I cannot attest to Eclipse Auto Body & Repairs auto work but i can 100% attest to their customer service and character. Rafael saw me stranded in the gore area on the 101 during rush hour where my 2015 kia soul came to a dead stop. He pulled over and after speaking with my boyfriend whom i was on my way to visit and came to pick me up, they concluded it was probably a fuel pump problem. Long story short, instead of waiting for a $200+ tow service my insurance providers recommended that was approximately 1 hour away, Rafael charged me an affordable amount to tow my vehicle to the mechanic my family uses. I really appreciate that he just wanted to do a could deed and service instead of pressuring me to visit his shop even though it would've made total sense for him to. Needless to say, if i ever live closer to Phoenix area and Eclipse Auto Body & Repairs, I would trust Rafael and his team to treat me with respect and transparency . read more

i was sent to Eclipse for the 2nd time after a car accident by my attorney and i got to say both times i was very pleased and satisfied with the work done on my car and the and the friendliness of the two main workers that I was in contact with, Rafael and Odai, I can't even begin to explain how nice these two men were to me, my car was done in a timely manner, and I was extremely impressed by the outcome of the fix. I would recommend Eclipse to anybody who is looking for autobody repair not only that, but they went above and beyond to make sure my car was running perfect before telling me it was ready. I brought my car here to get fixed after my car sat at Kerrys Care Car for one month without being touched. Then they tried to blame everyone else but them. So, when I brought my car here I was already irritated, my rental car time had run out and I had no car. Not only was my car fixed, it was handled professionally. Power seat on Ford Explorer was damaged and stopped working. Ford dealer in town wanted a small fortune. Have had great experience with Eclipse in the past. They fixed the problem at considerable lower price and got the job done. They are professional, experienced, and work hard to please the customer and we are pleased. The guys at Eclipse Auto Body & Repair did a great job of fixing some body damage on my car. Rafael went to bat for me with my insurance company so they were able to cover my deductible as well. Took my 2007 Civic into Eclipse after some very aggravated conversations with other recommended shops including Honda... Gave Dave what I had been quoted for motor mounts and he just laughed lol! Well, had my car back 24 hours later and it was running FANTASTIC! He was 100 honest and up front and even physically showed me what was wrong with the car, and gave me a call before continuing work when he found another damaged part. The price was amazing, and customer service was on point. This will be my continued go to shop for my cars now :D read more

I bought an old Toyota Camry from Sam off craigslist and it's price was competitive with other models in the same year and mile range except it had a brand new shiny paint job and pretty chrome hub caps. The next day my car broke down and he took my call, personally came down to take a look at it, paid for a tow, and found out it was just something minor that wasn't plugged in so the battery was dying. He took it in to fix it and didn't even charge us. He could've easily not taken our call and let us deal with the problem because he had already sold us the car, but that's just not how they do things at eclipse! Great service ! read more

These guys are the best at taking care of things that you used to cover with a bumper sticker on your car or truck. Sam goes out of his way to make sure you're getting a good deal and a great paint job or body fix. Tells you like it is. Total Scammers. Read Rip Off Reports online. Awful service, awful lies, poor work. Cashed huge check and did less than 1/2 the work. Dont go to autobody shops unless you know someone who has used them before... Lesson learned. read more

Took my car here after an accident....just picked it up and it is beautiful! Sam went above and beyond my expectations and I just cannot thank him enough. It looks like a brand new car! Shiny red, just like it did when it came off the lot. He helped me in getting my rental car while it was in for repairs. The repairs were done in a timely manner....and they even returned the rental car for me. Hopefully I will not need an auto body shop in the near future....but when I do, I will use Eclipse. read more

Eclipse Auto Body replaced my son's car windshield in his 2005 Malibu after it cracked. They did and amazing job and charged me less than $200. If you need any sort of cosmetic or structural bodywork done on your car, this is the place to get it done. They don't spend your money on fancy offices, they spend it on making your car right. I have met the owner and know the manager very well, and they really take care with their customer's vehicles. Their rates are surprising. If you need something fixed or repainted, you can't find a more reasonable, professional, honest shop. read more

I have had spectrum of car problems. I am definitely guilty of carelessly leaving my lights on overnight, draining my battery, and waking up to a dead battery before work or class, which is always unexpected and terribly annoying. I have also had a small rock fly into my car, puncturing my AC condenser, while driving on the highway, during the middle of the summer. Not fun when ya live in Phoenix Arizona. This time, I was approx. 25 miles away from home. While I was driving around the area, my car started smelling pretty funky, like, definitely off. So, I found the nearest parking area, popped the hood of my car, and clouds of chemical fumes were coming out-like, I thought my car was going to blow up, for sure. So instead of risking it, I decided getting my car towed back to my place was the best course of action because at that point I had no idea what happened, and didn't want to exacerbate the problem. So I did some googling, called around, until I found 24/7 Rapid Discount Towing. I was happy with the short wait time and super reasonable prices they quoted, so decided to make the arrangements. Within less than 15 minutes, my driver, Sam, showed up. He was professional and personable, and honestly, the service at 24/7 Rapid Discount Towing made my stressful situation a whole lot easier. Reasonable prices, friendly professional people, and overall great service-I definitely recommend calling these guys!

The driver took my car 10 miles outside of where the location was supposed to be. I reached out as I noticed they were going another route. The driverr assured it was going where it needed to go but had to follow the route provided by the dispatch. I show up to the destination where I was to meet at drop off ,but driver never showed. 30 minutes of waiting and I reached out to driver again and he says he was at the location. I assured him he was not as I was there waiting. Apparently he was at an address where it was similar but not the address. I asked to have brought back to the actual address he was to deliver to ,but he refuses stating the insurance has to request a new dispatch. He stopped answering my calls and I had to drive out to this other address assuming he would have left it there for me to retrieve since he stated he could not go anywhere else with it without an order. I show up to address and my car is no where to be found. I drove up and down the road a few blocks to see if it was nearby, but nothing. I go into the office of the facility he said was the correct address and they guys in office confirmed the driver did show up to drop off but they corrected him on the right location and told him was at wrong address and directed him to the shop I was waiting at. They saw him take off with my car on back. After continue effort to locate my vehicle, the driver messaged me coordinates. I am an elder man and use technology that much and unfamiliar how to use this information or what it means. I had to ask my wife to leave work to help me locate my car. She arrived as i was on phone with my insurance company to get more information on this town company. They stated they had tried contacting this person and company, but no response. They had suggested we start police report and they would reach out to public safety to see if anything had been retrieved. Still nothing. At about 4pm my wife had finally found where the coordinates put my car at, and it was no where close!!! It was 20 mins NW abandoned in a parking lot !!!! When arrived it was relieving to know we found it, but really pissed to see the damages left on our car. My back fender around the wheel was bent and cracked my paint. A front headlight popped out. A unique and scarce metal back chrome badge was missing!!!! Thought that was the most damage done until finally another driver from another company was dispatched to finalize our tow. He brought to our attention that one of our shocks was busted and hanging. Still no response or accountability for this poor service. There will be an official police report for the mishandling and damages to my property.
