Just wanted to update that this place is... you guessed it, still amazing!!! Scott, the store manager, just makes the entire experience wonderful. And getting an oil change is anything but wonderful. He is willing to go above and beyond every time, and loves his customers. He cleaned my entire front windshield to the point I thought he might've given me a whole new one! No charge! Just one example of the above and beyond he is willing to do. Thanks again Scott and your wonderful team. Always a pleasure. read more

This is a great location, very trustworthy and great attitude! One of the better Jiffy's I've visited. I would recommend checking them out ... they are a little hard to find but just trust your gps and you'll find it ! read more

Jiffy Lube - A solid jiffy ! ....... :) - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

If you're looking for quality customer service, look no further. I stopped in for an oil change and the moment I got out my vehicle I was greeted by a service technician. The technician was very polite and helpful. I stepped inside the building and took a seat while awaiting for a follow up. The shift manager on duty was the kindest and coolest guy ever. The service was prompt and efficient. If ever I'm going to get an oil change or any other type of service they offer... I will certainly go here. Good prices, good value... just outstanding team. Thank you! read more

Took an hour to change oil on my vehicle. They advertise that it is a 15 min oil change. Wasn't even busy when I went in...

I thought I e left a review before but don't see it... This is my preferred location for lil changes simply doe to Scott and his team. Scott goes above and beyond for his customers and I have been treated like royalty at this location by this man, ha... Exceptional customer service, care, concern, and quality provided by this team. read more

Scott is the best. Awesome guy, awesome service. All i got was an oil change but he was so nice, fast, & polite. will definitely be coming back just because of him! read more

Came in with my three little children (all 5 and under) was honestly dreading getting my oil changed with all three in tow. The staff was so kind, and got us in and out of there in record time! No upselling, just good honest service (that was speedy!) We definitely will be back! read more

Had the best service I've ever experienced getting my oil changed at this location today. The manager Scott went above and beyond for us, cleaning off some bugs from our grill, vacuuming our floorboards, and even leaving the AC running afterwards so that the car would be cooled down for my baby in this summer heat. Just incredibly considerate and kind, this place has an amazing team! read more

Showed up at 8:23am today to an empty office. They claim to open at 8am and don't take appointments. So I showed up as early as I could. I called the number to see what was going on. The women that answered told me her one tech was running late and had no idea when he was going to arrive and recommended I go to a near by Jiffy Lube. I am not impressed with the company as they are over priced for an oil change and the only reason I was going there is because I had a gift certificate. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Go to Express Oil Change instead. Way cheaper and better. More than one tech so it's open when they say it is. read more

Not jiffy at all. I waited 30 mins and there was another person before me whose vehicle was still not even seen. Whatever happened to the drive thru quick oil change places??? You're better off going to Walmart early in the morning and doing some shopping while they change your oil. It's faster and way cheaper for synthetic oil. That's what I normally do, and that's what I'll do from now on. read more

Came in to get my oil change today. I was met at my car by Brenden who quickly greeted me and took my car in without waiting. Brenden was very polite and very helpful in helping me review the service my car needed. I really appreciate the excellent service! I would definitely bring my car back again! read more

Since I live a few blocks from here I thought I would give it a try. The service was excellent and the price as well. I will be coming here for my oil change since it's quick and very friendly. read more

My was pretty desperate for an oil change and I was pretty stoked to see really quick and response service from the three working this morning. My car is a little beater with some parts falling off and not only did these guys so kindly change my oil quickly, they also taped up the part that was free floating just to help me out a little. As someone who grew up with a mechanic father, I always appreciate paying those who do the job, do it well, and take it that little extra mile to help where they can, while also seeming to have a good time at work. So whoever was working this morning thank you so much for your service, I hope to catch yah next time I need my oil changed. read more

Best service ever, everyone is very polite and explain you the car services and what your car requires. Thank you guys for the great service. read more

Went to Jiffy Lube for an oil check. Bob checked it and it was clear and did not need oil. Bob helped me to ease my anxiety regarding immediate change. Bob was terrific! Will definitely go back and highly recommend Jiffy Lube for any oil maintenance. read more

I showed up at 8 when the store opens to get an oil change. They didn't open til 8:10. When they did open only 1 person was there. He said the other 2 guys who were supposed to be there at 8 but didn't show up. One would arrive at 9 and he didn't know about the other. He said he couldn't work on a car by himself so we'd have to wait til another employee showed up which might not be til 9. Absolutely awful service. read more

I happened to stop in here when I had a spare half hour in the area and Scott and his team had me in and out in no time. Everyone was very friendly that day and they even let me know that my CVT (tranny) fluid was low and what and how much to but at Autozone to fill it. read more

I know you're thinking Jiffy Lube? 5 stars? Well maybe not all Jiffy Lubes deserve this rating, but the guys at this place sure do! Sure, they might be priced higher than other oil change places, but for service like this, I don't mind paying a little more. Plus, if you go online you can always find coupons for $$ off! What I like best about his place? They offer free top offs of your oil in between changes, and when you have a crappy car like mine that burns oil, this is huge. And when I get a top off, at no charge, they still check my tires, wash my windows and be sure the other fluids are properly filled. They don't ever try and bully me into buying other products or services, and when I do need to have an air filter changed, they keep notes so they don't ask every time. The guys at this place are super nice and efficient and I'll keep going back! read more

These guys are RIP off artists!! Charged me way more than they had lead me to believe. Stopped in and asked if they take the 20 dollar coupon on line. They say yes. Next ? They ask is synthetic and I say no. He says blend...I am assuming that's their $48 oil change. NOPE $89. WHAT A JOKE. DO NOT FOT TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO SPEND AN ARM AND LEG FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE...CHEAPER AT A DEALER. SCREW THEM!!! read more

Brendon was great, and I assume the oil change was done correctly, but I now despise the Bove family who owns all of the Jiffy Lubes in the Phoenix. I hate companies who deliberately try to deceive their customers, and that's what I found here. I had a coupon for a $19.99 oil change. Much to my surprise, the actual cost sky rocketed to $35.00 after a $15 "Shop fee" was added on. Yes, that shop fee was a staggering 75% increase to the oil change price. Come on Bove family, have some consideration for your customers, and for your employees who have to face the customers you just tried to screw.... just tell us the real price on the coupon. read more

I'd like to give a shout-out to the manager Scott. He was extremely helpful, charismatic and genuine. He got me in fast for an oil change and did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend! read more

Best Jiffy Lube for women to get their cars oil changed...As most ladies like myself, heading into car repair/maintenance shop is typically not fun. You get the good ole list of all of the things that your car "needs" and you wonder if it is all really necessary. This location is ran by some good guys. They will help you out and lessen the pain. Great service. Thanks guys! read more

First time at this particular Jiffy Lube. They were quick and friendly even though it was a busy time of day. Didn't try to upsell me ANYTHING like other locations. Manager communicated everything to me and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great service! read more

I stopped in at Jiffy Lube on Baseline yesterday for an oil change and was surprised by the service I received. I've always had mediocre experiences when it comes to servicing my car but Scott and the team at this location did an outstanding job. They were great people that got my car serviced quickly and made sure everything checked out. Will for sure be back to this location for any other car needs. read more

I had such great customer service today! I don't remember the gentleman's name, but everybody was so kind and so helpful and taught me a lot about my car. The prices were a lot less than what somebody else had quoted me. They were very very friendly. I will definitely go back for my next oil change. read more

Fantastic service every time i come here. Came in today and got my oil changed during peak business hours in less than 20 minutes! Definitely recommend coming here, the manager is very nice and professional and very supportive. read more

Went there today because my normal location on Gilbert road was busy. I had a pleasant experience there. However when I returned home I noticed the wrong weight and rated oil was put in my truck. I called the manager and he said it was the right oil. I then callled my normal location who confirmed it was the wrong weight oil. The manger there had me come in immediately to change the oil to the right one. The Gilbert rd jiffy lube is worth the wait. read more

I originally gave a good rating at this location but I find myself back here due to some errors on my basic oil change. The technician didn't tighten the filter enough so my car lost oil and they didn't reset the gage to prevent my oil light to come on. It's a hassle when you have a 40 min wait based on one of their errors. read more

This place has no idea what good customer service even means. I was basically bullied into a more expensive oil change than what was necessary. The guys working weren't even polite to eachother let alone their customers. Never go here. read more

took our jeep for an oil change and new battery. Service was ok....they seemed quite proud of the added features of vacuuming your vehicle and cleaning the windows, however when we got our vehicle back it had not been vacuumed. Why tell us they do that , then not do it....makes us wonder if the rest of the service was performed correctly. In fact we pulled over to double check that they in fact changed the battery as requested. read more

Read the mixed reviews. I had a great experience, they were spot on with greeting me, was provided an accurate turn time on the service, accepted my coupon and my car hasn't blown up. I'll be back:) read more

Have used JL before but last few time it too over an hour; today after waiting nearly one hour without even being talked to I left and went to Firestone and was in the bay in less than 2 minutes after talking to the technician. Sorry JL you lost my four car and the business read more

Went to the jiffy lube because it didn't look crazy busy. Well was I impressed not only fast quality service but I was not pressured into buying things that my car didn't need. I got my oil changed and new windshield wipers in less than 30 minutes. The guys were really nice and even told me my battery needed a recharge and that they didn't do that there but, gave me places I could go get that done. I will definitely recommend people to this location. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and this is my first review. Keep up the good work guys. read more

It took almost an hour plus windows and floors where not cleaned as promised. Would not recommend thus place
