Amazing work! Pancho did my repair and it looks brand new! Was able to get out some deep scratches from the previous owner without changing the shape of the rim. Looks perfect! I did the mobile service and it was easy to schedule and coordinate. Before and after pictures read more

This shop did a good job on repairing the "curb rash" on my silver wheels; HOWEVER, they got a lot of overspray on my RED calipers that is quite noticeable. I tried (unsuccessfully) to sand it off. Remarkably, I was contacted by "Ryan" (owner) who politely agreed to come to my residence (on MEMORIAL Day) to avoid me having to make an inconvenient trip back to his shop. This type of "customer service" is not only rare but highly commendable! read more

Due to potholes in Prescott, was going to have to buy two new rims for my car ($1200). He took a look and said they weren't so bad, that he could get them back into round-- 1/2 hour and $300 later, I was good to go!! 2 weeks and a big pothole later, I'm back, hoping he can fix it again!! He's a miracle worker!!! read more

Extremely responsive when I sent the photo of my curbed wheel, and extremely easy to get a quote and set up an appointment. About 40 minutes later my wheel was fixed and you can't even tell that it was ever damaged. A++ to service, workmanship, quality, and price. If I ever curb another wheel, this is the go-to place without any hesitation. read more

Not sure if Poncho knows he saved me from a possible divorce! I took my brand new Acura Integra A-Spec out for a ride which was going fantastic until I parked and a curb bit me! Ouch The dreaded noise.. my beautiful black rim was now scraped up and made my car look like it was a decade old and driven by a kid with a learners permit! I thought I'd have to buy a new OEM rim and while searching I somehow found Rim Repair RX !! Texted a photo of the damage, got a quote for repair, and scheduled a mobile repair all in a few minutes!!!!! A few days later Poncho was as on his way.. he texted and also texted again when he was 10 minutes away. Wow nice In 25 minutes he was done!! Looks like new. Amazing work. Got this place on speed dial now in case any more curbs attack my car! Great price. Excellent service. Beautiful job! Highly recommend... read more

I have a BMW that had some serious curb rash on all four wheels. The curb rash didn't affect anything except it broke my heart whenever I saw it. I sent pictures of my wheels and sent them to Rim Repair Rx and within hours I had an estimate for either doing the work at my home or at their garage. I opted for the home service. I also got an estimate from Dent Wizard who were 25% more and they'd want my car for two days. Seriously? Pancho showed up on time and went to work. He repaired the wheels in about 90 minutes and they look brand new. read more

I did a search for the highest rated wheel repair and refinishing where Rim Repair Rx came up having 5 stars. I read through the entire reviews that were very helpful. I sent a text to Ryan who answered immediately and he asked to send pics of the wheels with the damage for a quote. He got back to me with a quote that was very reasonable where the cost to repair and refinish all 4 wheels was the price of buying a single OEM wheel! His next appointment was only out 2 days so I scheduled. On the day of the appointment Ryan sent a text when he was on his way and arrived right on time. Ryan is professional, prompt, very courteous and does an outstanding job which is why he has a 5-star Yelp rating! Here are before and after of the worst wheel. Came in with a fully gashed up rim on my Y and left with it looking amazing! Can't tell if he replaced the rim or just fixed it bc it looks that good. He did it in a matter of an hour and the good thing is that the shop is located near a lot of food spots and shops, so I was able to go somewhere while he worked on the wheel. Responsive and quick to schedule. I'll be back, if I have to, but hopefully won't need to. read more

The sad truth is I've had to use them three times in the last 30 days. I'm not sure if this is for my bad driving or my wife's but the truth is every time they've come out to me in less than 24 hours and fixed my rims and impeccably!!! I absolutely recommend them to anyone most importantly, the value of what they do is so affordable! I believe they only charge me 50 extra dollars to come to my office and to my home. They have my absolute highest recommendation. read more

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Super fast response and communication. Super happy with the work.

There are a couple of things customers should know about this company. First, you can't talk to anyone, you must do everything via text messages. Second, if you want to pay via credit or debit card, they will charge you 3% more. They prefer cash, Venmo or Zelle. Zelle? What company takes payments via Zelle? Third, you have to have an appointment, you can't just walk in, apparently. I contacted them because I needed to repair a damaged wheel. I was quoted a price of $150 just to fix the wheel, but was told they would not remount the tire or put it back on my car--I would need to go to a tire shop and pay them to do that. Instead, I went to one of their competitors (Dent Wizard), who fixed the wheel, remounted the tire, balanced the wheel, installed it on the car and cleaned the wheel for a total of $145, all within 30 minutes. Based on several positive reviews I read on Yelp and elsewhere, Rim Repair apparently has provided decent customer service in the past. They certainly fell far short today. read more

My wheels look fantastic, and it was a better deal than getting new wheels, even OEMs. My wheels were pretty messed, but he worked magic. This was the best route to take. Ryan was prompt, polite, efficient, and even patient while I was stuck on a Zoom meeting when he was finished. I would HIGHLY recommend him, and I will do. Fantastic job. I'm very happy. FYI... This is one of the easiest reviews I've written in a while - Rim Repair Rx was absolutely phenomenal! Showed up on time, finished quicker than expected, accurate quoting process, and super friendly. The results were absolutely artful. I don't understand how he made it look like nothing ever happened to them - my aftermarket rims look brand new! Will definitely be using them again when I inevitably scuff my rims again. read more

I called to make an appointment and they were about a week out which was fine. They arrived on time and were super fast for my repair. It was a scraped on the rim in both silver and black locations. They did a great job! It's like brand new! I would recommend and use them again. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. Very easy by texting in pictures of my 4 wheels. I received a quote back right away and then was able to schedule the mobile service. I had an appointment at Tesla and they ordered two new rims totaling over $1,600 without asking me or requesting any photos. On the day of my appointment I was unhappy about that and looked up rim repair online. I found Rim Repair Rx and sent Ryan two photos. He got right back to me with a quote that was significantly lower than replacing the rims. I cancelled my Tesla appointment and Ryan was here in about an hour to fix my two rims. They look like brand new and you cannot tell there were any scratches. I highly recommend Ryan and Rim Repair Rx and will use them again on any vehicle if we need it. Great work and VERY REASONABLE. read more

Ryan S. If I could give you zero stars I would sir because your response to my review is unprofessional! Your use of word choices like calling me pathetic, assuming I can't afford anything but cheap Chinese wheels. Along with wishing me bad Karma for an honest review of my own experience when dealing with your company is unfortunate. These statements are inappropriate and judgmental. For any future customers of Rim Repair Rx I hope you realize the type of business owner you're dealing with from his response. You don't have to like my review because it's based off facts and experiences that are my own. You also don't need to lash out disrespectfully with reckless statements. I work hard for my money sir and anyone else who works hard for theirs shouldn't be treated this way because they're trying to save money! Keep over charging and stay upset over honest reviews. read more

Dang we hit a curb! My wife's new BMW X5 got an ugly scuff on a rim and we couldn't let her drive around town like that! Called to schedule an appointment and they stopped by my house while working from home. Ryan's father Ron did the work, was very friendly, and explained a lot about rims to me, which I appreciated! They did good work, conveniently came to m house, and the cost was competitive with other shops. I will call them again for the next boo-boo I need to fix on my rims. read more

EXCELLENT service. Very pleasant tech that showed up on site. Quickly done, wheels look like new (curb rash). No mess, no fuss, the car was just as clean as they started with. Sent pictures of the wheels, the quote was quick and professional, easy to schedule, they sent confirmations via text prior to arrival (really appreciated that feature). Rate is within range of others, but the service and customer service were steps above my expectations. And the work was done in a few hours, not DAYS. Saving their information should we need them in the future. Not only would use them again but will highly recommend them to anyone needing quality work. read more
