I drive a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500. I had my oil changed at this location on 4/11/26. This morning the oil drain plug fell out as I was driving to work, west on the 202. Dumped all my oil out on the freeway and side street during the busiest and most congested time of the morning. Now I have to get my truck towed to the dealership for a diagnostic test and hope that incident did not cause further damage to my engine. Maybe Take 5 should probably consider taking another 5 to make sure the drain plugs are securely tightened.  This will be a hefty bill to pay if my engine needs to be replaced, not to mention the car rental, towing, and time loss from work.

I always enjoy coming here, the customer service is always top notch. Mike and Nathan were great team players. They showed me my coolant blend, and it's very watery. Lucky for me I have a warranty and will get this flushed again. I purchased their wiper blades, as mine are clearly worn out, they had me do a test after installation to show functionality. They then cleaned my disgusting windshield afterwards. I came here for my oil change, and I wasn't bored as Mike kept me informed every step of the way. (Not in a bad way). I seen the reviews were all 5 stars, I now see why. They go above and beyond here at this location. This is my go-to. What's a wonderful experience here. They also offer veteran discount!

There is no reason anyone should ever bring their vehicles here. They will break your car then deny any claims leaving you out to dry. No compensation offered. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    Stuck in the pit.

One guy directed me into the bay & then another guy told me to go all the way left...which promptly got my car/tire stick in the pit. Then, they left me sitting there for 20 minutes before coming back and telling me there was nothing they could do. I had to call a tow service to come pull my car out. $200 later & they never even apologized. AND THEY DIDN'T DO THE OIL CHANGE AFTER ALL THAT. Do not go there!

    Getting my windshield cleaned!

After inspection, was sent a comprehensive evaluation AND was taken through all the points by Brian (Bryan?), and shown/told that car had a coolant leak that was likely going to result in having a $5000+ repair sooner than later. Some of the BEST $ I ever spent! I ALWAYS suggest pre-purchase inspection of ANY used car, irrespective of ANY dealership saying "we thoroughly inspect all of our vehicles."

This has to be the most incompetent, unprofessional mechanic shop in Arizona. I brought my car in…read morefor a simple front engine mound, front struts and asked if they can check the oil level because I just had my oil changed last month and it's saying the level is low. This should've been a one day job after they got the parts but they had my car from 6/22 - 7/1 due to their complete incompetence. The day the job should've been done I started sensing they messed something up because I got a text message at 1030 stating the job was done and they were wrapping up. Cool, I'll be expecting a call in an hour or so. 1:40 comes around, no phone call so I call them. Give me some BS about they need the alignment and they only have one lift and they've been booked all day. Call back at 4:40, they tell me they are waiting for someone to test drive it. Call back at 5:40, close to closing and I'm told it's ready. Come in as I'm paying, over $2k mind you, Bryan asks if I'm aware of the light that's on. I tell him no because no one has called me about anything. I assume he meant the low oil level light that was on and it was no big deal. Walk out to my car and my check engine, engine malfunction, low oil pressure, red oil can and my console screen telling me to pull over immediately is all lit up. I go get Bryan, he comes out and looks. He says it's not a big deal and that it's safe to drive. A mechanic.....is saying it's safe to drive with all those warning lights on. I ask him if it's safe to drive and unbeknownst to him I'm recording this entire conversation on Facebook voice messenger and when he says that the shop will be liable for anything that happens if I drive off I figure okay, I'll drive it home and bring it back in the morning after I work. As I'm leaving trying to turn left on baseline I almost get tboned by a jeep because my car will not accelerate. Take it back, livid, and leave it with them because what choice do I have? Days go by and we have to practically beg them to keep us informed. I can't work without my car and because of them I'm out over $2000 in lost wages. Throughout this they try and tell me it's my fault because I wasn't keeping up on oil changes and that's causing issues. I have receipts for every oil change I've gotten and the miles put on the car between them, don't tell me I'm not keeping up on my oil changes. After a week and clearly everyone and their mother that works at this joke of a shop they found the problem: the incompetent moron who worked on my car connected the wire harness wrong and it was causing my car to go into limp mode and light up everything on my dash. Over a week it took them to figure this one out. They probably could've opened up ChatGPT, put the issues in and gotten a result faster. I'm not a mechanic but I feel like if a car was working fine when it was brought in and after we worked on it it was quite literally undriveable I would triple check every. Single. Thing. I did to said car. I would keep the customer informed multiple times a day on what was going on instead of making them feel like they were completely forgotten about. Clearly these guys didn't care enough to do so. Don't EVER take your car here, they will screw up your car and not even care enough that you are out of work and costing you your livelihood. 10 days my car was in that shop. 10 days, for something that should've taken one and that's being generous, all because of their complete incompetence. Side note: not all Christian brothers are trash, my sister took hers to the one in San Tan Valley and they were amazing. This one is just horrific and they will be getting reported to the BBB and the AG. I am honestly astounded at how awful this place is.

I originally chose Christian Brothers on McQueen and Guadalupe because they appeared organized,…read moredetail-oriented, and professional. I purchased four tires for my Ford Transit work van and trusted their recommendation, assuming they were providing the correct tires for the vehicle. Less than a year later, one of the tires began splitting. I took the van to another shop that was closer because I did not feel safe driving all the way back to their shop. It was at the new shop where I was informed that the tires installed on my van were not properly rated to handle the weight of the vehicle and should not have been installed in the first place. I contacted Christian Brothers to explain the situation and was told I would need to drive the van back to their shop -- despite the damaged tire -- for them to determine whether anything would be covered under warranty. While I was getting the quote elsewhere to replace all four tires, Christian Brothers called back and offered a slightly lower price if I purchased another full set through them. In the end, the difference was only about $100 compared to the other shop. A shop I had never even used before, and that was the cost with no additional warranties or discounts (like Christian Brothers was claiming to be giving me). They stated they were giving me tires at cost and not charging for labor, not true. They tried to make it seem like they were doing me some huge favor by giving me such a small discount. Their front desk employee, Eric was as "helpful" as he could be throughout the process, but overall should have pushed harder with his upper management to resolve this. They should have completely comped the price of the old tires as this was their, dangerous mistake. Now they're not only making money off of me but also causing me to lose additional money by missing work to fix a problem they caused. I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled, especially considering the original tires that they chose were improper for a work van like mine. All of this resulted in me needing to purchase two sets of tires within a single year!!! I expressed to them that being without my van would result in loss of money as it is my work vehicle. They had no concern for my time, money and no sense of urgency to resolve the situation that they caused. I had to leave my vehicle with them for more than a day the first time and again overnight the second time. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

I come here for oil changes, but they always do a thorough inspection and provide a detailed printout of completed and recommended services. What really stands out is that they never pressure me into buying additional services. In fact, they've recommended I go elsewhere when it made more sense for me. They suggested I get a free tire rotation at Discount Tire instead of paying for one there, and they also recommended I have my mechanic replace a belt rather than having them do it--even though they offer both of those services. That honesty goes a long way. On top of the excellent service, the customer experience is outstanding. In the Arizona heat, they offered me a cold bottle of water and gave me the option to wait in their air-conditioned lobby instead of staying in my car while it was turned off. I'm always impressed by their professionalism, transparency, and customer-first approach. It's the only place my household trusts for our vehicles, and I highly recommend them!

I appreciated that they weren't pushy about it--just explained the recommendations and asked if I wanted to add anything. One of the best parts is that you can stay in your car during the entire service. They also have coupons available online, which helped make it a good value. Overall, a great experience and I'll definitely be back.
