I got all four tires changed and also an alignment. Definitely the nicest people at the desk/phone. Extremely fast service and good job done, wasn't much to be done but I appreciated the speed and quality at the same time. I got a great brand of tire for less than $400 and I got my car back within an hour.. Definitely recommend! read more

My car was serviced properly, and efficiently. It was well within the time estimate. They used quality parts and as usual, did a full service check on the entire car. Most importantly, I trust these guys. read more

The service is always fast and everyone there is very friendly. I have taken my car in for different reasons and they do a great job every time. read more

This place used to be great. Not anymore. I refuse to patronize a business that doesn't have their customers' health and safety in mind. Never again. read more

Stapley's Garage - Employees without masks despite county and city mandate - Auto Repair Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

The service is second to none. Brandon the owner is a very honest man. He has saved me an untold amount of money with his advice. His tires are very under priced. I am a CPA and I know his cost structure. I would highly recommend him and have sent my daughter to him. read more

i've been going here for a couple years and have had amazing service. they recently got new management who gave me the worst service i've ever received. i got quotes the last time i came in and they "lost" all of my info and refused to honor the quotes i previously received. they charged me much more than i had been quoted. i brought my car in for some maintenance and when i got my car back my check engine light was on which was not on before i dropped my car off. i had no issues besides the routine maintenance before i gave my car to them. they took no accountability and told me it would be $1300 to fix the check engine light. they told me i was lucky they ran the code and didn't charge me like i am completely unaware i can take it to O riley's or pretty much anywhere and they would gladly do it for free?? they threw on extras fees i have never seen anywhere i've gone and when i asked them i was told they "legally" had to charge them. the front desk men were extremely condescending. i will never be going back and would not recommend to anyone. brandon, my quote was given to me three to four months prior at my previous oil change, i was advised to get this work done at my next oil change which i did. not 1 year later. you would not have given me a quote knowing you would have to charge a much different price at the time of the service. if you do have my records that's very interesting because i was told they were lost, i know what i was told. there was work i wasn't able to get done on my car because they didn't have the records and i wasn't sure what the parts or service was called. my check engine light was NOT on when i dropped my car off which is why i didn't say anything about it. i would have asked you to run the code if it was. read more

Every time I go into RAD/Stapley's Garage, I am get great service and the cost is decent. I recommend Stapley's Garage.

Got my tires re-aligned here. Great service! Easy to make an appointment and they were quick and efficient. Didn't try to sale me on anything more than I needed! read more

Absolutely phenomenal! I'm a pain in the butt customer, incredibly picky about my vehicles, and demand perfect work. I've tried 3 other local shops and each one either did the job wrong, refused my business, or did damage to my Jeep. The guys at RAD listened to my requests and performed all 4 jobs exactly as requested and to the highest standard. I couldn't be happier! Finally, I found my "go-to" shop. I'll be back next time I need anything done. They also have a nice clean and comfortable waiting area with a television and coffee/water available if you need to wait. Thanks again guys for the work you did on my '15 Jeep JK Unlimited Rubicon on 9/23/17 read more

Had a pretty abrupt and serious problem with my RV wheel and had to pull over and leave it at the Super 8 parking lot. First thing in the AM I go up there and talk to Jeff. Long story short he pretty much saved the day. Got my unit back on the road that night (worked past closing!) and did some pretty creative mechanic work (rather than just saying "can't find the parts - sorry). The best! Looks like I found my go-to garage! Thanks guys! read more

Finally a auto shop that is honest and doesn't take advantage of customers, thank you

After my latest experience at another local repair facility I called RAD Auto Repair to have them check out my air conditioning. Rod and Jeff went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction and that my car was done in a timely manner. Even before I left the property my car was already being brought around back, an hour and half later I was back on the road. My air conditioning blows nice and cool now. Thank you guys and thanks for the great experience. Rod and the guys provide a discount for veterans as well. read more

The WORST service I have ever recieved. I called ahead of time to place an appt for an oil change, (something that alone should take about 40 mins) I get there earlier than my appt, about 15 mins not expecting to be attended until my set appt time. The gentleman at the desk, looks like he's the MANAGER asks me to come up to the counter and so I did, he recognized me from my appt time and asked me to have a seat and that I'd be helped in a bit. An hour passes by and nothing. A customer walks in and 10 mins later her car is already on the ramp! I go up and ask and he seems confused, he asked me if I had filled out paperwork .... PAPERWORK? I've been sitting for AN HOUR and you never bothered to hand me a clipboard? Then he explains that my car may or may not need a more expensive oil and that there is a waste fee ... So from a groupon that was $19 (reduced from the original that was $32) he still wanted to charge me more for an oil change that was $24.99 WHY. I ended up leaving after an hour of sitting not once offered water or checked up on me. read more

The owner, Brandon, seems like a really honest guy! I took my car to get the starter replaced and brought it back good as new. The best part was that since I lived close, he had some of his employees take me back to my home so I did not have to wait at the shop. After the job was done, he told me there were a few issues with my car that I needed to monitor and grabbed one of his mechanics and walked out to personally show me the problem locations. read more

This place is amazing! They did a wonderful job on my car and even gave me a discount! Good prices and honesty is hard to come by at a mechanic shop! Thanks guys!!!! read more

Today I got my Mini Cooper detailed at RAD auto repair. The service was amazing even picking up my car. My Car looks better then when I bought it 3 years ago! I had my truck service there and they did a great job. Next week I will be going back to get new tires because they gave me a great quote. Having a mechanic I totally trust and get my car detailed is a win win! read more

Rod and Dawn are the best! It's like someone picked this place out and of small town USA and dropped it off here in gilbert. Honest, super friendly and customer service with a smile is there Priority.. I brought my jeep in for a transmission flush and routine maintenance before I sold the vehicle. While it was there I had a buyer come look at the Jeep and they were happy to stop midway through the job pull it off the rack and let me have somebody test drive it which cost them time and money.. they even brought the buyer in, pulled him under the rack and showed them what they had inspected on the vehicle and let the buyer look for himself.. thanks Rod and Dawn your the best read more

To all my military brothers & sisters - RAD Auto Repair is legit!! From my first visit when ROD noticed my CAC in my wallet he was proud to announce that they offered military discounts. Yes, I didn't have to ask. The second time (6 months later) he looked up my information and assured me that he will "take care of me" again and thanked me for my service. He even knew it was my son's vehicle and not mine. BRAVO ZULU RAD!! & Thank you Rod, Ryan, and team for your service to the Valley's Military community. read more

Found RAD Auto on line. I worked with Rod. He was great! No hassle, no negotiating, just an overall honest guy. He actually charged me less than what he quoted me. That is a first! Extremely fast service. Never tries to sell you unnecessary repairs. Has great prices. I 100% recommend this place for anything from basic auto repair's to oil changes. read more

LOVE these guys!! They now do all of my regular oil changes, as well as most recently my 50,000 mile check up on my Ford Flex. They go above and beyond to make appointments convenient to their customer, are courteous and friendly, and their prices are obviously way better than going to the Dealership. Plus, they don't incentivize their employees to jack up services that aren't actually needed so they are entirely trustworthy as well. Will never use another mechanic from here on out! read more

Great service good prices. I highly recommend this mechanic. I am a single mom (with little money) and I often find mechanics take advantage of my lack of knowledge by telling me everything under the sun is wrong with my car. I actually felt like I could trust RAD auto repair. They looked over my whole car, then took me out to see what they saw. He wrote up a detailed report and helped me fix my car in the best and most affordable way. I think it's rare to find a trustworthy mechanic - thanks Rad auto for being so rad!! read more

It is nice to have an honest shop by my new place. I cold dropped my beat up old Benz. These people have been straightforward and although I couldn't spend the money to resurrect my car from the grave, what they performed was very reasonable! I look forward to bringing my daily driver here for PM. read more

I had engine problems with my 07 Tahoe. They started with a tune-up (due anyways) and when that didn't fix then I had to bite the bullet and replace the lifters. Price came in $1,500 less than dealership and when a few follow up problems (oil Gauge sensor) showed up they fixed for free. Stood up for their work and really solid guys. Would recommend definitely. read more

My Buick and bank account really love these guys! They are prompt, honest and reliable. They may not be the most affordable, but they explain exactly what you need and will even offer you alternatives for other shops if their prices are out of your budget. I feel extremely comfortable taking their advice. Not to mention the waiting area is super spacious and clean too! Thanks RAD read more

These guys are great. First went to get my brakes fixed and I was shocked at how inexpensive, quick and easy it was! Came back for an oil change and once again they were great. They will mention if you've got additional work they recommend (which has never been much) but they never pressure you! I definitely recommend these guys! read more

Took my truck in for a rotate and balance and came out with 3 new tires. My used tires were Hankook that came with the truck, won't ever get those again. Diagnosed the real problem and replaced them with another brand. Truck wasn't going to be ready until the next day so they even gave me a ride home. Definitely recommend. read more

We have used many auto repair/brake shops in the valley over the past 30 years. I honestly must say that these folks treat you right ! What I like best is that they don't try to sell me service that I don't need . With money being so tight they advise me what needs to be done now to be safe, and what I can wait on. They give it to me straight, and they don't brake the bank. This company is top notch .. read more

Awesome. Fair. Great guys. They do all my and my families work on our vehicles. Shout out to the owner,Rod. Been coming here for a few years. read more

Last week I went in for an oil change with my 3 year old. First off I have to say that I was very impressed with the inside area, they had Legos, coloring, and toys to keep my son busy! He never once got tired of being there. That aside, trying out a new place is always nerve-wracking, & I was so happy! Rod and his wife Dawn were both very pleasant to work with. The oil change was done quickly, a full inspection was done, and the only thing I needed was new windshield wipers! The price was very fair. Fast forward to this week, my starter went out while I was parked at a discount tire. All within a day Rod was able to set up to have my car towed to his shop, and the starter repaired. I called around for pricing and he was within $20 of everywhere else, & I would much rather support this business in any large chain. They have my business and I will be going back. read more

Great shop! I took my Mercedes yesterday and it was a pleasant experience. Had my headlight fixed and car seat adjusted for a very fair price. They were extremely friendly and professional. I will be going to them for all my car service needs in the future. I highly recommend you give them a chance to service your vehicles. read more

Awesome service, fair prices, and they take the time to diagnose and fix the problem correctly. They stand by their warranties and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Simple right? Couldn't figure out how to resolve the problem and was getting VERY frustrated... anything that was suggested didn't work and was money down the drain... Called RAD Auto Repair and not only were they able to squeeze me in, but they figured out a workable solution, were VERY reasonable and I was in and out in no time.... They know how to think outside the box and don't take advantage of you... Honest and reliable... Would definitely contact them FIRST next time I have an issue.. thank you RAD!!! read more

I wanted to thank the guys at Discount Tune N Lube because they were really there for me. I went there to have a simple oil change on 12/20/12 and they found out that some of my belts were going bad and they gave me a great deal to change em. After I left the shop there was an issue with one of the belt changes and they went Above and Beyond to get me back to the shop safe and repaired the issue that same night! They did what they needed to do to fix an issue that came from left field and that has gained my loyalty. Thank you guys! My Kia loves you! read more

I started my search for a repair shop via The Clipper which brought me to this shop. After several more diagnoses over the next 24 hrs. I found that they were the least expensive and the most bang for my buck. After an extra complete and thorough experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Jeff was very accommodating and helpful. Thanks Jeff! read more
