Great service, that was informative and FAST! Not the first time I e been there, and it won't be the last.

I have one car in front of me. There are two cars being worked on. I have been sitting here for 1/2 hour and still have not gotten in. Take 5...take 5 hours? I could have gotten my oil changed at a dealership more quickly. read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Always quick, friendly service when I stop in. They do what I need to get done. Nothing more or less. Always given a bottle of water and I'm in and out in no time. Reasonably priced. read more

Jordan was kind and super helpful! I stopped by to get an oil change. Before getting into the bay, he checked my car to see where my oil % was and determined I was still good and didn't need a change yet. He even popped the hood and check the color of the oil. He went above and beyond to check to see if my car truly needed an oil change when he could have just said I needed an oil change and charged me the money! Prior to him checking my oil, he did notify me that their internet was down and the wait time would be longer than usual due to this issue. I appreciated his honesty! I look forward to coming back when my oil change is due because the customer service at this location is great. read more

This location is newly opened. They only have a staff of three on a Saturday is crazy. By my observation there is only one experienced technician and he is training the other two on the job. I understand the need to oversee the newbies but a three technicians to one car is not very fast or productive. I have been here for an hour and 15 minutes and my car still hasn't been touched. I am committed to the process because I would have to drive another 2 minutes and start all over again. The staff are friendly and keep offering me water... I just want to get my oil change completed. They're offering a $20 coupon on all oil changes ... which helps the pocket book. Take 5 also changes air filters and wiper blades. The staff were great and helpful. Hopefully they'll get the time kinks worked out soon. I would definitely go back. read more

Kyle & Sergio were the two gentlemen that help service my vehicle today, I had my oil changed, filter changed, new windshield wipers and coolant flush, my car is over 10 years old so it definitely needed some TLC. They explained everything they were doing and took their time to make sure everything was perfect, this is my second time here, will come back and hopefully both of them are still here. Great value today for the amount of work completed. read more

The employees here are very honest and helpful. They truly care and work very hard. One of them fixed my skid plate under my car that was hanging down (After hitting a javelina by accident). They always top off all nessesary fluids and are honest about the condition of your oil and filters. Will be coming here for life. read more

I first went to Take 5 Oil Change for the first time this past Saturday. I was very impressed with the professional service technicians and the superior service that I received. They were very knowledgeable and showed me what filters were dirty and checked my coolant. They checked my tire pressure as well as cleaning my window. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. I will always use them in the future whenever my car needs an oil change or a radiator flush. read more

I always have a great experience coming to this location but this last time Theresa was so amazing and quick with the oil change and Xavier was so helpful and informative! read more

Don't be fooled by the friendliness and work ethic of some of the technicians. If they mess your car up you will realize the true nature of this business: inept management and a black hole of customer service. they do not care about making things right. its been a week since they made my car undrivable and the manager refuses to tell me if, when, or by who my car is going to be fixed. she will placate you saying a technician will come to your house but they never do. she also refuses to tell you the contact info for her boss or what their claim process is. bottom line, do not go here for any reason whatsoever. read more

Attempted to use their service for a second time after a disappointed first time when they first opened. Was instructed it would be about 20 minutes. 25 minutes later a vehicle pulled up next to me and after speaking with them, they came over to my vehicle to inform me that I would have to be skipped behind this person because they have a reservation. I explained it was already passed the time they had given me and it was explained that is because of technical difficulties. To make matters worse it was still 15 minutes before the reservation time of this Other person. Basically this person was being allowed in 15 minutes before the reservation, and I was asked to delay longer even though it was past the time they had quoted me. Two strikes is all for me. read more

Truly recommend. I took my dodge charger to this location and staff is very friendly, informative, and communicative. Will definitely be returning at this location. read more

Price is in line with what other oil change businesses provide. There customer service is extremely unfriendly This is Arizona, and there value add is the you get to stay in your car. I was told I couldn't get out and couldn't leave the garage. I just had to sit in my car and sweat! It was 92 today so not bad but I couldn't imagine bringing my car here ( and won't again ever) when 115 read more

Quick oil change. Affordable and the guys working on my car were friendly and knowledgeable, thanks!

Great experience at this location. Both Lizz and Kyle were on point! They weren't pushy to try and sell something you don't need. They explained the differences in all of the options and even gave me a bottle of cold water while i waited. You can tell they truly enjoyed their jobs and it showed in their service. read more

On April 18th I took my car to the Chandler street TAkE-5. I was 3ed in line, took over an hour to start my service. About 30-40 minutes they were done. Manager LIZZ SLAMMED the hood so hard it cracked my windshield. She noted that on my invoice and told me I would be contact in a few days by the home office. As of today May 31--42 days-- I have yet to hear from them. I have located 7 phone numbers for the local and national company and all go to an answering machine to leave a detailed message and an agent will call me back. As of today May 31 no call back. Even the Number listed on the invoice for the store takes me to the same answering machine. I live in the state Of Washington and here it is against the law to drive a car with vision impaired by a cracked windshield. $260 fine. This is the only car I own and was able to borrow a car from a church member friend. He needed it back last week so I had to pay for a windshield out of my pocket. $551.80. I'll never hear from these cheaters. To make matters even worse they are suppose to top of the windshield washer bottle and check radiator. neither was done. If I look at their website I would never had gone there to many bad reviews. read more

The guys here do a great job. They explained everything they were doing, and when they noticed my coolant levels were low, offered to top it off for me. Decently priced and professional service. I will be back! read more

First time visiting, I purchased the 10k oil change option as I was told at 5k miles to stop in & get it topped off. Unfortunately a few days later I was noticing oil leaking & had my dad look at it. The oils filter wasn't put on properly & therefore it was leaking. Today I pulled in to get it topped off as I hit my 5k mark. I was told they wouldn't do it as the time had expired. What? Never was I told the date to meet over the miles. Never again will I go back & I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your oil changes than this place. It's obvious they don't have skilled employees. read more

S/o these guys, working outside on a hot day. Happy with the service I came for coming back. In & out.

Disgusted at what this place did!! My 17 year old son has been saving his money and he took his car in to this shop today to try it out and assumed most places are pretty standard in their rates. He went in for an oil change and they recommended he get coolant. $250 for an oil change and coolant ya'll!! And it took 1.5 hrs not 5 min!! Talk about taking advantage of a kid! Coolant is $20, maybe 5 min of labor! The oil change was $130 so apparently they charged him $120 for coolant!! He learned his lesson...I hope others do too by NOT using this place. read more

The lady and both gentlemen were amazing customer service talking out step-by-step what's happening and going on and what they are doing teamwork was amazing. I would recommend this store, especially if those three employees were working. If there were six stars, I would give them six stars. read more

Disappointing experience, and I don't blame it on the staff working this location. The staff on site was friendly and surprisingly professional, given the high temperatures and the number of people in line. Shame on corporate for having all three lanes open with only 2 staff members working. I personally waited over 115 minutes to find out their was not enough approved oil to complete the oil change on my vehicle. By suggestion I went to purchase 1 quart of oil at Auto Zone so they could complete my oil change, went back to the location, way too many people in line for two individuals on site. Solution: corporate should allow staff to reduce the lanes 1 lane to two staff members ratio. went back the next day at 9:00 AM to complete oil change same scenario on day two. Left without getting my oil changed. No intentions to return. read more

they need to hire more staff. I sat waiting yesterday over an hr for them to simply finish two cars ahead of me. l left. today l have been waiting over 45 minute. they say each car takes 15 minutes. This is untrue. if you had more than a few guys working maybe you could actually be a fast oil change service. read more

Drove over to this location as the one closest to me had an hr wait. Three bays were full, though it looked like only 1 person was working on 1 vehicle. My impression was they were the only one working, so other 2 cars in bay were ahead of me. Waited 15 min and no one came to talk to me and they did not have the first car done while I was there. Decided to leave and not waste my time. Drove over to Jiffy Lube and got much better service. Very unimpressed. Won't go back. read more

Took our mini Cooper for a "5 minute" oil change that turned into nearly an hour. Driving home and our car is smoking and all of the coolant has leaked onto our driveway. Unable to get ahold of someone at Take 5 via phone,we had to drive our other car up to the store to get ahold of someone. We were told they would get back to us after speaking to the district manager and our car still sits. I do not recommend this business to anyone!! I guess we will try again tomorrow and then I assume we will contact a lawyer. Maybe this will get us a response! read more

I don't know why there's so many negative reviews!! the man and woman who helped us were so nice (even though we came in soon before close) and got in and out in under 10 minutes. cleaned out windshield, offered to fill our tires, and topped off all fluids for free + replaced the air filter discounted! recommend going here. read more

would give 0 stars if I could. I was overcharged $40 and asked the manager immediately and was told that everything was all good. I had to be somewhere so I had to leave but after looking over the invoice saying the correct price, and the actual receipt being an extra $40, I went in two days later, to get it all adjusted..... what an absolute nightmare. I had to go back 5 times throughout 3 weeks. Every time I went, they told me different things. "oh cooperate will handle it" "we can't do refunds" "our systems wipe every day, so if you wouldn't come in the day of, we could've fixed it" and so on. As if their till wasn't over an extra $40 that day? not to mention $100 for an oil change?? just take your car to the dealership. They know what they're doing and won't mess up your vehicle. Do NOT go to a take 5 they don't have a clue on what they're doing. read more

fast service, great customer service and each staff member was very kind and friendly! I would definitely recommend this location.

More like Take 5 hours...I've been here for over 2.5 hours and still haven't been serviced. I was blocked in by another car in line when I got here so couldn't change my mind later on. They have 2 people working on the same car (takes about 30 mins per car) and they go one by one. Definitely not how I intended my Friday afternoon to go read more

I really wish I could leave zero stars, but the website makes you choose one. I took my BMW in for an oil change on 6/11/24 at The 48th/Chandler location. When I got home which is only a few blocks away, and my driveway was full of oil. I then took it to BMW because it wasn't leaking before Take 5 touched it. BMW told me oil plug was stripped and that I needed a new oil pan, which is now going to cost me $4650.32. I have tried calling the corporate number ever since Thursday 6/12/24 and no one returns calls. I have left messages and sent emails and still no one from the corporate office has called me back. The technicians that worked on my car was Lizz and Jordan. You can't reach anyone at the store location either. I shouldn't have to come out of my pocket nearly 5 grand for the mistake that Take 5 caused. I should have read the reviews before taking my car there. This is my only means of transportation. read more

Prices are way higher than other options nearby even with their coupons. I can get an oil change & a car wash for FAR LESS, why would anybody pay more for less? Needless to say I can't comment any further on their service as I threw up and left after getting their quote. read more
