Oil on the driveway. Ugh…read more Called some friends to get a recommendation for a local shop. One said that Scott from Sunland was the guy. We had the car towed over (2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid), and they diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, the tech made a small mistake and once we got the car home, there was more oil on the driveway and a check engine light. Ugh, again. So we called back to Scott to see what he wanted us to do. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and issues arise. How a business owner handles those issues are the difference between good businesses and great ones. This is a great one. Scott was MUCH more upset than we were! He got us back in same day and fixed the issue at no charge! (We should have paid for a necessary part, but he would not charge us.) With everything so expensive these days, and everyone trying to stretch a buck, it's hard to know if you're leaving your car with someone who cares about it as much as you do. Scott does. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

It's a real deal mom n pop repair shop & I can appreciate their getting behind on a job so I wanted them to know I wasn't gonna rush them or hover over them. When I picked the car up it ran a little rough. No problem, the owner said bring it back & they will check it out. They fixed the issue & I did have to pay for the needed parts but no Labor. I always judge a business more on how they respond to & take care of issues AFTER your initial service or repair, and they get two THUMBS UP for that. They are sometimes unable to answer the phone so be patient if you need to talk to anyone. But April is awesome when you do get to speak to her & Ken the owner is very hands on with every aspect of his business. My overall experience was great! I would recommend KB transmission to anyone.

The car might not resale for what I spent, but we have a car that's now reliable.and will go for another 150k. No one likes costly repairs, especially when things go wrong all at once. At the end of the service the price estimates were the same as the charges (not sure if it would ever vary or if they would call before if it was to be more) I appreciate the pictures they take too! Pricing seems to be fair and comparable. The service was excellent. Very approachable and patient as I had questions and concerns since I'm not familiar with car stuff. We scheduled an appointment for the following day to get the bulbs replaced. The next day, Eric (manager) helped me get situated.
