I cannot say enough great things about Crawford's Auto Repair!…read moreI brought my truck in thinking I had a suspension issue because of a squeaky noise that had been getting worse. They got me in quickly, were incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and took the time to thoroughly check everything out. It turned out to be something as simple as a loose spare tire, something that could have easily been misdiagnosed elsewhere. What really stood out to me is that they fixed the issue right then and there and didn't charge me anything. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating trying to find an auto shop you can truly trust. At Crawford's, I felt completely comfortable, respected, and confident that I was being treated fairly, no upselling, no pressure, just genuine help. They've absolutely earned my trust, and I will be coming back for any future car needs. If you're looking for a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!

He said I was the first person in 5 years that had asked for prices to be matched from another nearby mechanic shop. He even said that the prices that they quoted me, that I should go to the other shop instead, was a $60 difference by the way. Was also told by Ken that I wasn't a good customer because I had only done one oil service with them in a year and a half. Will never give Crawford's my business and they're just another auto shop that's dishonest and takes advantage of their customers. Hard to find integrity these days!!

I had a VERY disappointing experience with All Valley Car Care in Gilbert. I was told my Jeep would…read morebe repaired using factory/OEM replacement parts, but when another shop inspected my vehicle later, they found aftermarket parts that they identified as low-cost components, ordered from Amazon, rather than OEM. Considering I paid around $1,000 for the repair, I felt misled. Within a week of the repair, my check engine light came back on. Yesterday, I took my Jeep to another mechanic for further diagnosis. They explained that the ignition components installed previously had contributed to additional engine issues and showed me the parts they had removed. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated after paying so much for the original repair. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this shop. I expected quality parts, honest communication, and a lasting repair, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

Today's visit took ten minutes, and it was the first visit since I got a new vehicle back in March. I would like to give a shoutout to Tyrell for making it yet another great experience. When I had my previous vehicle, they added a different kind of oil to the vehicle, and when they mentioned that there was only one type of oil my new vehicle would accept, I decided to go with their suggestion. Since they are experts in their field, they know which oil your vehicles should have to ensure they function properly. Another thing I like is that not only do they do oil changes, but they also provide free services such as air filter replacement when necessary and air freshener as well. You get great service for the price you pay. They do not accept cash, so be sure to have your credit card ready when getting an oil change there. If anyone is looking for a great place to get an oil change for their vehicle, I recommend Oil Buddy.
