I always go to the dealership. My friend convinced me try a regular oil change spot. I tried this place and it was horrible. The dude was condescending and pushy over an oil change. Took my car here the other day and they said they didn't have the oil I used last time so I said never mind and they were nice about it but they gave my car back and i immediately smelled a strong oil smell. They left the cap off?? Could've blown my engine if I never noticed. Also my ac would only blow hot air then I realized the temperature gauge was all the way at hot. My radiator fluid is empty, they messed with something and now my car is not drivable. Horrible that this place can mess with whatever they want on my car and take no accountability. Also one of the employees secretly handed me a business card "incase I need a mechanic" not coincidental that i need one now. read more

The shop is charging just as much as a dealership and leaving a mess in people's vehicles oil everywhere. Can't even put the glove box back in after removing to check for the air filter. invoices states, complementary vacuuming of the floors did not complete complementary wash exterior windows. They did not complete top off washer fluid. They did not complete. Inflating of tires the proper psi did not complete. Would not go back cannot trust to change oil on a vehicle. read more

DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR CAR! I took our car for an oil change and our oil light has been flickering off and on ever since! I took our Car to Mazda for an oil change today and they could't believe what they saw. They took pictures of the oil pan threads and they were stripped except from the very bottom on the bolt. They used some type of silicone to seal it up at the top of the bolt. I was never told anything by Jiffy Lube. Mazda said they barely had to spin it and it came right off. Worse service I've ever had at a Jiffy Lube. Never again! The mechanic showed me the pictures of the stripped threads and silicone. I should've had him send them to me to post. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to go because as much they charge I'd expect better service. read more

I have normally received great service from Jiffy Lube, I have used them my whole life. This location, however, has been nothing but terrible. - They told me to drive another 5000 miles after I was already 2000 miles past an oil change because they're too lazy to look at your car history. I even watched them pull the oil gauge out, which read in the "low/replace" level, and they still said "well it's probably just wrong"... - I asked them to replace my brake lights while I was in for an oil change. They claimed they did and charged me for it. I returned the next day because my brake light was still out, and they said I likely had a wiring issue. So I took my car to the dealership, where I discovered I still had old bulbs that had NOT been replaced. Not only did they lie and charge me for it, they also made me spend hundreds of extra dollars to go diagnose a fake "wiring issue". This place is a scam, pick another location. read more

When I tell you these gentlemen are timely I mean it. I came in for an oil change. They said please have a seat in this nice air-conditioned room, will have your car ready for you in 20 minutes. I put a timer on my phone just to help me keep time personally since I had to pick up. These people try to bully me into spending extra money on things that were grossly overpriced. Just a regular oil with filter change at this facility would've costed me over $200 and it wasn't even full synthetic. They made me feel cornered and try to bully their female customers adding all these costs like I didn't have a choice to say no. They kept trying to upsell me while the car was being worked on making me feel like I had no choice, and I didn't appreciate their customer service. I wound up, leaving after having to raise my voice without getting any service done which made things very uncomfortable and I got both my filters changed with full synthetic oil from my local mom and pop shop for $130. Support local don't waste your time with this company. I saved over $80 not using them for an oil change and I got a much better service from the local company versus the chain. read more

So first I took the company truck here to have them change my oil and top of antifreeze was running fine but when They took it In they unscrewed my radiator cap while the car was still hot..... how does the manger not know that you don't open a hot cars radiator cap but no water started squirting everywhere then I asked was it over heating when you drove in they paused and one kid said yes then the lead guy said look at it while all the antifreeze was pouring out of my car I asked So you guys can't do the work they said no I had to get the vehicle towed to an actual auto shop and they tested the whole car and the only problem was it Is low on antifreeze smh how do these guys still have jobs here STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE 7160 w chandler blvd they will mess your car up all because they don't know what they are doing I cannot believe the lead opened the hot radiator and tried to blame my car then took pictures to cover his A** DONT GO here it was 830 I'm the morning whenever works then complete trash work ethic and no knowledge about the one job they have I will be going to the BBB aswell!!!!! read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. Came for a simple oil change as I had low oil, my car was fine before I came in and the only issue was low oil. After I left I went to work, and as I was driving home from work my car stalled and come to find there is now a hole in the oil pan, and oil spilled out from the front of my car to the back. There were ZERO issues with my vehicle before I brought it here, and now my entire motor and engine (hemi) is destroyed. On top, they deny any part in it. I spent $70 on an oil change which was already overpriced and now I have to spend thousands on a new engine or new car. Don't bring your car here if you don't want them to mess something up. The guy working even admitted he shouldn't be changing my oil as there was no dip stick to check how much oil I had and I assumed that was fine, as a woman I felt taken advantage of because of my lesser knowledge within mechanics, and I trusted the judgement of the employee working, who should know right from wrong, only to be screwed. From a broke girl in her 20s who now has to pay for a new engine or vehicle because I can't afford a lawyer, thanks jiffy lube!!! read more

Went to this jiffy lube this morning I noticed 1 car in the bay a kid came up to me and asked if I had time to wait because they were waiting on parts for the car in the bay ??? Ok I asked him can't you do an oil change while waiting for the parts ? And he said to me there's only 2 of us working??? What difference does that make you're obviously not working on the other car at the moment so you're going to lose a sale over it. Took 1.5 hour for an oil change with only 2 cars in front of me. Then I had a large oil leak under the car the next morning which was not there before. Seems like this isn't the first occurrence based on the previous reviews. Now I have to waste my time and money re-checking everything on my car. Took my SUV here to routine oil change. Paid 76.00 for a oil change with coupon. Too over priced. 2 days later my oil light came on and said I needed to change the oil and the oil was low. My mother also had her oil changed here, she drives a midsize car and paid the same amount but she had her air filter changed as well. They charged her 78.00 to change out the air filter. My teenage son took his car to Jiffy Lube in Marion, Iowa for an oil change. He had a $10.00 coupon so I figured the price would be reasonable. They charged us $43.00 for a synthetic oil change and then charged another $22.00 for an upcharge for using synthetic oil. These guys are 5 star for a reason. Super cordial and friendly, but no-nonsense--character traits that are often missing from every other garage. Came in for an oil change (found a coupon online) got a lot of info about my car and how it's doing, zero upsell, and was out the door in 15 minutes. They even vacuumed the floorboards...who does that?! Clyde, Eddie, and a guy's who name I didn't catch have elevated the oil change to artform that is reminiscent of an F1 pit stop, and I will be using them from here on out. read more

Called in today and i asked how much would it be to get an oil change for a 2015 4runner and the guys said it starts at $45 dollars plus a $2 fee, i asked again if he can give me an actual price and he said he already told me, but he didnt. I dropped my car off this morning at 9am for an oil change and went to pick it up at 3pm only to find out that nothing was done on it. The guy at the front desk told me they tried to call my 928 area code but their desk phone was not able to make the call (ok use a personal cellphone then?) He then told me that my car was too low to the ground and scraped along their bay floor, they did not check if any damage was done but told me I should check myself. I wish I wasn't required to wear a mask just so he could see the expression on my face at that point. Luckily nothing appears to be damaged. If someone at the shop could think outside the box and use another phone to contact me that would have been great, instead of wasting my only day off. I haven't had an issue getting the oil changed at any other shop so I won't be going to jiffy lube again. read more

I've gone to Jiffy Lubes all over the Phoenix area. Can't say there is much a difference in terms of performed service, but at least customer service here exists. Clyde has helped me out twice. Came by before hitting the road to California for a simple top off and tire pressure check. No questions asked, Clyde took care of me and sent me on my way. DO NOT GO HERE Short Version: They stripped my oil pan bolt and sent me on my way with a MASSIVE oil leak. I found out the next day after finding a huge amount of oil on the garage floor. I went to the closest Jiffy Lube that was open (it was 1500 on a Sunday afternoon and the original store wasn't even open) and Logan the store manager quickly identified the stripped bolt and the empty oil pan. I explained to him that has never been that way and he agreed that the previous store stripped the bolt and did the damage. Logan said there was nothing but he agreed to "temporarily" fix it with a bigger bolt and adding all new oil into my car so I could drive it, but that I still had to go to the other store. I tried calling the other store because honestly, I never want to return and they haven't answered for multiple days. My dad called, my boyfriend called, and I called no answer and a dial tone during normal business hours. We escalated it to cooperate and my dad finally reached someone who said they would get back to us shortly. It has now been 2 WEEKS and we have not heard anything from them. Long Version: I went here because my regular mechanic was closed and I needed an oil change before a long road trip. I decided to go to Jiffy Lube because I figured it was just a quick routine job for them. I told them I JUST needed my oil changed. After talking with them, they tried to upsell me on every little thing. Tire rotations ($25 dollars), new windshield wipers ($15 dollars), and also air filters ($80 dollars). Which I politely declined because I had just had my tires checked and rotated from Discount tire for FREE, and bought my windshield wipers from an auto parts store for $12 dollars, I also thought $80 dollars for air filters was insane considering my regular mechanic rotates tires, changes the air filter and does the oil change all for $57 dollars. So, after a while I thought they were just trying to take advantage of me and got super uncomfortable. After my oil change was done ($52 dollars later) I literally left the store without signing the receipt because I just wanted to leave. They had to chase me down to get me to sign the page, they didn't mention that on the receipt they put my car had an oil leak. MY CAR HAS NEVER HAD AN OIL LEAK. I left without looking at the receipt (STUPID ME). The next day (1500 on a Sunday) I am getting ready for my road trip and am pulling out of the driveway when I see a huge oil spill in the garage. Customer service was on point. Nice and easy to get in to location. Open early and I waited less than 20mins for oil change and tires rotation. They seemed like sweet guys..but..They took so long to do a simple task that I had to go to work without lunch. AND..the one guy turned my car mat around backwards so that it was covering my gas pedal..the other guy left my hood ajar! Both of which I didn't find out until I was going 75 on the freeway.
