Took an hour to change oil on my vehicle. They advertise that it is a 15 min oil change. Wasn't even busy when I went in...

Had the best service I've ever experienced getting my oil changed at this location today. The manager Scott went above and beyond for us, cleaning off some bugs from our grill, vacuuming our floorboards, and even leaving the AC running afterwards so that the car would be cooled down for my baby in this summer heat. Showed up at 8:23am today to an empty office. They claim to open at 8am and don't take appointments. So I showed up as early as I could. I called the number to see what was going on. The women that answered told me her one tech was running late and had no idea when he was going to arrive and recommended I go to a near by Jiffy Lube. I am not impressed with the company as they are over priced for an oil change and the only reason I was going there is because I had a gift certificate. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Go to Express Oil Change instead. Way cheaper and better. More than one tech so it's open when they say it is. read more

Not jiffy at all. I waited 30 mins and there was another person before me whose vehicle was still not even seen. Whatever happened to the drive thru quick oil change places??? You're better off going to Walmart early in the morning and doing some shopping while they change your oil. It's faster and way cheaper for synthetic oil. My was pretty desperate for an oil change and I was pretty stoked to see really quick and response service from the three working this morning. My car is a little beater with some parts falling off and not only did these guys so kindly change my oil quickly, they also taped up the part that was free floating just to help me out a little. As someone who grew up with a mechanic father, I always appreciate paying those who do the job, do it well, and take it that little extra mile to help where they can, while also seeming to have a good time at work. I showed up at 8 when the store opens to get an oil change. They didn't open til 8:10. When they did open only 1 person was there. He said the other 2 guys who were supposed to be there at 8 but didn't show up. One would arrive at 9 and he didn't know about the other. I know you're thinking Jiffy Lube? 5 stars? Well maybe not all Jiffy Lubes deserve this rating, but the guys at this place sure do! Sure, they might be priced higher than other oil change places, but for service like this, I don't mind paying a little more. Plus, if you go online you can always find coupons for $$ off! What I like best about his place? They offer free top offs of your oil in between changes, and when you have a crappy car like mine that burns oil, this is huge. And when I get a top off, at no charge, they still check my tires, wash my windows and be sure the other fluids are properly filled. They don't ever try and bully me into buying other products or services, and when I do need to have an air filter changed, they keep notes so they don't ask every time. The guys at this place are super nice and efficient and I'll keep going back! read more

Brendon was great, and I assume the oil change was done correctly, but I now despise the Bove family who owns all of the Jiffy Lubes in the Phoenix. I hate companies who deliberately try to deceive their customers, and that's what I found here. I had a coupon for a $19.99 oil change. Much to my surprise, the actual cost sky rocketed to $35.00 after a $15 "Shop fee" was added on. Yes, that shop fee was a staggering 75% increase to the oil change price. Come on Bove family, have some consideration for your customers, and for your employees who have to face the customers you just tried to screw.... just tell us the real price on the coupon. read more

Best Jiffy Lube for women to get their cars oil changed...As most ladies like myself, heading into car repair/maintenance shop is typically not fun. You get the good ole list of all of the things that your car "needs" and you wonder if it is all really necessary. This location is ran by some good guys. They will help you out and lessen the pain. I've always had mediocre experiences when it comes to servicing my car but Scott and the team at this location did an outstanding job. Went there today because my normal location on Gilbert road was busy. I had a pleasant experience there. However when I returned home I noticed the wrong weight and rated oil was put in my truck. I called the manager and he said it was the right oil. I then callled my normal location who confirmed it was the wrong weight oil. The manger there had me come in immediately to change the oil to the right one. The Gilbert rd jiffy lube is worth the wait. read more

took our jeep for an oil change and new battery. Service was ok....they seemed quite proud of the added features of vacuuming your vehicle and cleaning the windows, however when we got our vehicle back it had not been vacuumed. Why tell us they do that , then not do it....makes us wonder if the rest of the service was performed correctly. In fact we pulled over to double check that they in fact changed the battery as requested. read more

I originally gave a good rating at this location but I find myself back here due to some errors on my basic oil change. The technician didn't tighten the filter enough so my car lost oil and they didn't reset the gage to prevent my oil light to come on. It's a hassle when you have a 40 min wait based on one of their errors. read more

Went to the jiffy lube because it didn't look crazy busy. Well was I impressed not only fast quality service but I was not pressured into buying things that my car didn't need. I got my oil changed and new windshield wipers in less than 30 minutes. The guys were really nice and even told me my battery needed a recharge and that they didn't do that there but, gave me places I could go get that done. I will definitely recommend people to this location. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and this is my first review. Keep up the good work guys. read more
