Plus, called and ask price for other work to be done, got quote. sounded resemble, only to be to up charge after getting there. SCAM! [[HIGHLIGHT]]To start off the work was okay, but the service and customer service was beyond terrible and I would recommend anyone who cares about their vehicle especially if it's a luxury vehicle to avoid this place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I brought in my Mercedes GLS for a rear brake change and brake fluid flush and after I got my vehicle back I noticed massive grease streaks and stains and scratches on my driver side quarter panel from where they had to be to access the brake fluid reservoir. I brought the concern up to them and they told me that they only use rubber tools to perform a brake fluid change and I explained to them that has nothing to do with the complaint I had towards my paint being damaged, because in a mechanic shop your supposed to use fender protection blankets so that these things don't happen. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Well after I explained that they took over a week to get back to me and than told me that they will be sending a detailer to fix the paint and the scratches and grease smudging, I thought well thank goodness they will fix their mistake... nope![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The detailer just did an exterior wash and a sealant wipe with no buffing or polishing to fix the scratches caused by the shop. I have video proof of the detailer only completing an exterior wash and no buffing, on top of that the detailer contracted by the shop did more damage to my vehicle by leaving water spots and wax residue form the sealant, I brought it up to the shop and they completely denied that they have to do anything else and than proceeded to deny the added damage that their shop contracted detailer did. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Since then I have reached out to ask for them to rectify their fault and they have stopped answering my texts and calls.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They also refused to offer any other form of repair and refused to give up their shop insurance so I can get my vehicles paint corrected. So stay away from this place they are cheap and they refuse to work with you in their faults. They still have yet to reach out and are avoiding my issue. I plan to reach out to the BBB and the DIFI and the AG cause this isn't right and will be costing well over a couple thousand for paint correction. read more

I have to say, the more interaction I have with this business, the more I like them! I drive far for work and frequently have tire issues due to the construction on the I-10. Today I stopped at the circle K to put in air in my tire and one of the gentleman walked over. He was clearly off work because he had his backpack and he told me just to go over and they'd air up my tire for free! My check engine light came on a few weeks back and after a minor panic attack, I decided to take it to Kerry's. It was nothing major, extremely minor, but they took care of it for free! Keep in mind the fix probably cost $7 so don't expect a new motor for free All of the employees have been nothing but professional, courteous and seem to be very well educated on all things mechanical. It's just wonderful to see a business operating this way. I will definitely go back with any issues I have in the future. They've earned my trust! read more

I had them mount and balance a brand new set of wheels and tires a few months ago. I noticed later that 2 of the valve stems would leak air and weren't seated properly. After taking them in He insisted that I didn't get valve stems through them and that it wasn't covered under their warranty. (The wheels were dropped off with the packaging still on them and tires still had the stickers, they had to put new valve stems on to even be able to inflate the tires to mount and balance) He told me that there was nothing they can do, unless I paid to remount and balance, since the report only said mount and balance and didn't mention they installed the valve stems. I took my poorly mounted wheels out of their shop and back into my car. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a shame they have to lose a local customer over this all because they couldn't make right with their mistakes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll be taking my business elsewhere and will make sure my local friends and family do the same. read more

Needed two small water hoses replaced at top of radiator and they charged 700.00 + for at most 50.00 of hoses And radiator flush. Took at most an hour to do. Wanted to charge me 900+ when I picked up but told them ridiculous! Settled for the 700.00 to get out of there. And they left bolts untightened I had to go back by to get reattached. this place is very expensive . 700+ for two small hoses and flush for maybe an hours work is out of sight. Two hoses ( in easy reach at top of radiator ) . Do not go here! read more
