I brought my 2019 BMW to Stapley's Garage because I had a coolant leak and a couple of other smaller issues. Jason and the whole team were great to work with and took really good care of me. Their pricing was fair, and what I really appreciated was that they stuck to the original price they quoted me. The repair ended up being more involved and costing them more than they originally expected, but they still honored the price they gave me. You don't always get that with repair shops, so that definitely stood out to me. Overall, I had a really good experience here and will definitely be coming back if I have any issues with my car in the future. I'll also be recommending Stapley's Garage to anyone I know who needs work done on their car. Great people and great service. read more

Absolutely great service! We've had an issue with a bad oil leak for a long time, and came in to see what could be done. They gave us a pretty good quote and time frame of when we would have our car back. They were honest and the quote was reasonable compared to other auto shops. I really appreciated how they treated us and how transparent they were. 10/10!! read more

best mechanic shop! My car has had issues and they let me know to just get a new car and my car wasn't worth fixing and gave truthful and good advice. Super grateful in times like this. Will come back and definitely recommend!! read more

I specifically told them to ONLY look and find out what is wrong with the AC. There were no codes on my car and everything was checked before taking it there. Got an estimate for all these other things...$3400.00!!! There is more yet I am going to leave it at they don't do what the customer requests! And the AC wasn't fixed. read more

Super friendly and knowledgeable front desk crew. Kept me informed amd updated thru out the entire time they had my vehicle. No complaint on prices and very satisfied to come away not feeling like I was taken advantage of!! This is my go to shop from now on! read more

Best service I've ever experienced at a shop. You can tell that they care about the work they do. The final result speaks for itself. My A/C is working better than ever before read more

After this a service appointment I can't see myself going back to Stapley's Garage. I was there for a basic oil change. After the inspection on my vehicle they claimed I needed a list of services on my vehicle and 1 service happens to be a cabin filter. I replaced/ paid for the cabin filter back in April at their Garage. I know for a fact that my cabin filter was not due for a change in August unless it wasn't changed back in April in which I paid them for. Now I feel I have to get an 2nd opinion because they tried to get me to pay for services I might not need. I feel I was overcharged for the service besides the oil change that I did agree to. I'm already cautious about going to mechanics because of things like this. Now I feel they can't be trusted. read more

I was given a quote and the work was more intensive than origanaly thought. They did all the work plus and then some. They stood by their initial quote without additional charges. Thank you guys for making my truck drivable again. read more

The only shop my family and I come to, Travis is an amazing tech, always thorough and ensures everything is done correctly! Thanks Travis!

Jason and his team at Stapleys are truly amazing. For as long as I can remember I've dreaded taking my car in for any work because mechanics often see me (a petite woman) and take advantage of my lack of car knowledge or just treat me differently than male customers. Several months ago a friend recommended Stapleys when I had a concern and I found them to be really kind and just all around really good guys. I opted to make them our regular mechanics and have gone in for several things (on both my car and hubby's) since then. Each time they've gone above and beyond, doing a thorough check on our vehicles, ensuring they were safe and in great shape. Most recently we needed to add a hitch and wheelchair carrier attachment to my car and as always, Jason and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. These guys are experts at what they do, gentlemen who are a pleasure to work with and some of the kindest guys I've had the pleasure of meeting. They have customers for life and we happily refer others to them. Their prices are very fair and they always want to ensure we're happy with their work. I can't recommend Stapleys enough. Thank you guys so much for everything! read more

Made an appointment for a front end alignment at Stapely's Garage based on a recommendation.-Was able to get in within 24 hours and was then in and out in about an hour. There is a comfortable waiting area with AC and we were offered complimentary bottles of water. The guys were very thorough and showed us (via computer) what needed to be adjusted as far as my alignment, which was NOT the case with a previous shop I went to. Staplely's will have my business from here forward. Great prices and great experience! read more

Everyone here was very nice but I went into get my battery replaced and it was $350. That sounded really high to me to so I called around and most places were cheaper and I saw it was because they charged to test my battery and voltage. It seemed others didn't charge for that service. So then I just decided to call the dealership with the list of recommended services and they were surprisingly cheaper on just about all of it. I grew up always thinking the dealership was more exspensive then going private. I was either lied to or this place is just a lot. read more

My 2015 Honda Civic Si needed the AC completely redone. They set me up with a car service so I could get where I needed to be while my car was in the shop. They were able to fix it quickly and I was back on the road again. Thank you to the mechanics and front desk staff! read more

Fantastic experience. Within the month of December 2025 Stapley's Garage efficiently and transparently completed a break job on on my MINI Cooper, then completed a much more complicated coolant / oil filter housing repair, saving me $1,000 compared to what MINI of Tempe quoted, all true and I can provide the actual documentation. Last and most important ... MINI of Tempe suggested I needed to replace the engine thermostat ASAP, which regulates the engine coolant system. MINI of Tempe, their quote being $2,600 to replace the thermostat. I asked Stapley's Garage to assess the thermostat while fixing the coolant housing and they found no signs of the thermostat needing repair, which was validated by the fact no engine warning light was engaged, which would happen if the thermostat was failing. Has I simply accepted MINI if Tempe's suggestions, I would have spent $3,500 unnecessarily. I found Stapley's Garage based on a search of repair garages based on positive reviews and am thrilled to be a new / loyal customer. read more

I first moved to Arizona in 2019 driving a 2001 car. I switched mechanics all of the time, until I first came to Stapley's. I've never met a more honest group of people, and they're extremely transparent throughout the entire process. They are upfront about all costs before you even agree to the repairs. They also are constantly reaching out to me, letting me know exactly how the repair is going. 11/10 read more

Quality and service were great. Professional and friendly. On time delivery of requested services!

Jason was professional, friendly, and straight forward! I was running 10 minutes late and they still got me out in less than an hour, confirmed a few repairs I know I need, but pushed nothing on me. Thank you for a smooth morning, I will be back! read more

Went in for an inspection. They sent me a detailed form with video explanations and photos of the issues my vehicle had, what the parts do, and why they needed to be replaced. Greatly appreciated the transparency. The repairs done made my car drive better and they stood up to a long road trip right after. Although a little pricey, the quality work and safety are worth it read more

WOW...what an amazing garage! I went in and explained was going on with my car and the guy come out, reset my computer and gave me advice. I love to give credit to great customer service when it's due! Stapley's Garage has some of the kindest and most helpful mechanics I've ever met. I was washing my sister's car just across the way when I realized she had an extremely flat tire. Rather than risk driving down to a gas station to get air, I went what was right next door to the car wash, Stapley's Garage. As soon as I walked in, even though both guys at the desks were on the phone the smiled to recognize I was there. Once they could help I explained the dilemma and asked if I could pay them to fill the tire up with air. The guy said air was free and as soon as a tech came in, they'd get it fixed so I could be on my way. I didn't catch the name of the mechanic who helped me, but he was so nice! He quickly took the tire off the car and inspected. Sure enough, a dang nail was in the tire. He patched the tire and let me ask all the questions I wanted to as he worked. As he inspected the other tires, he let me know that they were pretty worn down and I should look into replacing them soon. He didn't try to push or sell me on anything just was honest and happy to show me how I could tell the life of the tires and how to tell how worn they are. I let him know it was my sisters car but I would pass along the message! I loved how kind and non-pushy these mechanics were especially because being a young female at a car shop, often that is not the case. Being the niece of a mechanic, I often send my friends his way, but I definitely will be adding Stapley's Garage to my list of recommendations! read more

Thank you to everyone over at Stapley's Garage. Chris, from the moment I called, was beyond helpful. He spoke with me at minimum 20 minutes over the phone listening to my unfortunate laundry list of work, repairs and experiences I had prior to finding this shop. Thank you guys for the speedy diagnosis, quality service & communication and for a realistic cost when it came to the final repair work. My truck has been running flawlessly! Excellent service! My tire was ready to pop and I was able to make it to their shop before anything happened. He got it right in to look at it, and found the issue. So here is the long and short of it. Bought my car at a dealership, went in for my first oil change, was told I needed brakes. With the level of wear they quoted me I wasn't happy about it and decided to find someone closer to do the job. My buddy who usually does my brakes was not available and when I called in, Brandon was friendly and quoted a fair price. Got me in the next day. Here's why you choose RAD. Next day I drop off my car, Brandon gives me a ride to work, and let's me know he'll call to see if we need to do rotors along with the brakes. He calls me back and drops a bombshell. My car doesn't need them. Has at least most likely another year. So not only did my dealer lie to me, but Brandon is the honest one in this equation because he could have taken the money and ran. He just earned a customer without earning any money. On a side note, as a single gal here in Phoenix, finding someone who won't rip you off because you carry a purse instead of a wallet is tough. Check these guys out. I certainly appreciate them. read more
