Omg these guys are THE BEST!! I called about 22 minutes before they were going to close on a Saturday night. I got in my car to head to a friend's dinner and sure enough, low tire pressure. I got out to inspect the tire and a HUGE STINKIN' SCREW just ready to ruin my whole evening. I mapped tire stores and everywhere was closed, except Big O Tires. I called and talked to Casey explaining my situation and apologizing for having to come in so close to closing. Talk about amazing customer service, Casey reassured me not to worry or rush, just to head on in and he would try to patch it if possible. I got there and everyone was so friendly and working so hard even though they were minutes from closing. They didn't seem annoyed or bothered by my last minute walk-in and they got right to work!! The guy who took my car back (Elijah) was so sweet, he even stopped to talk to me about my out of state plates because he too is from the same place! He didn't seem rushed or agitated to help me at all. While I waited, Casey and the other man at the desk (Raphael) were busy helping customers who were picking up their vehicles. Listening to their thoroughness in explaining what was serviced on the vehicle and any recommendations they had in the future for services the car might need proved these guys care that their customers are well informed. I went here for a simple oil change, I was told I had an oil leak and they weren't sure where it was coming from, but told me they thought it was the turbo line. I was told to bring it back and they would check it again, this time they said it was my transmission and it needed to be sealed. They charged me $400.00. I am actually giving this Big O the full five stars, because Lewy ( spelling?) was very helpfull, My wife and I called yesterday night to book the appointment and purchase the tires, Lewy helped us get the best deal for the tires we needed for our little family. We have four drivers in our house, with two teenagers who have their own car. We end up the tire shop more than I want to. My husband always says take it to discount tire they'll repair it for free. They repair it for free. It is always a hassle, they always end up quoting me that I'll need four new tires for $2000. I go to this big o and they always take care of us and are totally fair. It's gotten to the point we have full trust bc they've never done something to take advantage. I will never go to discount again. These guys are fast, friendly, professional and very honest. They just repaired a tire that discount said was unrepairable. Love going in, the front desk guys always remember me. 10/10 Service! My tire wasn't keeping Air and PSI gauge wasn't clocking any consistent mesures. I was very worried about my car and received mixed opinions from other mechanics when they examined my tire. Nervous to reach another dead end, I went to Big O' Tires for another review. Being very out of my comfort zone I was greeted and helped by Louie. They gave me wonderful service answered all my questions and found a nail in my tire that several other places missed. My car was leaking fluids I took a to a Big O close to home and they came back with an assessment of needing a new radiator and hoses at a cost of $2300. I called Matt at Big O in Gilbert, which is where I always take my car for service. Explained my situation and he said bring it here to us and we'll take care of you. I dropped it off about 10:30 a.m., at 7:10 p.m. I got a call from Sage saying my car was ready and if I wanted to pick it up. I said "I thought you closed at 6". He said we stay until our work is done! Very impressive but I told him to go home to his family and I would get it on Sunday! As always they took very good care of me! I did not need new hoses and I left with a bill of $1461!!! read more

Made an appointment online for a tire replacement. I received two separate emails confirming both the appointment and the tire to be installed. When I arrived the next morning I was informed that the tire wasn't in stock and they could order it but it wouldn't be there until the next day. When I asked why no one called me to tell me the appointment would need to be rescheduled, the clerk said "Well all the online stuff is automatic; you should have called to make sure the tire was in stock." Sad day Saturday because I woke up to my tire having a huge fricken nail inside of it. I decided to go to this location since it was next to an IHOP. Hehe. Walked in and I was immediately greeted and helped. The employee listened to my situation, went outside to look at my tire, and told me what he thought was best. I ended up having to buy a new tire for a reasonable price since mine (the one with the nail inside) even though was fixable, would be dangerous to use and drive long distances with. We dropped off my car at 10am and we were told to wait one to two hours. We left and came back two hours later and they had still not started fixing it. About 45minutes they finally called me and yay my car had a new spanking tire! So expect long waits on Saturday's since they are really busy!! People came and go. Employees were very friendly and they turned my sad day to a happy one! They have a tv, water, and popcorn for customers. Oh and they also had donuts!! read more
