Watching it sit there unable to run properly left me extremely distraught and wondering how difficult--and expensive--the road ahead might be. That was when Rob, the owner of R&L, stepped in. From the beginning, Rob treated the situation as more than just another repair job. He went out of his way to make sure the motor coach was properly diagnosed and expertly repaired. Instead of rushing through the job or simply replacing parts and hoping for the best, he took the time to understand what was wrong and make sure the work was done correctly. But what impressed me just as much as his mechanical expertise was the way he treated me. I was extremely upset about what was happening with the coach, and Rob recognized that.
