I have lost all faith in this man, my wife and myself called AAA to jump my wife car die to it sitting for the past few weeks and they did a reading on the car and showed my alternator was good but the battery wasn't producing enough power so we had it jumped and drove it to Chatty right after jumping it and had Chatty do a oil change and why did Chatty call my wife stating that he checked and we had to replace my alternator cause it's reading as bad and he could get it for $410 and charge me another $200 to put it in and continued to tell me that we couldn't drive the car cause it wouldn't make it down the street. We made it home and needless to say we doubt need an alternator at all just a new battery. So sad to see cause we used Chatty for years but I see that his values have went away for the dollar! I took my car in the 2nd week of June for a tune up paid 400 , 2 weeks later check engine light came on again AC was not working took the car back in , paid 600 for that to get fixed , my brother had similar issues and when he attempted to get it fixed he was talking to the mechanic and not only did he charge my brother 500 for the tune up but when he needed it to go back the mechanic was rude and hung up , I will not be going back to this shop , experience was not great read more

I arrived at Sunbelt at 330 and they sure enough had me out and ready to get back on the road by 349!! The individual who I believe is the owner was extremely helpful. After pulling my car in, he set me up in the massage chair, allowing me to use one of their outlets to charge my phone. Although it wasn't 10 minutes exactly, it was extremely quick. The oil change cost $80 and two new windshield wipers were $15 each costing a total of $110. Extremely great and friendly company will be returning to this establishment. read more

I had severe vibration in my car going over 65 mph. I took my car in to Sunbelt. (I had used this garage years ago under the previous owner, but I hadn't had any problems with the vehicles I owned, so I hadn't been there since the new ownership. I have to tell you, when Chadi states that Sunbelt is an honest mechanic, he isn't kidding. Why do I say this. As stated I took my car in and explained the problem. Chadi then checked the car immediately and then showed me the bottom view of my car and it was oil/fluid soaked. It was decided that a steam clean was needed, as if there was a leak you would need to wash the entire engine to see where the leak came from. Fast forward, steam clean, but no clear leak after running the vehicle for 30 minutes... but here is where I can tell you Chadi and Sunbelt are honest. When I went back to the shop, he showed me why perhaps my car was vibrating very hard when going over 65 mph. I went under the car with him and he showed me a almost broken right axle. He fixed the axle and guess what... I took the car for a long drive on the highway (I repeated my route going to work because at a certain time during my previous drives to work the car would shake like crazy by the time I travelled about 5 miles. I did the drive all the way to the exit to work and all the way back to my exit to go home.... Bingo.... no shaking, nothing. My car rode like a champ. THIS IS WHY I GAVE SUNBELT AUTO SERVICE A 5 STAR REVIEW. THEY ARE HONEST AND THEY DID THE WORK DONE EXTREMELY FAST. The estimate was right on with no added bs charges. I've come here twice now for oil changes. They were able to take me in quickly each and every time, and charged a reasonable fee (under $100). Somewhat cheaper than Jiffy Lube. My car is a higher-mileage car, so they have to use a high mileage oil blend, and so it costs a little more. But still their price is pretty good. No complaints. Will continue to use them for oil changes and the like. read more

I have been getting oil changes and every time without me having to even ask they make sure that my tires have air. It is very much a reasonable price for their work and their done super quick. I called Sunbelt Auto at 8:50am, not realizing that the shop didn't open until 10am on Saturdays. I've never been to this mechanic before but was faced with buying two different cars from two different dealerships and decided to take them both to the closest mechanic. It turned out the oil change fixed the mystery engine noise. And the owner, Eli, did not charge me extra for diagnosis, driving the car to check for the sound I reported. Nor did he ring up extra for checking the brakes, which are still low wear. I walked in to pick up my car on a warm afternoon and the owner handed me a bottle of cool water. Chaddie got me in same day! I dropped my car off around 2 or 3pm and it was ready for pick up by noon the next day. My driver's side window came off track in the down position. I took my vehicle in to this gentleman on December 30th I was told the part would not be in until January 2nd. I was told I required a new motor therefore I called around and found one much less expensive and with a lifetime warranty at O'Reilly's. Told him I had to work the next day would be back by 4:00 p.m. with the motor I arrived today and then he enlightens me that I require even more parts and seemed upset that I had purchased my own parts. Now being as its New year's Eve I'm stuck with a window in a down position, because this man did not give me accurate information ordering the parts and did not like the fact that he couldn't mark up the part then. I opened the hood and saw that they forgot the motor cap off and oil spilled over the engine, hood, alternator, belt, exhaust, wires, firewall, etc. The motor could've got damaged or even worst the car could've caught on fire. I went in to get my compressor replaced and was told to buy the pet myself. I was told to buy the wrong part and they force installed it into my car altering it so I cannot return it. This place is a lifesaver!! My car started having issues on Sunday of all days and there was NO ONE willing to help me. I called at least 6 auto repair places about my car and each of them told me they don't take of my issue. I had my traction control light no and my check engine light was blinking. This has to be the best auto shop I've ever been too. The owner Eli is very courteous and friendly! Offered Netflix and some snacks while I wait. Told him I was going to go down the street where I live in the meanwhile, and he offered me a ride home which was very generous! The work on my car was a alternator replacement for my Jetta. Been quoted hundreds over the price this shop could do me which is great. He also noticed I was due for an oil change and offered to throw it in quickly before picking it up for cheap!!!
