Paid for the ultimate car wash so they could clean my wheels and inside of my car. They did a piss poor job cleaning my car. When I brought it to the attention of the quality control guy about my tire wells being dirty, he told me that it was extra to remove dirt from the tire wells. I paid $38 and had to take it to another car wash so I could spend more money removing the dirt from the wheel wells. I specifically asked for the ultimate service because it included the wheels and tire area. The QC guy asked to see my receipt and I showed him that I paid for the ultimate which included wheels and tires area . Instead of helping out and cleaning the mist areas, he just shrugged his shoulders . Poor customer service . And they did not vacuum my car well and told me they were going to put a air freshener black ice in the car and they did not do this either. This is the last time I bring the car here. And they wanted me to get the monthly service? I ended up paying more money to get my car cleaned because these people did such a terrible job. Matthew made it abundantly clear that black women's money isn't good there after I stepped to the counter and he proceeded to yell at me "what do you want!", I silently turned around to walk out as I heard him call me some choice words to my back as I walked to the door. I promptly turned around and started recording his outburst as today is my birthday and I'm just trying to get my treats and go home, but I also refuse to be disrespected. I just got my car after a detail. I went somewhere else and was quoted $700 so Cobblestone's price (around $260-$300) was a great deal. It seemed pricey at first but they really did an amazing job. I have to give them a lot of credit. My car has 188k miles on it so the interior leather was gross but now it's back to looking new. They didn't realize I asked to be called when it was done and thought I was on site but when I spoke with the staff member at the counter she was genuinely kind about it and handled me being frazzled pretty well. I spent $80 at this establishment for an ultimate premium full service clean and bug removal and for all 4 mats to be cleaned . The bugs on my windshield were NOT removed and my mats were anything BUT clean. I stepped into my car and it was still dirty. I was expecting a gorgeous clean vehicle for the amount charged! There was still a yogurt splatter from when I brought it in! Save your money and the headache and don't go. Service needs to be improved and/or price lowered read more

Paid for a FULL service wash and was EXTREMELY disappointed in the result. When they said they were finished with my truck I went to look at it, there was water on the outside that still needed to be dried, asked for them to finish. Then I had some dog hair on the headrest, back and side of the seats, I asked if they would vacuum it and I was told it was extra. Didn't want to argue but asked if I could quickly and was told that I had to pull over to the self serve area. When I went to vacuum the seats I noticed that they didn't vacuum the seats at all. Barely wiped down the center counsel. If I knew I had to do that I would have saved myself money and just done it myself in the first place. HORRIBLE experience. read more

Stopped in to take advantage of a free wash for nurses today. The employee wasn't able to scan the coupon but eventually figured it out and told me to pull forward. I went around to clean side and waited 45 minutes for my car. Finally I went back to dirty side to find my car sitting there. When I asked what's up the manager became EXTREMELY RUDE , I will never go back to this location even if it was a free wash. I wish I could give less than 1 Star. read more

I stopped to put gas in my car. I selected "regular" and for some reason it pumped "plus". This was 30 cents more per gallon and resulted in an over charge of $5.23. I brought this to the attention of two managers on site. This was at Alma School and Germann. Both managers claimed that they could not give me a refund. The GM offered me a free express car wash, which I did not need. I simply wanted a credit for the overcharge. They refused to take care of it . Corporate has been contacted. I have not heard back from them. Avoid this location. read more

I wanted my tires and windows etc done as well so I rolled into paid car wash area and asked the girl how much would it be to have my interior and tires done etc She told me $40.00 . When I drove off, I noticed that the new Car scent that I requested was not done so I turned around and went back to the same area at the car wash . ( same guy in a red shirt ) He told me that this was a courtesy and not part of my service, but he went ahead and sprayed a few squirts in my car!! So let me get this straight !! I paid $40 plus tax and an additional $7for the first wash I did AND I still have bugs on my hood etc ! Let me add the hard sales pitch I receive every darn time I arrive to the car wash ! This is my second attempt using this location. The first attempt was so bad the manager had them re-wash my car and gave me a free carwash. Used the free wash today. They didn't vacuum the car at all. Windows are streaky inside. Watched the employee use the rag he dried my car with to "clean" my front windshield. As soon as they said my car was ready k had to ask for rags and cleaner to do the job they didn't do. $33 seems a little extreme for me to have to clean the car myself. Asked for a manager. My interactions with the Service side have been great. Pleasant, honest, quick and competent. Would be 5 stars if it were just the Service side. I've reached an age where I'd only do my own oil changes and stuff in the AZ heat if it was going to save my dog's life. I appreciate that they make honest recommendations and it doesn't feel like a hard upsell. The Wash side of the house is ...okay, but a little rushed. ...They ARE trying to run a business, so ... efficiency is prioritized. In my experience, it's been good for maintenance cleaning, but not to be confused with a deep clean. (And you really don't need the ceramic wash or clay bar every time.) My recommendation for others: I did get a "Buy 3 get 1 free" voucher book. If I choose to get additional services (including a wash), the bundle pricing works well ... I took my car to the location at Ray Road and Priest Drive in Tempe, AZ. I paid for the "Ultimate" wash which was supposed to include polishing of the dash. Along with NOT polishing the dash, the windows were also terribly smeared. We were getting ready to go on a road trip so I didn't have time to go back and talk to them about it and/or get it done right. Spent $220 on a detail and waws totally ripped off. These guys have no idea what they are doing. Windows, not clean, console and dash still dirty. They shampooed the mats and carpet. The seats are leather, so they just wiped them down. There was SO much armor Garud like stuff all over the car, I had to have them wipe it up. What a shotty operation. So I just came back from a 3000+ mile trip. Decided I was going to get the car detailed and washed to get all the dirt and dust and all the bugs off. Even spoke to the attendant and said I wanted the best package that included full in and out detail. I even specified to vacuum out the trunk. I paid my bill of $70 to do the job I THOUGHT was going to be done professionally and completely. I even dropped the car off and and told them to take their time and I would be back later. Drop off was at 1:11 PM. I went and picked up the car at 4:15 PM. I made the mistake of not inspecting the car before leaving. I guess I THOUGHT that the job was going to be done professionally. My mistake. As I was driving home I noticed several things. The door panels were wiped down but inside where the door handles are were not. But there was chemical overspray there. The radio/entertainment buttons were the same with overspray. The compartment where the USB and car chargers go still had debris in there and had not been cleaned out. The windshield has wax on it near the hood and the windshield shill had bug smears on it from the trip. Even the leather part of the back seat had overspray on it but was not wiped down. After I got home I took a closer look and found that the grill and fog lights were still coated in bugs from the trip. How do they do the special wash and wax OCER bugs on the car. Then I went to the mirrors on the sides and still have bugs on the forward facing paint of the mirrors. Made my way to the back and popped the trunk. Then I cringed when I saw the dirt and dust still there and the trunk HAD CLEARLY NOT been vacuumed out. Again I ask what the hell did I pay $70 for!?!?!? I know some 5 year olds that would have done a damn better job for a lollipop. If you have a choice, DO NOT GO HERE.
