If that's the case, either get employees who will show up on time or don't say you open at 7:30 and then turn away cars! I don't think I've ever had a "bad" oil change, but this review isn't about that. This review is about my interaction with one of the employees there named Chandler. Sometimes we take little things for granted and in customer service (especially for a short 15 minute service) these things can be overlooked but this was my absolute best experience ever with any garage, oil change or mechanic. Just for Chandler simply being a really nice guy, he didn't have to go out of his way for this either as it seems like its just his natural personality. If you read this Chandler I hope you know that you made my day man. I appreciate you buddy, you're amazing and I want to thank you. A few months back I got a simple oil change. I appreciated that they had value coupons and were open when other places nearby were not but that's as far as the good service goes. After the oil change I had leaking due to what I found out later was my oil cap not being replaced. It never dawned on me that it would be due to my oil change until another mechanic confirmed that was the reason not only the oil leaked but then my engine froze to the point of needing to be REPLACED COMPLETELY. When I tried to contact the corporate office it took days and multiple attempts to get a response. And then over another week to hear that there was nothing they could do because I should have brought it back. I have never had an issue with an oil change before so this was extremely disappointing to have such flippant attitude from a corporate office. It was equally disappointing that they took absolutely no responsibility for not replacing the oil cap in the first place. I would not recommend Jiffy Lube for the simple fact that even though mistakes can happen they will not be of assistance or take responsibility at any level if you need assistance. Don't count on trying to escalate to the corporate office. I've seen multiple reviews besides my own that have complaints about them too. Better off going to Walmart if you don't have a trusted mechanic and need a deal! read more

I feel weird writing a review about an oil change place but I was surprised at how good an experience I had with this Jiffy Lube location. I usually get my oil changed at a place by my house but I can't stand how slow they are. They literally make me drop my car off there for the entire day just to get an oil change. I needed an oil change done quickly so went to Jiffy Lube as it's close to my work. I was assisted promptly by the assistant manager. He got my car in and out of there in about 10 minutes. They had a coupon on their website that saved me $15. Great service. I will make this my oil change place from now on! read more

This Jiffy Lube location was professional, kind, welcoming, and efficient. I called earlier in the week asking about the busyness of Fridays and they said they are usually busy so I planned on going in the morning. I arrived around 8:45 and they were able to see my car right away. They said I could wait inside the vehicle while they worked on it or I could wait in their small lobby. I decided to walk across the street and run an errand. When I got back, the car was completed--- they said 15 min and I was gone for about 25 minutes. I interacted with two different employees and they were so friendly- it was a lovely experience; I will definitely use them again. read more

Came in from out of town for work. What is in need of a oil change very soon. Looked at the ratings, but I've never had bad luck with a Jiffy Lube. So I thought that I'd give them a try. These three guys killed it. I don't think I was in there for more than 30 minutes. They were courteous, and in that time changed the oil and both the air and cabin filters. Reset the oil life and was on my way. I was listening to them explain what they were doing and what the customers needed for others. Sounded legit. I went there at about 8 AM one of the employees was sitting in his car hidden behind the building, i know it was an employee because i use to work for a company and thats where our fleet cars would get serviced, long story short on maps it said open 7:30 i figured sense doors where closed they were running short on staff or running behind, well 3 mins later dude pulls up and yells out his car " were closed don't you see the doors locked " i was mid sentence about to tell him sorry on Maps it said open when he decides to Pull off aggressively. Apparently customer service was not this guys strong suit, my only question is if there closed why do you have an employee hanging out in there vehicle behind the building and no one els around? read more

Mgr Robert and employee (who's also Robert) were absolutely amazing! I have a diesel and other locations don't understand my diesels upright oil filter, and spill oil all over my engine. These guys right away knew what they were doing, and handled my oil change like super pro's!! Everyone here is absolutely awesome, great personalities, always fun coming here! I found this location with my fleets and today brought my personal vehicle, and once again, 5 Star Service!! A couple of drops of oil fell (which is expected) and without having to ask, the guys already on top of it, spraying degreaser and rinsing my engine block! I can't express how much I appreciate that. Even at 3pm, line full of vehicles, these guys are absolute professionals and truly care about each and every oil change that comes thru their shop. My car broke down because of these clowns who have no business working for the public. My wife brought her car here for a "routine" oil change. They didn't tighten the oil filter on. Found puddle of oil in my driveway once my wife parked car. Later on realizing they never put the transmission dipstick back in place. Dust got into my cars internal mechanical components. Resulting in car needing to be replaced. Find out today the guys where in the pit area acting like a group of clowns joking and being foolish around here while not focusing on their jobs instead. I want to start this review by saying "I first tried to rectify this this sittuarion by making not one call but THREE seperate calls and got absolutely nowhere"! Two of those calls where to the store and one of those calls was to Jiffy Lube's Corporate Office, Customer Service where I left a message and never received a call back. I abhore making bad reviews, especially now when many companies are struggling...... but, I tried! I visited this location the middle of December and had an oil change, it was not inexpensive I paid nearly $140 that could have caused damage to my vehicle. When I arrived at the location, the gentlemen were NOT busy. so, there is no excuse for what I am going to share. This week my father was checking the engine on my Mercedes as I am preparing for a long drive to Los Angles. As soon as he popped the hood of my car he noticed the oil cap was missing on my engine and that there was oil all over my engine! For the last month I have been telling my father my car has been running really bad, that it has no power when I give it gas and that I am very concerned. Also, I was smelling oil inside the cabin of the car and could not understand why and was seriously concerned. The missing oil cap, is a failed pressure and was causing of both issues! I went to a local O'Reily ordered the Oil Cap and now my car runs fine, additionally I cleaned my engine! I moved from California last August, my vehicle still has California plates on it. The gentleman that serviced my car when entering my information, entered the wrong License Plate number, he also aentered my phone number incorrectly...... I am sure he most certainly purposely left my oil cap off intentionaly as well! I hate to think this act was deliberate however, I accidentally called the wrong store to complain and they had a very difficult time locating my information. I spoke with Luis the Manager at 250 W Guadalupe Rd Tempe worked with me for 15 minutes to locate my information and finally found it under my vehicles indentification #. Luis was very helpful and has been the ONLY one who has been helpful in this process! He states he sent a message to a regional manager named Mark to contact me, Mark has never called me. Luis then gave me a number to Jiffy Lube Customer Service for Jody where I left a message and SHE also never called me back! I have used Jiffy Lube for ALL of my vehicle for many years and would hate to think this would tarnish me to the point I would never use Jiffy Lube every again! I am sorely disapointed in Jiffy Lube and their service! Quick is fine, unprofessional is not! read more

They opened at 7:30 on the dot and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes! Service was great, the manager there was extremely friendly and treated me well! I was at store #1665 and the mechanics on duty recommended that my Serpentine Belts be replaced. Person on duty was P. Garippa. I went to a real mechanic today and they said my belts were fine and the Jiffy Lube people were lying. It seems like a cash grab to me at that store. Very shady. I talked to Justin at the store today and he apologized , but offered nothing else. Something must change at this location. That was my letter to the corporate office. I would never let a Jiffy Lube dude (really, just a minimum wage employee with oil training) touch anything important on my car and now I will never believe another one of these yahoo's. I did spend 45 minutes at a real shop which equals Jiffy Lube wasted my time and I want to be compensated for the idiots you hire that are trying to get money for things that do not need to be fixed. These guys are AWESOME! Robert is the store manager, he greeted me, was so friendly, didn't try to "oversell" anything to me, and even polished up my front headlights for $40!! I'm very happy with the customer service here. I'm VERY big on customer service and wanted to leave them a great review because I'm super impressed with the way they take care of customers. Excellent! All employees at this location were so nice. First on the phone when I called ahead to ask questions they were very patient and helpful. I arrived and was not treated like just a girl who knows nothing about cars (which I am). I also don't feel taken advantage of as they were very honest about my services and options. The cashier that I started with checked in with me before he ended his shift, but followed up with the manager and everything was still taken care of very quickly without any confusion. I even got my coupon doubled for the holiday season! The gentleman ahead of me knew the manager from a different location, I think they are trying to turn this one around.
