I was recommend this place by one of my closest friends who gets her tires here. Aldo has always taken care of me. They replaced all of my tires and did an alignment. I immediately felt the difference when I drove home. I was needing my tires desperately replaced before a last minute road trip and they were swift to take me in and get it handled, they even gave me an amazing deal on some new Goodyear Tires. I'll give them kudos for good customer service but that's about it. Took my car in for a mount and balance and they were fairly priced so that was good. The mount was good but the balance was horrible. After picking it up, it wobbled. I called then and they said no worries and to take it back in. They were even nice enough to come pick up the car from my home and rebalance it. Picked it up, took it back to the shop for a few hours, then ended up saying they think it's the rim or tire, it may need hubcentric rings (even though it's an oem hubcentric wheel), and they promised it wasn't the balance that was causing the issue because they did it 3 times and their balance is perfect. The wobble did decrease a little bit so I decided to try and live with it. Drive it around the next day. Look down in my driveway, and low and behold, the wheel weights fell off the car because the adhesive didn't stick. Again, had to bring it back in. Brought it in again, had them rebalanced for a 3rd time, same wobble. Not much more they can do. Add in 2x where my tpms sensor was reading low and I had to bring in the car for them to re-secure and seal it. Got tired of it, wasted 80 dollars on an alignment that did nothing but cause me trouble and time. Took it to Discount tire 2 mins down the street for a road force balance. 45 mins later there is zero wobbles and rides perfectly. The discount tire tech said the wheels were extremely unbalanced and the high/low sides on the wheels and tires weren't matched up properly, hence the wobble and quantity of weights even put on in the first place. So much for it being bad rim, tire, or hubcentric rims. For a tire shop, I had higher expectations on a quality balance job but instead just wasted money. read more

On 2/6/23 I had my vehicle looked at for a noise that started and stopped on my drivers side wheel , No issues were found but said I had worn control arm bushing and would need replacement I agreed to have the work done, when I picked the vehicle up i immediately heard a noise and shaking from my vehicle I got home and looked under the vehicle and noticed grease on parts and my cv axel had been damaged I had luckily took before and after pictures of the underside of my vehicle before having my car worked on , returning the vehicle they accepted responsibility and said the repaired my car . I'm still having issues with my alignment which cost me another 71.99 I asked if my alignment would need to be reset since they worked on my cv axel and was told no. I talked to 3 representatives from this company manager Steven at the location (Very Rude and said BBB WOULD NEVER HELP) and said questioned weather I knocked my car out of alignment in the 2 hours of having my vehicle . 2/7/23 @9:25 am Michelle there Company Controller took my info passed it on to Jeremy ( Michelle also questioned what other companies worked on my vehicle previously) I guess every way they put the responsibility off on another company I just explained that they already assumed responsibility and I have pictures of before and after .2/7/23 Jeremy Darrow the supervisor for all the shops , Jeremy said he would reimburse me for my alignment and have my cv axel replaced this wan@ 10:02 am on Tuesday said give him a day or two today if Friday now no response back they quickly took my $751 for repairs and repaired before the day ended. read more

ICONIC GOODYEAR at 703 W Ray Rd Gilbert, AZ 85233 Oh my, STAY AWAY. Brought my jeep in since the front brakes were squeaking, they said pad were at 3mm and definitely needed to be replaced, along with a list of other things that totaled to $750. After taking it to another shop, they said the brakes didn't need to be done and they had 6mm on the pads. They said no charge, further the squeak is gone and no problems with the brakes. Don't go to this shop unless your looking to spend money unnecessary to help out this new car shop. Throw those coupons in the trash. read more

Last week one of my classic cars broke while driving it down Ray Rd. I coasted into the front of Iconic and the owner(Josh) came out and asked if I needed help. We ended up pushing the car into one of their bays and after a day of diagnosing they fixed the problems. Car runs great now and Josh just bought future servicing on my other cars. Wow! Called 7:00 am Saturday morning with an overheating problem and some other needed repairs & maintenance I'd been putting off. They said bring it in, I did at 8 when they opened. I took my 2012 VW Jetta TDI Sportswagen to initially get the lugs locks removed from the wheel. Actually, I got to know this place because Thirfty Car Sales in Gilbert, AZ (Eric - service technician) referred me here from his store where I purchased on June 10, 2020 this vehicle. Since Thrifty Car Sales couldn't perform many of the needed service, regardless of their claim warranty bull crap dealership excuses, I took my car to ICONIC. In addition to servicing my car for lug locks removed, I got front new tires and spare replaced for a great price. Also on July 3rd Thrifty Car sales claimed to have fixed my AC compressor and after further inspection done by ICONIC it was discovered that the AC compressor was USED and still not working. In addition ICONIC showed me under the car when pulling out the engine panel the RUST DAMAGE FROM THRIFTY CAR SALES undisclosed damages when they sold me this car. ICONIC TIRE also identified water salt spots under the car indicating water flood damage. ICONIC TIRE WAS SO HELPFUL AND I WILL NEVER TRUST TO SERVICE MY CAR EVER AGAIN FROM THRIFTY CAR SALES. Jeremy contacted me from my contact with Yelp. I was led to believe I could save money over what a dealer would charge. All I needed was an oil change and 30,000 mile checkup. The appt took 2.5 hours which was excessive. They tried to sell me $90 fuel system treatment and a $90 alignment. Maybe I needed an alignment and maybe not, but after 2.5 hours I did not trust them.
