I have come to Oil Buddy many times now, and I have had a great experience every time. Not only are the workers there friendly, but they also know exactly what they are doing, and each time has taken no more than fifteen minutes maximum. Today's visit took ten minutes, and it was the first visit since I got a new vehicle back in March. I would like to give a shoutout to Tyrell for making it yet another great experience. When I had my previous vehicle, they added a different kind of oil to the vehicle, and when they mentioned that there was only one type of oil my new vehicle would accept, I decided to go with their suggestion. Since they are experts in their field, they know which oil your vehicles should have to ensure they function properly. Another thing I like is that not only do they do oil changes, but they also provide free services such as air filter replacement when necessary and air freshener as well. You get great service for the price you pay. They do not accept cash, so be sure to have your credit card ready when getting an oil change there. I love getting my oil changed here. They don't try to upsell you or make you change your air filters. You're in and out super quick. I've never had to wait more than like 2 minutes to get in and once you're in, it takes like 10 minutes max. Literally the best oil change experience ever. It's drive thru so you don't have to get out of your car. Every single employee was friendly and smiling. I waited maybe 5 minutes before it was my turn. There was no line. They had ac unit that point In the car window so it's not hot. Really impressed with the team here & the customer service. Major improvement from prior visits & this one solidified why I opted to return. I'm sure the holiday weekend had something to do with it but for a Saturday afternoon- 0 wait! Was able to immediately pull into the bay. My vehicle's maintenance light came on & said there was only 4% oil life. Come to find out, one of the techs check my sticker & realize I'm not even halfway to the 3K mile mark since my last change (I rarely drive anymore so it didn't even occur to me to check the sticker against my odometer- oops). Advised me that the gauge wasn't reset after the last change. They probably thought I'd blame them since they did the change last round, but I actually figured it was my vehicle's electronics malfunctioning again since I also have a faulty sensor telling me my tire pressure is constantly low when it really isn't. Even though I did not need an oil change, the team of techs this afternoon went above & beyond to do a full courtesy check for me. Washed the windshield, topped fluids off, checked all the lights & tires. ...thank goodness because they found 2 of my tires extremely compromised. I'd likely not have noticed that at all until it was too late & caused a major problem! While they aren't a tire shop, they gave me a referral to another locally owned entity saying other customers have saved significantly by using them. Less than 10 minutes, and not charged at all. I'm very grateful, very impressed & definitely recommend. If you are getting a full service oil change it still takes less than 30 minutes, not even having to exit your vehicle. They're fantastic, caring & hands down some of the best when it comes to customer service. Please consider leaving a tip, too. I was impressed with how Oil Buddy was run! My truck needed an oil change before we head out for the weekend. The kar shop recommended to go here since they had no more appts available for the day! I called at around 745am to try and make an appointment, they opened at 8! I was told they don't take appointments and its a first come serve place. Im assuming he is the owner (sorry, im terrible with names) said but if you can come now there's only two cars here, waiting. Got there and I was greeted with hello and a did you just call? I sure did! Waited 15 mins to get in. Was in and out in less than 1 hr including the 15 min wait. Didn't try to sell me the more expensive oil, he looked up what oil my truck can take and gave me both options. He cleaned my air filter and recommended we changed it next service. Included in the service was checking all my lights and i was told that one of my reverse lights was out! I would have never known. Five stars for the staff and the service given. I always come he y when I need an oil change. They are close to my house, responsibly proceed, and quick. You stay in the vehicle and they have never tried to upsell me on anything. They will remove and show you the air filter and tell you that it's not dirty, which is something that doesn't happen at a lot of other places.
