So im not rating Leksfixit like a customer, but as an employee. Going on 3 yrs working for Sasa, we had our goods and bads. Bads due to my personal difficulties causing ups, and downs. Me, and Sasa were able to get through this over the time i've been employed. He's usually the first one there, and the last one out. If hes the first one out, its usually because of vacation plans. Lol. As crazy as it gets at the shop, we are always able to manage everything at its BEST! Things like advertising always ran in my head to speed up the growth of his business, but always a surprise, new customers show up everytime. The fact that I was given PTO (paid time off) upon start, and was able to take them anytime without Sasa being annoyed is a stress relief. I've always been the person to work my hardest, and best, and never expect anything. Recieving great treatment from a business towards hardwork definitely always pays off! When I have a bad day, its always noticed and if any customer notices, Sasa will make noise by singing to the radio, dance in silly ways just brighten up the mood. The atmosphere is always "Fresh Air" to breathe, and comforting. So that being said, it says alot about Sasa! My beautiful 2015 Lexus RC started beeping at me that it needed service soon. I checked the car's maintenance indicator, and it showed that I needed just an oil-and-filter change. Knowing that the dealership would be horribly expensive and do extra work that I didn't need, I went in search of an independent shop that specializes in Lexus cars. After reading all of the glowing reviews that I saw for Leksfixit, I knew that they were a good candidate for my list of independent Lexus-focused shops. And their website details the impressive work experience of the business's leadership team. Unlike some other shops on my list that I tried to contact, an employee at Leksfixit actually answered the phone and squeaked me into their schedule a day and a half later. Because I was a new customer, I also filled out the appointment-request form on their website when I got home from work that night. Shortly thereafter--and well after they were closed for the day--I received a text message back from Sasa confirming my appointment. When I arrived at Leksfixit for my appointment, Sasa came out and greeted me, showed me around their shop, and then directed me to their nicely appointed waiting area. I was impressed by how clean everything was, and how professional everything looked. Overdue. I've had several vehicles serviced by Sasa and crew over the years. Currently he takes car of my fiance's 2011 IS-F and my Mazdaspeed3 (I'm grandfathered in on the Mazda). As soon as my 2016 Tacoma is out of ToyotaCare it's off to Sasa. If you're looking for the most capable shop, the most honest workers, then look no further. Trust Sasa and crew to not only completely satisfy your vehicle repair needs, but they'll do it a fair price. They know their stuff and they won't rip you off. I've been coming to him for years now and have several examples of the level of service. I'll share one. The Mazda has an oil cooler between the block and filter. It's an interchangeable Ford part with a gasket that goes bad that they won't sell by itself. We tried making one and finally sourced one on ebay. Neither worked. Sasa will set you up with a rental and the nearby Enterprise if needed. The work took longer than expected so he refunded the rental costs since we had to keep it over a weekend. Tell me who else would do that? If you want a relationship with a shop you can trust every time, all the time, then do business here. You want something less than perfection then you can go elsewhere. read more

Over the past few weeks I have been trying to diagnose a difficult issue with my 2002 toyota 4runner which involved the throttlebody. Initially I came home one day and my starter wasnt working, I replaced it and then in attempting to start the truck the throttle body was damaged(later I discovered there was a clutch that had failed due to the agressive attempt and trying to open the throttle). I ordered a rebuilt throttlebody from ebay for $500(the dealer wanted $950 for a new one) and put it on, which solved the issue. However a few weeks later the engine started stalling randomly while idling. I popped the hood and the took the throttlebody off and examined it for any issues. when I reinstalled it the engine started up and revved all the way to 3500 rpm and idled there. at this point I tried looking online and even through the toyota field service manual for my truck with no luck on how to diagnose the issue I was having. A friend of my mom's had turned her on to Sasa, and all of the work done was excellent quality. As you can probably tell normally I do all the repairs and maintenance on my truck myself. I decided to take the truck in and have him take a look at it, and I also gave him a few spare parts that I had gathered in order to help him troubleshoot. a few hours later, after he had finished another job, he got back to me after having done some troubleshooting on my truck. He found that the issue was a bad acelerator pedal position sensor in the rebuilt throttlebody, something that I had overlooked because I had assumed it was a wiring problem. Overall a great experience and very satisfying to find the solution thats been plaguing my truck for weeks now. read more

I am glad to have found this place. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. They showed me a comfortable waiting area where I could work with WiFi. The team is honest and didn't try to upsell me. They pointed out some things that they noticed for the future and were honest in recommending what I should do now and what could wait.
