I really appreciate their text message system that allows me to review what they're recommending now and in the future. I also really enjoy that you can opt right then and there to approve or deny a service. It also has prices estimates. At the end of the service the price estimates were the same as the charges (not sure if it would ever vary or if they would call before if it was to be more) I appreciate the pictures they take too! Pricing seems to be fair and comparable. The service was excellent. Very approachable and patient as I had questions and concerns since I'm not familiar with car stuff. It's easy enough to find, squeezed between the sonic and gas station. You could probably wander around and sit other places if you needed to wait for your car. I definitely plan to come back for my future care services and recommend!

Now we have to bring it to a dealership to get checked out. Update to review, we had to bring the car to a dealership to get checked out and they confirmed that there was 11 quarts of oil in the car that caused the leak and smoke. the pressure from this extra oil also caused the oil pan gasket to leak and the crankshaft to leak, the repairs will be $4,000 to fix, all because the car was overfilled by nearly twice the recommended oil amount

We took it back and as expected, they won't accept fault. Wouldn't even touch it. So here we go- having to take it into the dealership and pay to have this fixed- costing us more time & money!! It's uncommon to come across a business that treats you fairly and genuinely cares about your experience throughout the business interaction. What is even more exceptional is finding a business that is able to leave an impression on you not just once, but one that consistently exceeds your expectations. We discovered Stamps when my wife's car was in need of tires. Our first experience brought us back, and every experience since has reaffirmed my opinion that Tim and his team are truly a rare find in the service industry. Most recently, I brought my F250 in for servicing. Of course, it was a weekday morning, trying to get kids to school before heading to work, and the truck won't start. Based on the input of a roadside assistance team, I was expecting to walk out with two new batteries and at least one, if not two alternators (dual alternator vehicle), and a hefty unexpected bill. Once the roadside assistance team got me running, I immediately called Tim and explained the situation. Tim, understanding my need to find a solution before it was time to pick up kids, worked with his schedule and told me that if I came right in, he'd have me ready by that afternoon. When I dropped off the truck, Tim had me in and out, he even drove me back to the house so that I could make arrangements to get to work as quickly as possible. Around lunch Tim called me to let me know that he had checked the entire system (batteries, alternators, starter, wiring, etc) and the good news was that everything checked out except the batteries. Regarding the batteries, I asked his opinion on several brands I'd researched, including some of the top-tier batteries on the market. Tim had every opportunity to up-sell me but that's not how Stamps does business. Instead, he considered my typical vehicle use, and recommended a set of batteries that should last me much longer without breaking the bank. When I picked up the truck that afternoon, Tim was again there to meet me. He explained exactly how they tested the system, what they found, and asked if I had questions....what you typically expect from a good service provider. Tim then told me to check-in with him and let him know if I saw anything out of the ordinary. He specifically told me what conditions to be aware of that might be indicative of another issue and reiterated to call him if there were any other difficulties. This is what, in my opinion, makes Stamps a great service provider. As I was getting ready to leave, Tim understood that this was an unanticipated expense and let me know that he was going to help me out on the final invoice. He applied a generous discount and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. I walked out feeling as though I had someone looking out for my interests and I hope the Stamps team takes pride in knowing that they have absolutely earned my loyalty...a win-win situation, which should be the goal of any service provider.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!…read more These people are not good at anything - other than messing up your brakes. I initially brought my vehicle in to find out what I needed. They said pads and rotors. I had purchased the new pads and rotors myself and paid this shop for the labor to install them a few days later. Shortly after the service--within about a week--I began hearing a persistent squeaking noise coming from one side of the vehicle. I contacted the shop and was told that this can be normal with new brakes. While I understand that new brakes may squeak initially, it is not normal for the issue to occur on only one tire. I was advised to bring the car back in if the noise continued. I returned the vehicle the following day. After approx one hour of inspection, I was told that a metal component was rubbing against the brakes and that the issue had been fixed. Which in my mind that meant - you did not do the job right from jump. However, the problem did not resolve. A few weeks later, after continuing brake issues and taking additional time off work, I had the vehicle inspected by another repair shop. They disassembled the brakes and informed me that the brake components had been installed incorrectly. They showed me that while the other brake pads were measuring at approximately an "8," the affected pad was already worn down to a "4," which clearly indicates improper installation or an unresolved underlying issue. They provided me with written documentation outlining their findings. I brought this documentation back to brake masters to address the matter. Unfortunately, during this visit, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and I was told that the issue was not their responsibility. Only after insisting that the brakes be checked again did the staff take another look and then informed me--within a matter of minutes--that the caliper was seized. This raises serious concerns. When I first brought my car in for inspection, this shop had it for over an hour and did not identify a seized caliper. When they initially installed the new pads and rotors, you had the vehicle for over two hours and again did not identify this issue. I also brought my car in for a squeaking noise...this issue was still not identified. Yet it was suddenly discovered in minutes during my most recent visit. If the caliper was seized, this should have been identified before installing new pads and rotors. Had I been informed of this issue upfront, I would not have authorized the installation of the new parts. This suggests that the brakes were not properly inspected prior to installation, which is both negligent and unsafe. Because of this failure, not only were the brakes installed incorrectly, but my safety was put at risk. Brakes are a critical safety component, and improper installation or failure to diagnose known issues could have resulted in serious harm. Which makes me wonder how many more of our vehicles get overlooked because they don't care and negligence. I would avoid this company at all costs and take your hard earned money elsewhere.
