I've tried 3 other local shops and each one either did the job wrong, refused my business, or did damage to my Jeep. Had a pretty abrupt and serious problem with my RV wheel and had to pull over and leave it at the Super 8 parking lot. First thing in the AM I go up there and talk to Jeff. Long story short he pretty much saved the day. I went here paid for the parts he told me to get twice and never got the other parts returned back to me so that I could return it so I paid doubled for one part just because he never gave me anything back on top of everything they broke my engine cover and never said anything about just put it back under the hood and left it just cause he couldn't fix my car doesn't mean to break more parts to my car anyway I ended up taking my car to the dealership and they fixed it read more

The WORST service I have ever recieved. I called ahead of time to place an appt for an oil change, (something that alone should take about 40 mins) I get there earlier than my appt, about 15 mins not expecting to be attended until my set appt time. The gentleman at the desk, looks like he's the MANAGER asks me to come up to the counter and so I did, he recognized me from my appt time and asked me to have a seat and that I'd be helped in a bit. An hour passes by and nothing. A customer walks in and 10 mins later her car is already on the ramp! I go up and ask and he seems confused, he asked me if I had filled out paperwork .... PAPERWORK? I've been sitting for AN HOUR and you never bothered to hand me a clipboard? Then he explains that my car may or may not need a more expensive oil and that there is a waste fee ... So from a groupon that was $19 (reduced from the original that was $32) he still wanted to charge me more for an oil change that was $24.99 WHY. I ended up leaving after an hour of sitting not once offered water or checked up on me. read more

The owner, Brandon, seems like a really honest guy! I took my car to get the starter replaced and brought it back good as new. The best part was that since I lived close, he had some of his employees take me back to my home so I did not have to wait at the shop. After the job was done, he told me there were a few issues with my car that I needed to monitor and grabbed one of his mechanics and walked out to personally show me the problem locations. read more

Honest, super friendly and customer service with a smile is there Priority.. I brought my jeep in for a transmission flush and routine maintenance before I sold the vehicle. LOVE these guys!! They now do all of my regular oil changes, as well as most recently my 50,000 mile check up on my Ford Flex. They go above and beyond to make appointments convenient to their customer, are courteous and friendly, and their prices are obviously way better than going to the Dealership. I had engine problems with my 07 Tahoe. They started with a tune-up (due anyways) and when that didn't fix then I had to bite the bullet and replace the lifters. Price came in $1,500 less than dealership and when a few follow up problems (oil Gauge sensor) showed up they fixed for free. Stood up for their work and really solid guys. Last week I went in for an oil change with my 3 year old. First off I have to say that I was very impressed with the inside area, they had Legos, coloring, and toys to keep my son busy! He never once got tired of being there. That aside, trying out a new place is always nerve-wracking, & I was so happy! Rod and his wife Dawn were both very pleasant to work with. The oil change was done quickly, a full inspection was done, and the only thing I needed was new windshield wipers! The price was very fair. Fast forward to this week, my starter went out while I was parked at a discount tire. All within a day Rod was able to set up to have my car towed to his shop, and the starter repaired. I called around for pricing and he was within $20 of everywhere else, & I would much rather support this business in any large chain. They have my business and I will be going back. read more

I wanted to thank the guys at Discount Tune N Lube because they were really there for me. I went there to have a simple oil change on 12/20/12 and they found out that some of my belts were going bad and they gave me a great deal to change em. After I left the shop there was an issue with one of the belt changes and they went Above and Beyond to get me back to the shop safe and repaired the issue that same night! It's obvious that they're not in it to nickel and dime you, but to make sure you can trust them and to build that rapport so you come back if needed! They did their own research to find me cheaper parts, weighed out every option I had for repairs to help save money and even took me back to the garage to show me how the tests are done and how they came to the conclusion they had. The new owners Rock! They are doing my oil change as we speak! Don't pay no mind to the bad reviews, those were before they took over! Both my experiences have been great thus far. My son can come along and play with blocks and they offered us things to drink. I trust them 100% and know they will always give me the best price. They have seen little things my car needed and helped me with little to no cost so my family could be safe! I always feel so welcomed and they explain everything to me so I don't leave with any questions. As being a women, I feel very awkward going into shops especially when I don't know what's wrong because I'm afraid to get ripped off and treated like an idiot.. But when I come into RAD, I always feel respects and know they won't treat me any differently. Many places have given me the run around and charge me for things with out even explaining why they are charging me. At RAD, you can guarantee they will ask permission before doing anything and will fully explain everything they need to do before hand. I am so glad I found this shop. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF SCAM ARTISTS!! I started taking my car to this place because it was right down the road from my house and they offer $12.95 oil changes. After about 4 oil changes I started to notice a pattern that EVERY TIME I would go in, they would tell me that I needed additional service (transmission flush, differential service, fuel filter, etc.) Being the responsible car owner that I was, I always had the work done. At first I felt they were very generous because they always would "discount" the service they were recommending. I recently received a recall notice on my car for a part and had to drive to the Suzuki dealer to have it replaced. While at the dealer I had a 27 point inspection done complimentary. After the inspection I was given a list of the recommendations. I needed a transmission flush, differential service and a new fuel filter. At this point I am FURIOUS, because in my hand I held the receipts for all of those services that were performed (or supposedly performed) at Discount tune N Lube within the past 4 months. I tried to let it go, but THEN 1 week later my car started leaking fluid and SMOKING!! I took my car to a 3rd mechanic recommended by my bf's father, and they told me that whomever "flushed" the transmission OVERFILLED the fluid and didn't actually "flush" the fluid they only topped it off and it was spilling out of the transmission dipstick reservoir and onto the engine causing the smoking. I am taking the time to let you know my story in hopes that you will not get screwed by these people!!! It's not just me either. As a 25 year old who doesn't make a lot of money I had recommended my friends go there too, and every time one of them went, they "miraculously" needed additional services as well.
