Went there 10:30 am on July 29th. One guy was working the bay while I sat there 30 minutes watching him. I was expecting him to tell me to go inside the waiting room while he finished his project. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I finally got out of the car and told him that it would have been nice if he would have directed me to the lobby.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He said he was busy. I told him that I understood that but suggested that he at least do a 20 second check with me to direct me to step into the lobby. He replied that he didn't think my suggestion was helpful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I decided to not get the oil change. They are great with customer service and oil changes but that's all I would bring your car here for. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked them for advice regarding my car's timing belt and engine, actually asked both locations, two different people. Both said something completely different.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Basically, I could have fixed something so minor and cheap that my car would have lasted a lot longer but unfortunately it broke down a few weeks after I took it here asking to get it looked at. Polite employees, was able to get radiator flush and fuel injection system cleaned for my high mileage vehicle. I'm happy to get my car ready to start my new job next week. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had no appointment and was able to wait in the spacious cute waiting room, while they fixed my car.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The waiting area has a clean bathroom, purified water fountain, video games and cool vintage signs all around. Honestly, I'd give these men 20/10 stars, I went in looking for an oil change and expressed some concerns as they were working ( anything to do with having my car worked on gives me extreme anxiety ) these men were so patient and kind explaining the things they found and even went above and beyond to call O Riley's and have them pull something for me just so I didn't have to go looking myself because I was visibly shaking. Stopped in for an express oil change. Doug and the other gentleman that was there, (I forgot to catch his name), did a great job! Very friendly and professional. It was clean and the waiting area was cozy. They had a really cool Simpsons arcade machine that my son could play on if I need to bring him with for next time because, I'll definitely be back! Well I honestly can't say anything about their work because I didn't even get into the garage for an oil change because the employee was so rude from the get go. Rolling your eyes, speaking rudely and sarcastic to customers will not be good for business. Some people are having difficulty looking for work while others don't appreciate having a job. Thought I'd give this place a try instead of a chain like jiffy lube but after you're annoyed by a customer pulling into your business, I'll try somewhere else and pay someone that takes pride in their work. read more

I asked if the vehicle's ac could get a check up being that it has not been so in the year that I have owned it. I was told that it would only be a few minutes. After twenty minutes, I was advised that there is an **issue with the ac condenser*** and would need to be replaced.The amount was estimated to be between $200.00-$400.00. I was not interested in having the work done right then. Before I drove off, I noticed that the vents on the driver's side was blowing hot air while cool air was coming out of the passenger's side. I pointed that out to Brandon (the store manager) who did the diagnostic. He felt the vents and said "Ill be back in a minute." He walked inside the customer's waiting room, came back and said "I don't know what to tell you, I just hooked the machine up." No apology, no explanation for what could have happened. I took my vehicle to the mechanic and the vehicle was low on freon and one of the ac service ports was leaking a bit. A diagnostic was performed after that and everything else, including ***the ac condenser*** was in good shape. This was a big waste of time and could have been a big waste of money. A lesson learned, if only replacing fluids and/or filters are all that you need, you can have it done here. If one expects decent customer service, this place is not recommended. Most importantly do not expect to receive more than the most basic services from this place as this is NOT A PROPER REPAIR SHOP FOR ANY WORK! read more

Our truck broke down in the next door parking lot today and we had to wait 4 1/2 hours for a tow. I think it was 112 degrees outside. The friendly folks here let us sit in their air conditioned waiting room and provided water the whole time. They were so kind and caring. We really appreciate their gracious hospitality. read more

After hearing so many great things about this place I decided to go get my transmission oil changed there. I arrived and they took my car right in. The gentleman asked me to come out and showed me why my car didn't need it done at this time. My oil was still clean. The other place had lied to me, which happens quite often if you're a woman. They topped off all my fluids and checked my tires thought they didn't end up working on my car. That was amazing customer service. Then right before you leave they hand you a flower.
