I have an old beater, a 2008 Prius, and the fellas & Mark keep me running, feeling safe, & cared about beyond belief, at a time in my life when it's desperately needed. I simply don't have the words to truly convey how good of a decision you'll make when you entrust Leksfixit with your life - because, let's face it, our vehicles are no toys, despite that saying about boys and their toys! read more

I found this place off chance once I wanted to stop going to the Lexus dealership for pricey oil changes. And they have taken really great care of my car ever since. Mark has gone way above and beyond to help me in all my little and big things with my car - even if I call and hang up because a patient of mine walks in, he calls right me back. They only service Lexus and Toyotas, but if you want dealership service and care without the price tag , I'd suggest here. read more

Very solid and reliable shop near my work. Have taken my hybrid ES300h there a couple times now and this team provides white glove service at very reasonable prices. Give them a shot over the dealer, your wallet and car will thank you later! read more

Mark from Leksfixit is amazing, I had my car towed there this week and they kept me informed the whole time as well as made sure everything was done efficiently. My car was in and out within two days. I would recommend this place 100% & for anyone who has a lexus. They value their customers and take care of them. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service! read more

Excellent service at reasonable prices from nice people that genuinely care. Highly recommend!!

I have been to this place a few weeks ago to do a car inspection. The mechanic there was really efficient and helpful! When I dropped the car there, they clearly communicated about the waiting time and I was surprised that the inspection was done so quickly. They pointed at each part of my car and explained to me what it was supposed to be like. And they were so patient and tried to answer my questions even if some were beyond their responsibility. I have been to some places where they just charged you without telling you what actually happened. The experience at LEKSFIXIT was entirely different. They knew what were talking about and they really tried to keep the service transparent. Highly recommend! read more

Mark and Luis are awesome. Honest and fair. Always a nice experience! Thanks for being so thorough

This place... these guys... seriously AMAZING. LEKSFIXIT is honestly a breath of fresh air in the automotive repair industry. We trust LEKSFIXIT because (for the last 6 years), they have proven themselves to be HONEST, knowledgeable, accurate, friendly, and have extremely fair and reasonable pricing. I have never left feeling like I had any work done that didn't need to be done. To the contrary, they have NOT done work other mechanics/vehicle service providers pressured me to do. Mark, and his very skilled mechanics, are invested in the longevity of my vehicle as well as us, as people. It is really refreshing! Highly recommend. The service is top-notch which keeps our vehicles in top-notch shape. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else! read more

I have been going to this mechanic since I have owned Toyotas and Lexus cars. They are easy to work with, fair, and great at explaining what needs to be done. I send all of my friends and family to them, which says it all. I would highly recommend them. read more

Amazing guys! Super honest and they know what they are doing. I will be returning to them for all future work.

First of all, as a woman, I cannot say how often I've been let down by mechanics. They always tend to take advantage of women when we get our car serviced, because they always assume we don't know what's going on. It's sad how hard it is to find honest and good folks these days. HOWEVER, I am so happy to say I received honest and exemplary service by LEKSFIXIT. Mark, who checked me in, was friendly and welcoming. The mechanic that helped me with my car problem was Luis and he was so down-to-earth and nice and kind. I didn't feel he was scammy at all (and I often feel that with the past car mechanics I've dealt with, sadly). For quite some time, my left car window controls would not work. I could lock and unlock frn the left side but I couldn't roll down any of my windows from the left side window. I avoided drive-thrus for that reason. It's honestly been years, I've taken it to numerous mechanics (literally four different people) and NO ONE has managed to figure it out! Until Luis took a look at my car and literally performed a miracle!!! He literally only took a day, too, when in the past people had tried to figure out the problem, to no avail. Now all my windows work and roll up and down normally from the left side. I am soo grateful to him and to this place for providing good quality service and treating me (a lady who knows nothing about cars) with kindness and respect. Highly recommend this place and the honest and fair services they offer!!!!! read more

Outstanding service. Knowledgeable team of mechanics and they do a great job and not super expensive. Only Toyota and Lexus products

I'm very picky about who I let service my Corolla. These guys are awesome. I had them do: Oil change Tire rotation Manual Transmission fluid Coolant drain and refill Spark Plugs Price was reasonable. Service was finished same day. Any Toyota/Lexus work is easy for these guys. Best of all you know it was done right. read more

I bought an LX470 site-unseen from a dealer in Tempe. Joe and his team gave it a thorough going-thru and listed some recommended repairs. Once they got into it they realized that one of the repairs was unnecessary, and instead of doing it anyway, told me I didn't need it and reduced my bill accordingly, saving me more than $1k. It runs and drives amazing, and I'm beyond happy with it. Joe has also answered a couple of follow-up questions since I've taken possession of the car and guided me through some minor trouble-shooting and repairs. I wish I lived closer so they could do all the regular maintenance! read more

Great people to work with. They answer all of your questions. They only replace things that need replacing. Gives you then analysis and gives you options. We have been please with everything for our 2001 Lexus. Higley recommended. read more

Super helpful and awesome service. Couldn't recommend them more, will definitely come back here in the future!

These are good honest mechanics who are straight shooters. I'm going to use them for both of my cars.

I can completely trust them. Fast service, coolest waiting room and best oil change service package around for high mileage drivers. They are honorable people...Matt misquoted a repair because he did it on the fly without looking up the cost in a book and he kept to that price even though it cost him about $100.00 to keep his word. It is nice to be able to trust a shop and I feel my car will run forever because of them. It really is like having a brother/sister or family member working on my car. read more

My son in Gilbert discovered them and recommended them to me. They are honest have fair prices, and I totally trust them. They sent it out for an alignment read more

I've been coming here for the past year. Excellent service. Excellent people. They uphold morality when it comes to mechanic work on your vehicle (which is HUGE in my book and difficult to find in mechanical work). Vehicular transportation is often a VITAL component of modern living, so it is very important to not only purchase a reliable car (Lexus/Toyota), but then to maintain that vehicle in good working condition. Sasha and Matt are both certified Lexus/Toyota master mechanics and they employ a team of certified mechanics. They ONLY service Toyota/Lexus. They share a lot with Arizona Specialty Motors, which specializes in Jeeps and exotic vehicles, and that give you a nice place to hang out while your vehicle is being worked on. They have not steered me wrong, gouged me, nor did me any disservice. IF you have a Toyota or Lexus and you want to get ABOVE dealership quality work, for less than dealership prices, this is your place. HIGHLY recommended. 10/10. read more

I have been taking my Lexus here for many years for maintenance and repairs. This is the best auto repair shop I've ever experienced. They know what they are doing, are honest, and care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Leksfixit. read more

COME HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE! Talk to Matt, a real customer service specialist. He did an oil change on my car but accidentally broke my hub cap during tire rotation (Not uncommon for those to break) and replaced it with an upgraded version! I ended up buy the other 3 cause i liked it so much! Everyone who works there is awesome! read more

The most honest, fair mechanic I've ever worked with. Sasa and Matt are top notch - I wouldn't take my car to anyone else.

I drive a 2020 tacoma, and I use it for a daily commute to work. because of this, I need to keep my vehicle reliable for all the mileage I add to it. I prefer going to leksfixit because these are honest and experienced technicians who will make sure everything is right. So far I go for scheduled maintenance here, and from that experience I can say they keep my vehicle running smoothly. I would rather pay for quality work than risk a critical mistake happening to my vehicle at the dealership. Good place, good service from the owner and the rest of the team. Will keep coming here for any toyota vehicle I own. read more

We received great service and the prices were more reasonable than our previous mechanic. All of the staff we have met or spoken to are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this business read more

Excellent people and a job very well done. Strongly recommend. I had a great experience there and will return.

I seldomly give reviews good or bad. But with the experience I received at Leksfixit it was a must! I brought my son's Lexus for a look over last week being concerned about the overall mechanical health of the transmission. The service was professional with great communication. Matt took his time to listen to my concerns and inspected the car from bumper to bumper. He did find other issues and explain my original concern was not a priority and explained what needed immediate attention like a new set of tires ASAP. He wasn't looking to oversell any unnecessary works or repairs. The shop is honest and looks out for the best interest for their clients. They didn't charge me for a diagnostic and quoted work in phases to repair first. Definitely exceeded my expectations and will be going back to complete the repairs. Highly recommended! read more

Honest, friendly, amazing people!! If you have a Lexus or Toyota, let them work on your vehicle. We drive 60 miles (round trip) to have them repair and maintain our Lexus. read more

Great customer service. I've needed to go in twice to have work done on my Prius, both times I was in and out in less than an hour! I bought a used toyota that Leksfixit tempe worked on to get repaired for the sale. Matt was great to answer my questions re the repairs. They did a brake booster package and an ecu. They flushed the brake fluid at the same time and the warranty on parts is for 2 years. I appreciated Matt's professionalism. Obviously they know what they are doing! read more

The ONLY place I will ever take my prius. Such honest, incredible people here!! I can always trust I'm getting the best service and best prices out there. I had the most amazing experience today. The dashboard on my 2007 Prius lit up like a Christmas tree on Friday. I thought that I would have to take it to a Toyota dealer. I hate doing that because I've never felt like I've gotten a fair deal from one. I decided to look online to see if there was a local repair shop who could help me. I found LEKSFIXIT and read their tremendous user reviews. I decided to call, even though it was almost closing time. Matt answered the phone, patiently answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable about having them take a look at my car. I went in Monday morning and Sasa was there. I told him what was going on and he immediately brought out a machine that would tell us what was wrong. I was SURE it would be the hybrid battery (because that was the worst case scenario and that's what ALWAYS happens for me!), but he said that it was a pump and it was about 15% the cost of the battery!. He had the part, there had been a cancellation on the schedule, and he could do it right away. Matt walked me over to the waiting room and 90 minutes later, I was on my way. I have NEVER been treated better by an auto shop than I was today. I can't thank the guys enough for their kindness and their honesty. I know where I'll be taking my car from now on. I highly recommend LEKSFIXIT! read more

No doubt about it, one of the last legit, most honest group of people in the business. I've been taking my Lexus to Sasa and his crew for years, and each time it was a superior experience. They are experts in service with a no pressure, no upsell, genuine concern for the customer approach. I am so lucky to have found them! read more

If you have a Prius and your brake accumulator pump is getting noisier and fails occasionally w/ the extra warning lights on the dash, sell the car or get it fixed immediately. I drove my car for a year with the pump making noise and for two months with it failing every now and then before I set off for work on the coldest day in 2020 and had my brakes fail going 35 down Scottsdale. I was just lucky that no one was in front of me because I had lost ~90% of normal braking force and could not stop the car without a lot of room.... At any rate, I'd been taking my 2006 & 2007 Toyota Priuses (wife and I have a matching pair) to a local hybrid-specific shop, but looked elsewhere when they insisted on charging me a $550/50% markup on a brake accumulator pump. Look, I've got no problem paying a shop more than their actual costs for a part that they have to source because their time is valuable, but I purchased the exact same new part from a Toyota dealer online for under $1,200 w/o tax instead of paying the hybrid shop the part's $1,700 list price plus tax. They flat out refused to do the work unless I bought the part through them. Good riddance. An Uber driver referred me to Leksfixit and informed me that a local company that rents out Priuses to Uber drivers sends their fleet their for service (no idea if this is true, but I counted at least two dozen Priuses parked around the shop). I spoke with Matt and was thrilled to learn that they would install the brake accumulator pump if I brought it to them and just charge me for the labor, but with no warranty since I was providing the part. I dropped off my car and the brake accumulator pump on Wednesday at noon and it was ready the next day at 2 pm -- way beyond my expectations given how busy they were. End Result: Leksfixit installed the brake accumulator pump for $400 less than the dealer (no 12 mo warranty, but it's a Toyota -- why worry). My 2007 Prius with 140k miles had been getting 41.3 MPG at best for the past 6 months, but now that the pump isn't running all the time, I'm getting 51.4 MPG (!!) on my most recent tank. I couldn't be happier and anticipate another 100k+ miles with minimal maintenance and great mileage. I'll only be bringing my cars to Leksfixit from now on. Thank you Leksfixit!!! :) read more
