I own SRT Autoworks in Phoenix where we specialize in building new Hellcats, Demons, Trackhawks and TRX's. These are all $100,000+ vehicles. I bring Victor lots of Hemi V8 heads every month to have them refreshed (valve job, valve seals, resurface, clean, tested, and painted) His pricing is way cheaper than every other shop I've used. Many times when we are in a rush he can get the heads done for me the same day, while other shops take months. Before I found this machine shop I was using another one near by. That machine shop told me my head had bad valve guides and needed to be completely rebuilt. ($600) I decided to get a second option and found Victor at Pacific. He inspected the head and said it only needed a resurface. ($60) It ran prefect after that and I knew he was trustworthy. As for Jeff's 1 star review.... Don't be mad at Victor. Be mad at yourself for buying a junk 1.4L Chevy Cruise. He works on 1000+ hp heads for me everyday with no issue. Put some respect on his name. Thanks Victor and everyone at Pacific.

Pacific is the ONLY machine shop we use in AZ. Thanks Victor!

They've now worked on both my Honda (routine maintenance) and my husband's BMW when we were dealing with an engine issue. In both situations, they were thorough, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on before moving forward. The BMW issue especially could have been stressful, but they diagnosed it properly and fixed it rather quickly for wayyyyy less than the dealer and other shops quoted us. That meant a lot to us as we have kids in college and it's hard to deal with a huge car repair expense unexpectedly. We also had window tinting done there, and the quality is excellent omg clean lines, no bubbles, and it looks amazing! Held up perfect in the AZ heat! It's hard to find a car repair shop you can genuinely trust, but Calex Motorworks has earned our business long term. Professional, knowledgeable, fair. They check all the boxes. Highly recommend.

Rafael saw me stranded in the gore area on the 101 during rush hour where my 2015 kia soul came to a dead stop. He pulled over and after speaking with my boyfriend whom i was on my way to visit and came to pick me up, they concluded it was probably a fuel pump problem. Long story short, instead of waiting for a $200+ tow service my insurance providers recommended that was approximately 1 hour away, Rafael charged me an affordable amount to tow my vehicle to the mechanic my family uses. I really appreciate that he just wanted to do a could deed and service instead of pressuring me to visit his shop even though it would've made total sense for him to.
