People that work there never greeted us or but I have no problems upgrading, and it's not the basic it's telling us that they're basic wash is garbage So we got the mid wash and I still have bugs on my car. I'd give 0 stars if I can. I wasted 3 hours of my day here. Right off the bat, a car pulled in before me, 15 min later they are only what I can assume trying to upsell garbage to this guy while I was waiting to be helped. Another car pulls in beside me and gets help right away. I had to be "that customer" demanding help. $210 later (with a discount do to poor service) I was told it would take 3-3.5 hours for the detail. Cool, no big deal. 3 hours later I ask to check on the status. i was told oh we haven't started on it yet!! What??? I instantly became furious. Demanded my car back and a full refund. carlos the manager who helped before knew I was already spicy from our first encounter, he was no help at all. No one cares or even apologized for wasting my time. I should have left when I was dismissed at the beginning. I 150% do NOT recommend this place. no wonder they have a 2.5 rating. read more

It seems like car washes throughout the valley have gone downhill. All they care about is getting cars out and collecting the money. Quality control at this facility needs to learn what the words "Quality Control" means. I paid for the top dollar wash drove off the parking lot and after my first stop, had water spots all over my side of my truck because they didn't blow off any of the mirrors or crevices that water sits. WARNING!!! I used Cobblestone unlimited car wash for over 10 years. Canceled my membership on April 24, 2026. My monthly payments were auto withdrawn each month on the 21st. When I canceled my membership, the rep assured me the May withdrawal would NOT happen. Yet, I was charged for May and June. I called Cobblestone to complain. They said they couldn't find my records of payment. I've been paying them for over 10 years! My bank statement doesn't say the name "Cobblestone", so THEY REFUSE to refund my money. What a RIPOFF! This ended up costing me $70, 2 months of unused car washes and $28 to stop payment. I highly recommend staying clear of Cobblestone car washes!!! read more

They did not wipe down the hood, dash, or center console, the back seat was not vacuumed, and the windows were still not cleaned all the way. For that price, I expected much better attention to detail. Definitely not worth the money. I've been a customer over the years and always tip well so this was extremely frustrating. Paid for the ultimate car wash so they could clean my wheels and inside of my car. They did a piss poor job cleaning my car. When I brought it to the attention of the quality control guy about my tire wells being dirty, he told me that it was extra to remove dirt from the tire wells. I paid $38 and had to take it to another car wash so I could spend more money removing the dirt from the wheel wells. I specifically asked for the ultimate service because it included the wheels and tire area. The QC guy asked to see my receipt and I showed him that I paid for the ultimate which included wheels and tires area . Instead of helping out and cleaning the mist areas, he just shrugged his shoulders . Poor customer service . And they did not vacuum my car well and told me they were going to put a air freshener black ice in the car and they did not do this either. This is the last time I bring the car here. And they wanted me to get the monthly service? I ended up paying more money to get my car cleaned because these people did such a terrible job. I don't know why I bother coming to this location, as almost every time I come in, I'm always treated like trash. Tonight was the last time though. Matthew made it abundantly clear that black women's money isn't good there after I stepped to the counter and he proceeded to yell at me "what do you want!", I silently turned around to walk out as I heard him call me some choice words to my back as I walked to the door. I promptly turned around and started recording his outburst as today is my birthday and I'm just trying to get my treats and go home, but I also refuse to be disrespected. I just got my car after a detail. I went somewhere else and was quoted $700 so Cobblestone's price (around $260-$300) was a great deal. It seemed pricey at first but they really did an amazing job. I have to give them a lot of credit. My car has 188k miles on it so the interior leather was gross but now it's back to looking new. They didn't realize I asked to be called when it was done and thought I was on site but when I spoke with the staff member at the counter she was genuinely kind about it and handled me being frazzled pretty well. They actually finished the detailing before the time slot I was given. read more

I spent $80 at this establishment for an ultimate premium full service clean and bug removal and for all 4 mats to be cleaned . The bugs on my windshield were NOT removed and my mats were anything BUT clean. I stepped into my car and it was still dirty. I was expecting a gorgeous clean vehicle for the amount charged! There was still a yogurt splatter from when I brought it in! Save your money and the headache and don't go. Service needs to be improved and/or price lowered read more

Paid for a FULL service wash and was EXTREMELY disappointed in the result. When they said they were finished with my truck I went to look at it, there was water on the outside that still needed to be dried, asked for them to finish. Then I had some dog hair on the headrest, back and side of the seats, I asked if they would vacuum it and I was told it was extra. Didn't want to argue but asked if I could quickly and was told that I had to pull over to the self serve area. When I went to vacuum the seats I noticed that they didn't vacuum the seats at all. Barely wiped down the center counsel. If I knew I had to do that I would have saved myself money and just done it myself in the first place. HORRIBLE experience. read more

Stopped in to take advantage of a free wash for nurses today. The employee wasn't able to scan the coupon but eventually figured it out and told me to pull forward. I went around to clean side and waited 45 minutes for my car. Finally I went back to dirty side to find my car sitting there. When I asked what's up the manager became EXTREMELY RUDE , I will never go back to this location even if it was a free wash. I wish I could give less than 1 Star. read more

I stopped to put gas in my car. I selected "regular" and for some reason it pumped "plus". This was 30 cents more per gallon and resulted in an over charge of $5.23. I brought this to the attention of two managers on site. This was at Alma School and Germann. Both managers claimed that they could not give me a refund. The GM offered me a free express car wash, which I did not need. I simply wanted a credit for the overcharge. They refused to take care of it . Corporate has been contacted. I have not heard back from them. Avoid this location. read more

I have given the place many chances to get things right and as of yesterday I have officially given up !! I spent the 7 bucks to run my car through the car wash and I vacuumed real good . ( same guy in a red shirt ) He told me that this was a courtesy and not part of my service, but he went ahead and sprayed a few squirts in my car!! So let me get this straight !! So I came here because one of my friends got sick in my car. So I wanted to get my car cleaned and asked for a detail. I informed them of what was going on. They brought someone in and he told me it was going to be $260. Which I did not pay I used my free car wash coupon and let them take my car. When it was done, the entire inside had not been finished. This is my second attempt using this location. The first attempt was so bad the manager had them re-wash my car and gave me a free carwash. Used the free wash today. They didn't vacuum the car at all. Windows are streaky inside. Watched the employee use the rag he dried my car with to "clean" my front windshield. As soon as they said my car was ready k had to ask for rags and cleaner to do the job they didn't do. $33 seems a little extreme for me to have to clean the car myself. Asked for a manager. My interactions with the Service side have been great. Pleasant, honest, quick and competent. Would be 5 stars if it were just the Service side. I've reached an age where I'd only do my own oil changes and stuff in the AZ heat if it was going to save my dog's life. I appreciate that they make honest recommendations and it doesn't feel like a hard upsell. The Wash side of the house is ...okay, but a little rushed. ...They ARE trying to run a business, so ... efficiency is prioritized. In my experience, it's been good for maintenance cleaning, but not to be confused with a deep clean. (And you really don't need the ceramic wash or clay bar every time.) My recommendation for others: I did get a "Buy 3 get 1 free" voucher book. If I choose to get additional services (including a wash), the bundle pricing works well ... I took my car to the location at Ray Road and Priest Drive in Tempe, AZ. I paid for the "Ultimate" wash which was supposed to include polishing of the dash. Along with NOT polishing the dash, the windows were also terribly smeared. We were getting ready to go on a road trip so I didn't have time to go back and talk to them about it and/or get it done right. Called customer service stating oil dripping and engine smoking after receiving my car back, said they would follow up with me and never returned my calls. Took it back and service workers blamed it on the car disregarding the fact that, this was not an issue previous to this oil change. Spent $220 on a detail and waws totally ripped off. These guys have no idea what they are doing. Windows, not clean, console and dash still dirty. They shampooed the mats and carpet.
