. I know as a female some individuals or vendors may way to pull a fast one thinking most women don't know about cars. Allen and his team were honest, courageous and committed to helping everyone! You can see they love what they do and helping their clients. I recommend them whole heartedly if you want an honest and transparent service vendor! Revive is your one stop shop! read more

This review is a long time coming! As with all major vintage auto restorations, there is a HUGE learning curve for ALL concerned. It took me some time to realize this and I can only hope that the Revive staff can forgive my neglect with this review, and lack of understanding of all the dedication and hard work that it took to transform my dad's vintage 1952 Chevy 3100 pickup from an old rust bucket into a beautifully restored showpiece! The smile it brought to my dad's face when he first saw "his (restored) baby" is something that I will never forget and always cherish! Allen and his staff poured every ounce of their souls into this restoration and spent extra time + weekends to try to get it show-ready. I can't say enough good things about the body shop staff (Jose, Guillermo, Sergio), and Revive master mechanic, Austin. They exceeded my expectations and were certainly the most conscientious, professional, and respectful auto shop personnel that I have ever had the privilege of entrusting to work on my vintage truck (before or since). If you are looking for a reliable auto shop staff to entrust with your vehicle (especially your vintage vehicle), I highly recommend that you stop in and talk with Allen and meet his staff. I am certain you'll find their dedication and professionalism unrivaled! Thanks again, Allen and Revive staff! I truly appreciated being part of your extended Revive family and hope our paths will cross again someday. PS. Thanks for having sharing a couple of pics of my truck on your website! FJ read more

Summer in Arizona without A/C is hell. Allen treated me with respect and was considerate of a hiccup in my schedule. I did my homework and his was the best realistic estimate of the work that needed to be done. Austin did s great job diagnosing the A/C. They really tried to save me the expense of a complete system replacement, but c'est la vie, it proved to be the compressor. They did the drive belt at the same time. I feel I got quality work done at a decent price by some really good people. Unreservedly recommended! read more

Just trying to make an appt, with this company, and I told them I would wait, all day, if needed, as I have 8 hours of podcasts, i need to listen to anyhow. The owner, whose name is Allen, says he would have to check with Austin, I guess he is the mechanic, about if I could stay waiting for my car to be estimated. I have NEVER heard of not be able to wait in a waiting area for customers, all day, if necessary, as I had NO PLANS to leave my car overnight, in that neighborhood. If they cannot diagnose the problem, in 2 hours, and I have done bulb and socket replacement, as well as checking a fuse, inside & out, it is a big red flag, to avoid this place, before ANY work is done. I heard Christen Brothers, even gives you a complimentary shuttle service, I will pay for service. read more

Replace front rotors with all brake pads. It only took me two hours and the project is done. Price is reasonable.

These guys are right now the only people I trust with my car. I work as an EMT and a lot of vehicles I work in has been finessed by so many companies that claim to fix something when they didn't. So after Jiffy Lube tried to claim that my oil pan of my personal car was stripped and attempted to charge me $800.00 for a replace, I searched elsewhere and found Revive Auto Center. These guys are honest and direct with the exact kind of care your car needs. They were surprised that another person said that it was stripped and easily completed an oil change! Not only that, but IF there was an issue with an oil pan, they quoted me at a reasonable price. Since then I decided to get all my car servicing needs done here. The boss is really kind and charismatic and I've had good experiences speaking with the mechanics as well! Definitely 5/5 will come again and recommend. read more
