Short and sweet.... Writing this from the parking lot. Just wrapped up a 12 hour shift. Got here exactly at 8. Doors can't open till 2nd team member arrives. Was going to leave at 815 it was 811 when I started this. And employee came and told me his team member would be here in 5 min. Told me to pull it around. Was going to leave a 2 but bumped up to a 4. I know stuff happens. And they've been pretty good and quick with me here. read more

For a chain lube-and-go kind of place, this Jiffy Lube is not too bad. It tends to be pretty slow (few to no other customers) which translates to fast service. I brought my fiance's car here for a quick oil change in the middle of some errands, and my usual shop was too far away. I pulled the car up, got in and went inside, and soon was fetched to go over the service options. After I made my decisions, I left the car for about an hour to run off to an appointment. They had no problem with my leaving the car until later, and I paid when I picked it up. The waiting area is the usual. A high TV, a coffee pot, and a restroom. The restroom was actually impressively clean. The guy at the counter was very friendly. I have no complaints. That said, Jiffy Lube is still a chain and I still prefer the personal service I can get at my trusty auto-shop. read more

The most honest auto repair crew I've personally dealt with. I've saved a total of $1,600 in unnecessary repairs other mechanics attempted to quote! This crew will look at everything and give you the straight story on what you REALLY need, and they don't try to force a bunch of upsells! As with any good business, they offer upsells, but they don't make you feel as if you won't even make it home without them. showed up for an inspection on a worn belt after another jiffy lube had already confirmed it needed replacement and was told they needed to ship in parts. no biggy. made an appointment and showed up only to get canceled on the first day because the tech didnt show up and was told to come back the next. showed up day 2 and was told they cant do it because they are "too busy" with 1 car in line. wasnt even apologized to and was just told that my "best bet" would be another jiffy lube up the street. waste of my time. dont come here. understaffed and overpriced read more

I went in for an oil change today, at about 1:00pm on a Saturday - very poor planning on my part. But the guys there did not give me any frustration about it at all; they told me my car would be done in about a half hour and they were true to their word. Nivaro was the name of the guy who helped me and he was awesome. He even washed my windows and my front windshield was absolutely disgusting. Some bird bombed my car really bad...no seriously it was bad. Anyway he cleaned it up for me and didn't complain at all. They were quick and gave excellent customer service. They even held the door for me and thanked me for coming in while another guy there pulled my car up for me. I will definitely be getting my oil changed there from now on!! This place does not take care of there customers. Sitting on my second hour on a 25 minute quote for a timing belt... They stripped a oil plug on my oil pan and gave a VIP discount card. I've been spoken to once and watched 3 other customers come go... Where is my service? Where is your accountability? My time is worth more then $15 jiffy lube. Not recommended for anyone! read more

Terrible! DO NOT go to this Jiffy Lube. 30 miles after leaving there location, I noticed my check engine light was on. As I was concerned about it, I went back. After one of the crew mates gave an excuse that the OBD reading was not syncing up, I attempted to connect it (worked fine). The OBD tool read an error with intake. We popped the hood to find a big tear in one of the air filter hoses. I drove from Salt Lake City Utah (about 900 miles) to Chandler AZ with no issues! 30 miles later after engaging business with Gus and Jiffy Lube all that is left is a bad memory with a 140.00 part that I had to pay. This was the worst Jiffy Lube I've ever been too terrible service..... took too long...... had no change in the cash register.... I got there promptly at 11:00am this morning with my truck and my girlfriend with her car, we were the first ones there and it took over 45 minuets to complete the oil change for both. We came back and they said they had no change in the cash register so they made us drive all the way over to both our different banks to use our debit cards. They also forgot the mileage stickers for both of our cars. And the gentleman that was named Sixto was by far the worst employee I've ever encountered he was absolutely no help and was extremely rude when I asked him questions about the mileage on the oil. I had the worst experience ever with this company today I hope you guys can do something to make this right because I actually used to love this company! read more

To be honest I wasn't overly excited about going in the first place. I had a bad experience at a Jiffy Lube in NJ years ago and haven't been back since. I was in the area for a few hours and my change oil light was on, so I figured I would take a chance and stop in. Colin and Adam were fantastic. I felt like they listened well and explained everything thoroughly. They address what I needed done without pressuring me into unnecessary services or products. These folks really went out of their way to help us. I have a 2014 Audi Q5 diesel. 400+ miles from home and on a 2000 mile plus trip, a service light came on indicating oil change needed, shorter than the standard 10K service likely due to the more severe driving we do. On 5.10.16 we drove into Flagstaff AZ and at 1530 hrs called the local Volkswagen dealership to see if they had a drive in option for oil change. There is no northern AZ Audi dealer. They didn't and could not get us in until 5.12.16, two days later. I then called the local Flagstaff Jiffy Lube and they said they could not service it. I called the Chandler AZ Audi dealer and they likewise had no drive in oil change and the closest appointment was in two days. Bummer. I called the Chandler Jiffy Lube knowing we could be in that area as we passed south. The person answering the phone checked his information and said they would be glad to service it. Whew! The next morning we arrived at 0800 hrs and the manager said he would drive to the Audi dealership for the special filters and oil required. The staff were friendly and engaged. About 90 minutes later we were back on the road. I think it was exceptional that Jiffy Lube went way out of their way to help us and did so cheerfully. The Audi/Volkswagen dealerships in AZ could learn a lesson from these guys. Thank you so much! read more

This is the WORST JIFFY LUBE I have ever been to. I have been there twice and both times my oil leaked all over my garage floor due to failure to tighten the oil pan back up. The second time I had a 18-inch leak all over my garage floor within 2 days of the oil change that was so severe I could not drive my car until emergency services came to my home to tighten the oil pan and replace lost oil for fear of burning up my engine. I have had my car for years and always used Jiffy Lube for service, but never again. These techs are not supervised or are untrained to the point of ruining cars by failure to do their jobs right. Beware! I went in for just a standard oil change, they bring me to the window and show me a dirty air filter which I knew wasn't from my vehicle. They suggested it be changed. I told them no, thank you. I saw through the window they guy looking at my YELLOW air filter and place it back in. The one they showed me was white and filthy. After I got home I looked at my air filter and sure enough, it wasn't it and mine was bright yellow and a completely different shape. Not going there again. read more

Just came in for an oil change. It's nearly impossible to find, which means no lines at all on a Saturday morning. If you have to go on a Saturday then it's worth the drive. New manager was friendly and responsive, gave me an honest evaluation instead of the "up sell. " The service is expensive but the online coupon makes it a terrific price.
