My vehicle had some serious issues, airbag sensor errors that required new airbags, a new seat, and computer reprogramming. The nice man at the front with a great smile on the evening of 1/18/26 was so kind! I came in scared because the under shield of my car seemed to be scraping the ground a bit. It was being held with a zip-tie. The nice man was so helpful and took care of it for me. Told me to sit down and relax and quickly took care of it. By far the best Mechanic shop I've ever been to . The owner Joe is so genuine and cares for the community he grew up in which is very apparent . They worked so hard on my car and were very honest about everything to do with the repair process . Carlos was excellent with updating me on the progress every step of the way . The guys in the back work hard and know what they are doing and if they can't help they will be honest and give you the best mechanic advice ! I'd highly suggest anyone go here instead of a lot of other places that rip you off and don't care about your car troubles ! I give them 10 stars! read more

They told me my car would take 3 days to fix, 4 at most. They then took +2 weeks to fix it and even acknowledged that they neglected it at times because they were busy. I had to call them everyday because I had to Uber to work and back because of them. When I got the car back the issue was resolved, but they messed with the ignition so now I have to mess with it every time I start the car. I explained my frustration to the manager and all I got was an apology. The prices are competitive to other places, so why pay the same price here and get a bad customer experience from start to finish. Not the kind of person to write reviews anywhere and I'm fairly laid back, but they should be ashamed of how bad they treat customers. read more

I stumbled upon this amazing shop on Groupon and won't be going anywhere else from here on. From the start, customer service was top tier when I called in to schedule. Kassandra was friendly and incredibly helpful. I was able to meet the owner, Joe, who is very knowledgeable and kind. The prices are decent and they can help with pretty much anything it seemed. They were quick and I was able to wait on site in the beautiful lobby until my car was done. They even had a desk I was able to set up a work station. I dread doing anything car related. It's time consuming and I feel people try to upsell and pressure to fix other things which gets annoying. That was not the experience here. I felt like family. Came a few months ago to this shop bc the coolant from my vehicle was leaking from underneath my vehicle and the check engine light was coming on and vehicle was overheating. I assumed there was a ripped hose somewhere and I urgently took it to the closet shop near me, D'Auto Boys. I took it to get it checked out and they mentioned they would have to keep the vehicle a few days to look at it. They mentioned the repairs would be about $1000+ due to the parts and the labor, which I knew I might be paying a hefty amount given labor costs alone so I was ok with paying. I get to my car and check engine light was still on. I go back into the shop to let them know (and part of the concern I initially came in for). They told me they were going to take the vehicle to the back again to look at it. When the manager (I assume) came out, he mentioned that they would need to keep the vehicle longer to run a further diagnostic. Which I thought they did initially for the repairs I just paid them for and they should have checked their work thoroughly before they gave me a call to pick it up in the first place as just wasted my time to get there. I waited a few more days and they called me back to tell me the amount in repairs were over $3000! I was confused as I had only gone into the shop for one thing and one thing only. I declined the repairs as I just couldn't afford that. Then they told me they were going to charge me for the second diagnostic alone which was going to be over $200 (bc I was not going to follow through with these new repairs otherwise it would've been free). I explained to them that I literally did not even drive it off their lot and I was not going to pay for a diagnostic that I already paid them for in the first round of repairs. I just wanted my car as soon as possible and I will deal with the consequences of not getting the repairs. I expressed my discontent with them and their dishonesty. I came to them to fix one thing and next thing I know they gave me a whole list of things wrong with my vehicle (typical auto shops). I did not have any of these other problems before. When I told them I just wanted to pick up my vehicle they expressed that they had to take the engine apart and was going to take some more time to put it together. They did not inform me at all that they were going to do this. I picked up my car as soon as I could and took it to another mechanic shop. The owner of this mechanic shop looked over my vehicle, tweaked a few things and NOTHING was wrong with it. It's been driving fine since then without any issues. My experience with D'Auto Boys is that the shop itself gives a "professional" vibe but they were extremely dishonest and sketchy, and only wanted to see who they can dupe into paying them more money. I was disappointed by the experience there as I really wanted to leave a good review but they really tried to take advantage and when I confronted them about it, they were coming up with excuses to keep my vehicle and rack up reasons why I NEEDED to leave my vehicle as it was too "risky" to drive. I will not be taking my vehicle here again or recommending this place to anyone I know. read more

I was in need of a mechanic and found D'Auto Boys. I want you to know how much I appreciate your mechanic's attention to detail. The car is running much better than it has in a while, and I give credit to the work your mechanics did. They were very communicative and let me know the costs prior to the work to make sure I could afford it. Luckily I was but they also work with a third party to Finance if I couldn't which is pretty convenient for such a small shop. They are locally owned business but very friendly and work is done speedy! Great job, I would definitely use them again. read more

Worst shop to take your vehicle to. They have had my husband's car since JUNE OF 2022 because the owner is too incompetent to hire mechanics knowledgeable enough to work on a Subaru & too prideful to admit they can't do the job & release the vehicle to my husband only because he wants the money from the warranty company (with the excuse that he's put time & money into the repairs). There are other things we have found out from his mechanics, that have quit within the time span, that show he's a dishonest thief who takes advantage of those who don't know better. If you want honest & quality work, do yourself a favor & STAY AWAY FROM THIS "business". He's a scam, hence why his previous used vehicle "dealership" was shut down. I mean, he sold cars, he's a talker so what else should be expected? We should have known better. I could go on & on about the terrible experience we have had, over the many unanswered calls & texts made to him by my husband asking for updates on the vehicle. My husband has not only had to randomly stop by the shop to get a response but he himself has had to miss work in order to work on the vehicle himself or monitor/make sure it's actually being worked on. Since at least 2 mechanics that were working on the car have quit on the job, the vehicle has sat there for weeks without being worked on. My husband found out because he stopped by, not because the owner had the decency to let him know. That's just me summing up what we have gone through for almost a year. We are currently fighting this thief to get the car back. Police has been called, reports have been filed & the scam of a guy has been served with a notice. Justice WILL be served. I would like to add that because he was a family "friend" he asked us to write a review on here when he first opened his business just so he had good reviews. Not because we had ever had services done, vehicle worked on or even knew about the business until he reached out asking for the fake review. Don't trust all the positive reviews on here, there's a reason they were all posted within the same time. This business is a joke, if I could mark negative stars I would. read more
