I was recently involved in an accident, which I was not a fault, but in the process the bumper of my car and the hood were damaged. Before I took the car into the body shop I decided to get an oil change at Jiffy Lube and in the process of raising the hood, the warped hinges of the hood caused damage to the body of the vehicle. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until after. I had left the service station for the oil change. I contacted management and shared photos and brought the vehicle in to be inspected at which point I was told that the damage was pre-existing and Jiffy Lube would do nothing about it. I always go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes. I recently moved to the area so this is the closest Jiffy Lube for me. I went here today for the first time and it was a great experience. Donovan was excellent and explained all the service and didn't try to upsell me at all. Staff were incredibly friendly and the service was quick. I was so appreciative of them getting me in a half hour before close. I will definitely be back for my next oil change. read more

10 out of 5 stars for this morning's service! It was my first time at this location, and I was very impressed. Everybody were friendly, and the mechanic was super smart and efficient. After only 15 minutes, I drove off with a few important fixes, including the oil change, knowing a lot more than I had after two recent visits to so-called "specialist mechanics", who had unfortunately both misdiagnosed my car and suggested $5000-$7000 of repair. Took my car here for an oil Change at the beginning of May. Here it is June 3rd and my "oil pressure too low" light came on. Took my car to the Mechanic and was told my oil looked like it has not been changed in over a year and that there was sludge and other composites in the oil. They had to do a complete clean out. This is the second time Jiffy Lube has messed up my car. The first time I had to pay $2500 to replace parts for my engine. Do not go here. The mechanic also mentioned that places like Jiffy Lube has a habit of re-using oil. read more

Do not come here. My car just needed an oil change and my car came out with 3 lights turned on immediately after my service. I went to the manager, and he said there was no way his guys did anything. My friend ended up fixing my car and just plugged in one thing that was really close to the oil. I attempted to drop in for an oil change today, no one around at 8:30am. after 5 minutes of waiting, I left.

They lie. They're courteous, but not honest. I went in to get my car's fluids checked and topped off, and after waiting for what I estimated was 20 to 30 minutes I was told that it was ready. I was particularly worried about the coolant level because it had dipped below the minimum level indicator. A warning light came on the dashboard display as well as the engine temp gauge was completely elevated. So, when I saw that the alerts were still coming back on as I was heading home I decided to double-check the levels... They were exactly the same as when I arrived at their service center. I then chose to give them a call and asked why the fluids weren't topped off. I was then lied to... I was told that they had been topped off. No bueno. Other Jiffy Lubes I've been to have done a reasonably decent job. This one didn't do anything at all besides waste my time and lie to me. Next time I'll go somewhere else. It was a disgusting experience. I'm lucky my engine didn't seize up. read more

Came in for an oil change and was told they couldn't do it because they couldn't obtain a reading as to why the check engine light came on. (?) I don't know much about cars so won't pretend but they said they didn't want to be held for any liability if something were to happen if they changed the oil. They also said they had no history on the vehicle but we had been to jiffy lube before - we also had a sticker from the time we had received the past oil change (in all fairness, it wasn't on the windshield but in our glove compartment). They had also turned the previous customer away for the same reason regarding the check engine light. Just seemed odd and perhaps they have their legit reasons but heads up if you come to this particular location. read more

They were amazing ! The attitude and communication the staff had was a nice surprise for a Monday ! I am very pleased with the staff they've chosen to hire and the execution to detail. I am a tad Disappointed that they have no wifi ??? Seeing as customers wait inside and outside sometimes due to the lack of space and availability the least the company could do is provide free WIFI, and/or some outlets in the lobby to charge our phones. Aside from being bored while waiting the service was well worth it! The staff really makes you feel important and includes in any decision making ! They were quick, attentive, and efficient!! read more

Went for an oil change and have been coming to Jiffy lube for years. This was my first time at this location not only were they all rude but tried to upsell me on getting synthetic oil because my car could only get that? After I declined and told him I only pay around 60 bucks he told me "what do I know about cars". So unprofessional and took my business else where and I only paid my regular price of 60 not 100 dollars. During these tough time I would hope businesses would be more honest about their service. read more

Great experience here today. The cap attached to my radiator coolant overflow bottle broke off from the hose. Coolant leaked out and I was worried that I couldn't drive very far without my engine overheating on this 110 degree day.. Sal topped me off with coolant (at no charge), gave me directions to the Honda dealership to replace the part and said he would even install it for me if I wanted to drive back to his shop. These guys were great! I ran an old work truck through for an oil change but on the way there the engine light came on. This made me wonder if I just wanted to scrap it. But they did a diagnostic and determined it just wasn't breathing well and it's only gonna be $35 to fix. All these guys were professional, especially Gustavo, the manager. My son took his car to Jiffy Lube for his first ever oil change. After the car was up on the rack he found out the price with tax would be $90. and that he needed a new air filter $44.00. Disappointed on how service was rushed, my coolant must have had a leaked which was not noticed by anyone! Not to far from leaving jiffy lube coolant hose busted than taken to near dealership which they found a damaged oil filter..after my call to jiffy lube following day, their manager rushed and took pictures and assessed their reports and found they were not liable... but what about the oil filter?? I did pay for an oil change than the dealership had to do another oil change due to the damaged filter.. I guess I'm SOL... These guys are honest! After having a terrible experience at a competitor, I went to this Jiffy Lube. I was seen right away and was explained why smoke was coming out of my exhaust. I thought it was due to other complications, but there were more serious problems going on. Gustavo aka Gus provide excellent customer service and clearly explained why an oil change wouldn't solve my problem. They also topped off my wind shield wiper fluid. Dropped the car off to get an oil change and just have things looked at. It only took them an hour and half. Considering I just dropped in on them I thought that was pretty solid. Went in for an oil change and A/C check. Found out the issue with the A/C and when they were doing the oil change they discovered the oil pan was damaged due to an oversized drain plug. They told me it was going to take 2 hours to get the part and replace it. That was 3+ hours ago they are still not finished replacing the oil pan. Only go here if you want to pay $67 for an oil change that they tell you will be $20. My son called to ask the price of an oil change. He was told it is usually $40 but if he mentioned the call they would change the oil for $20. So my son went. They instead charged him $45.99 for signature service premium, replaced an air filter that didn't need replacing ($30.99) said he was a quart low on oil and charged an extra $5 for that --I know that truck was not a quart low. Altogether $56.98 for parts, $25.00 for labor for a total of $81.98. They gave him a $20 'discount' for calling first. So, they charge him $$81.98 for a $20 oil change and give him a 'break' $20 off of that. He paid $66.60 for a $20 oil change. Here he is with huge bills for cancer and trying to economize any way he can and he gets ripped off through useless upsales! Run! read more

Not sure why all the good reviews. Looking at my receipt now I was never charged for that break inspection, I was told the master cylinder looks brand new but apparently no one checked my pads and rotor. Christmas week this problem became undeniable and spend this week driving on some really damaged breaks during a time, no repairs would be possible. I saw the good rating and figured it (the car) was in good hands, twas not. Rather then replacing pads then I'm now replacing a rotor at another location. read more

I called ahead of time to ask about wait time as I live on other side of town and hoped to get my oil changed on lunch break. I told Gus I was 15min away and could head right over. He said 15 min wait was it and he looked forward to seeing no me! When I get there (15 min later) i'm told by the young kid who came to the bay that it's now an hour and a half wait! I have a hard time believing that in 15 minutes this changed so drastically. So either Gus lied to me or the kid that greeted me did.
