Staff is knowledgeable and friendly which is great, as well as service. Prices are very reasonable.

Great response in getting back to you with issue and costs. Got the job done fast! Thank You

Came in last week to get some parts put on my car. Other shops were fully booked out for weeks or weren't within budget. The shop got me scheduled in the same week and I got my car back the same day. Friendly staff team and I was able to take their shuttle back home which was nice. I'll be coming back for sure! read more

These guys are exactly what you want in a shop, honest & fair. They stand by their work and if it happens to be something out of their wheelhouse they will help point you in the right direction. I had my EV in there, yes an electric vehicle, to deal with an A/C issue. The dealership wanted to replace the entire system at ~$5,000. I was not confident in the dealerships assessment so I found New Dimensions and asked if they would take a look. Their diagnosis fee was very reasonable and they determined the issue was just line, seals and a recharge. After only ~$1,300 I has happy driving cold again. A couple weeks later it did stop cooling again so we took it back and they guys did a courtesy check and determined that one of the recharge ports was leaking. They did a quick fix and recharge and we were all set. I took them to charge me for whatever but when I went to pick up the car I was told it was no charge. This is exactly how you want a mechanic to operate. I will happily pay for service and repairs if someone is honest and actually does the work to find the issue as opposed to just throwing parts at the issue. I own three other vehicles and will be using these guys for everything going forward. Thank you Jamie and team. I hope this review helps more people find you out there. read more

New Dimensions is our local auto shop that we have been going to for many years! Not only do they provide quality service, but they also provide honest service and affordable prices. My mother would drive from Tempe just to get an oil change with them. We highly recommend!! read more

New Dimensions Automotive knew immediately what was wrong with my 2008 Subaru and it was a difficult "fix" but they got it done! They kept my beloved car for two nights, drove me back and forth between my home and their business and were professional every step of the way. Zach and Jaime were extraordinary in the way they treat(ed) seniors. I'm 83 years old, and their kindness during this repair was commendable. I appreciate this business and fully recommend them. read more

These guys were awesome! We booked an oil cooler filter housing replacement on our 2014 Chrysler 300 because it was leaking oil. We brought it in the am and picked it up the same day. Zach was so helpful and thorough throughout the whole transaction. We will definitely be back if we need car repairs they can help us with. read more

Service was great, fair pricing and same day turnaround for most auto repairs. I always take my car here. 300000 miles later, still running strong. Thank you! read more

Great auto shop! I appreciate honesty and Jaime will give you just that. Did some work on my car and looked at another problem. He was up front about what was essential and other things that are not worth the cost or would not remedy a problem long term. Definitely recommend using them! It is nice not to feel like just a number like at a dealership auto shop. read more

I went to pick up my vehicle right at closing. On the way to pick up, my other car's tire pressure indicator came on. We had a flat. I went in and paid and picked up my key. So then I started changing my tire and began having some difficulty with the lugs. At 5:30pm, Jamie (owner) noticed and came over and offered assistance, which was needed. He brought out a floor jack and an air ratchet and changed the tire like a NASCAR Pit Crew. There were problems with the spare and he filled it with air and got us on our way. I offered to pay a labor charge and he would have none of it. Great customer service at a very inconvenient time and I appreciate it very much. I have used New Dimension for about 3 years now for 3 vehicles and it has always been a good experience. read more

I needed routine maintenance on my Range Rover and brought it to New Dimensions. They were so great to work with. Easy scheduling an appointment, waited for the service in a clean comfortable waiting area, and the service was done quickly. It's worth mentioning that the price of the oil change was a fraction of the dealership price. read more

We are so happy we found this Automotive Repair shop ! In a time when honesty seems to be gone ...this place renewed our confidence . We own 3 vehicles and we will bring our cars only here . They are not only honest but do excellent work. read more

Took my 2008 Prius here for oil changes and some other repairs and maintenance and I never had an issue, Jaime and team were always real and keeping it cool. Costs seemed normal. Car always ran fine, then again it's a Toyota! read more

I recently reviewed these grifters a couple of weeks ago and low and behold they deleted it. Guess the truth hurts. Btw don't get sucked into believing their so called guarantee as they use it to claim that it wasn't what they fixed that is now causing problems but instead they use it as a way to milk you out of more money for something else that was never a problem before bringing it to them in the first place. read more

I damaged the plastic under my car and i made an appointment the same day and they fixed it in under 30 minutes!!! and since it was an easy fix they didnt charge me, i will definitely be coming back read more

New Dimensions Automotive is the best place to take your vehicle whether it is for routine maintenance or a major repair. Jamie and his crew are the best and always make sure you understand the repairs. I never feel like I have been cheated or had repairs completed that are not needed. Zach is helpful and willing to help. We take our three vehicles here only. They are fair and reliable. We trust them.

Very happy with the service at this shop. These guys go above and beyond. If you're looking for a great mechanic. Look no further!

Highly recommend this place. Fast and professional. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. They got me in the same day I called. They estimated an hour but had the work done in 30 minutes. They did a comprehensive review of my car and noticed my break pads were getting low. They even informed me of a deal online to save money. Car runs great! Much smoother ride than before. Definitely beats going to a chain automotive place and having to wait all day to get your car back. read more

The entire staff at New Dimensions is amazing! Jaime the owner is not only friendly, he is honest and accommodates everyone's needs as best as he can! I have been coming here to get my oil changed for the past 5 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else as the customer service is always beyond incredible and the service is reasonably priced! read more

It's me again! Yes, I complained, but Jaime called me and was very sincere and said they stand by their work and want to fix my leaking tranny pan. I took the car back and they brought me home and Jaime called an expert to get a recommendation on the best gasket. It's on order and they are going to replace it on Saturday. Hopefully this will be the one! I am giving them 5 stars for their willingness to work on this to resolve it, and their great attitude! I'll let you know what happens, but suffice it to say I've changed my mind about these guys for the better! read more

I have been using New Dimensions for over 10 years. They do the oil changes and mechanical work when needed. The owners and staff are friendly and good to work with. I would definitely recommend them any automotive service work. read more

First time customer upon a referral! I am very picky about my car and am the original owner so I was a little nervous about using a new place. Had issues with the HVAC actuator, needed to have part of the dash removed to replace one of them and unfortunately after replacing that one it still didn't work right. Problem was another actuator had gone out causing the new one to malfunction so Jaime(owner) personally worked on my car and he made things right, including replacing the parking brake cable that broke(just happened to break which so many do because they sit above the exhaust system so the heat deteriorates the cable over time)! He showed me all the broken parts and explained each one to me! He was also able to have one of his guys drop me off and pick me up as I was unable to get to/from his shop! Now that is what I call service and would highly recommend his shop and will plan to use him in the future! All his mechanics continue to go to advanced schooling to keep updated on the latest! Shout out to Zack, Sergio, Colton, Walker, and Jaime for their excellence! read more

Not the happiest with my experience here. Brought two cars in for an "all over check" before a long road trip...plus some other issues that I KNEW were wrong. Was told, "Yeah, we normally check the whole car for any issues..." Ok, fine.. Get a very quick, rushed call later that day with some of their "findings" before the repairs were started...and they didn't even MENTION the issues I knew for sure needed fixing (leaking oil). So I bring it up and "Oh yeah, that too." One of the cars makes a weird noise when left in idle...I wanted it looked into...yet they claim it didn't make the noise for them. So THAT issue never got fixed. Anyways, the bill was cheaper then expected because they honestly didn't do much with either car. The day after picking them up, one of the cars brakes were squeaking HORRIBLY. Like, the type of squeak you get if you wait WAY too long to fix them. Weird thing is...they weren't squeaking like that before I brought it in. I brought the car in to a DIFFERENT repair shop the next day, and the brakes ended up needing $1200 in repairs because they were so bad. So much for really looking over the car huh? Not blaming this shop for my brakes being bad...but how do you not notice that?? Maybe other people have had better experiences with this location, but I'll keep searching until I find someone who I feel better giving my money to... read more

Excellent work an affordable price. They took my car right away and they finished on time. ll

New Dimensions Automotive has been servicing my two cars for over 8 years. I have found the staff to be extremely competent, honest, and friendly. The shop prices are competitively priced. They are a Mom and Pop company and have repeatedly provided me with the high quality, extra-effort, go-out-of-their-way type of service that has, unfortunately, all but disappeared. I absolutely trust their recommendations and the work they perform on my vehicles. read more

If you have a BMW that is out of Warranty, bring it to these guys!!!!! I will definitely use them for anything and everything my Beamer needs in the future! They charged less than 1/2 of what the Dealership does for an oil, filter, and lube and they also turned off an idiot light for my brakes -that the dealer would not do unless I paid for a new sensor- at no charge. Highly recommend!!! read more
