I would recommend this shop. The one thing I like about the shop is, you can bring your car in and get a inspection for no charge. After reading some of the reviews I decided to call. I have to say the gentleman is very polite and patient with me while explaining my issues. He pretty much diagnosed my car based on what I was explaining to him over the phone. He gave me a ballpark quote which was pretty decent. I decided to bring my fiancé's car in which was a 2007 Chevy suburban. I got the work done. Mike and Efrain were wonderful. My truck had a leak at the timing chain cover as well needing a new radiator and fan clutch. They communicated throughout the entire repair texting images of the issues at hand as well as calling. They did not charge a diagnostic fee either! All the other shops in the area wanted to charge 100-150 diagnostic fee.. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.. And when the repairs were complete Mike offered to send a Lyft to pick me up if I could not find a way to the shop. And the interior of my truck was so clean when I picked it up. Heard and experienced a lot of good things here. This placed opened up recently and conveniently right down the road from me. I gave them a try and was very pleased. They were running behind but still got me out in a reasonable time. I used to sit at the dealer or some other places for over and hour and sometimes even two hours just for an oil change. I've been to Broadway Auto previously for some simple fixes and always had a great experience. My last visit however deserves the highest of merits. I had some very important appointments this day and my car was overheating in the red zone. In a state of panic and already having a very bad day I called Mike to see if I could swing by to see what the problem was. He assessed the situation and was able to fix it and get me on the road again. When I went to pay for it he said "It appears you're having a very bad day and I'm going to forgive the charge". This was the least stressful mechanic experience I've had in years. Mike was very open about what issues he found when checking out my car and letting me know the severity. He never pushed for me to fix anything, even the critical repairs.
