I bought commercial tires from this business that they recommended, Sailun. After just three months my truck started severely vibrating. After checking my truck over, the only conclusion was that something was wrong with the tires. A different and reputable tire shop I've dealt with for years confirmed these tires are in terrible condition after only three months, and even took pictures of them to post on their social media to warn others. These pros that have also been in the business a very long time have never even heard of this brand. I've never experienced this with multiple brands I've purchased in the past, and spent about the same amount of money on them. I am a long term customer of Discount Tire. Thought they were the best until, by chance I was introduced to Firebird Tire. A friend bought some Falken tires from them, and I wanted the same. Needed all four for my 2016 Ram 2500 truck. Spoke to Andrew to get a quote. He also informed me that if I use a credit card. There will be a 2.5% surcharge. Discount Tire doesn't do that, so I thought that Im just going to Discount. Nope! Discounts price was nearly $1000.00 higher!! But here's the biggest reason why I wouldn't use Discount agsin, EVEN IF THEY MATCHED THE PRICE.. .Balancing!!! Firebird Tire has a very UNIQUE piece of equipment to balance their tires. I didn't realize the importance of PERFECTLY balanced tires versus a normal balance. I've had 4 sets of tires installed on my truck since ownership. I was SHOCKED at the difference of the ride NOW compared to any time I've owned the vehicle. Night and day difference!!! So, if you're reading this, and go to Firebird tire, don't let the office or shop fool you. Its not bright and shiny like the national chain of tire retailers, but the BALANCING is the difference. Disgusted!!!! Warning. I have a newer ram 4500 that I haul my seven horse living quarters with . After purchasing the vehicle, I went to Dealer Tire Supply to retrieve some commercial 19.5 for my rig.. then like always went back north to find a location to install ending up at this place.. ignorantly by me not double checking to make sure that they installed my tires after they said so. I proceeded to continue on with my day... a months or so later one of my tires explodes on my brand new truck hammering the side of my vehicle... back to the tire store in Wickenburg just to be told my tires born on date was 2020??? where did my tires go that I paid for 2 1/2 months prior??? somebody must've come in the middle of the night stole the two tires that I paid brand new for and then reinstalled my wheels???if we don't know where those tires went after I have a receipt for you putting them on why wouldn't you call me back and just be a neighbor??? I have been down there three times!!! Seems to me the big for nothing tire tread that runs the place needs an awakening on who actually pays his bills!!! try having some common decency! I can not say enough good things about Firebird Tire. I am trying to get an old RV out of storage in Phoenix and I am in Seattle. Paul worked with me over a period of a few days to get someone to the storage place, in, and to check the tires. We had agreed to have him put on old ones since it just had to get on transport. When the technician got there and finally was able to get in to see the RV, they were able to inflate the tires and they held air! They only charged me for the visit. They could have put 'new' tires on it anyway and charged me more, I would never have known the difference. They showed their honesty and professionalism to someone on the phone. They helped make what was turning into a painful process so much easier. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We Brough our RV in to get our RV tires pumped up prior to leaving for a long trip. They were up front and honest about the condition of our tires not to mention they were 7 years old and not in good condition. The quote they gave us was fair and less than most RV tire companies. Our RV tires were changed in less than 24 hours (they didn't have what we wanted in stock). We left for our road trip assured our ride would be safe. The front office staff were amazing and I felt as though they treat every customer as family, something rare in this day and time. read more

We made an appointment for 9am the following day. We showed up about 20 minutes early which didn't matter because they ignored us until 9 am. During that time we over heard that they were short handed and could service anyone that day. Finally, at 9am the guy behind the counter motioned us up by using his middle finger and were told they couldn't service us. We confronted the guy about him flipping us off and of course he denied it. Totally unprofessional all around. It only take one bad apple to ruin the bunch and clearly we won't be returning for service. We bought the steam valves for our RV from them as we had sold our RV and need to deliver it that day to the new owner. BUT we took them to Discount Tire who installed them as well as all 4 wheels/rims and was done and out the door in 45 minutes and cost us on $30 bucks. read more

UPDATE: We went back to correct the situation which they did quickly and even credited us for part of the service, which we didn't ask for. Still, there is no substitution for supervision. We went to Firebird for a 6 bolt rim for our 3 axel heavy duty trailer. We had brought in just the fire and rim. They said they had the rim and so we agreed to the service. When completed, they put the new rimmed tire in the back of the my pick up truck locking bed along with the old rim. I didn't check it. I left it there until we were getting ready to leave with a load. It was a 5 bolt pattern rim. Good thing I have the old rim. I'm pissed. My trip is delayed. I have to go back to correct this. They are not close. They were recommended to us by Bell Road Rv. A mistake on a simple issue that cost me money in delays. Not a happy camper. read more

It is really comforting to know that the information you get from Firebird Tire will be what is first best for the customer. Other places want to sell you something that you may or may not need just to get the commission. At Firebird Tire they would rather lose a sale than to lose a customer. I won't go into detail but they made a recommendation that cost them between $3,000-$5,000 because the advised me NOT to buy a particular item for my motor home. They were truthful, straightforward, explained the options, and told me that if I wanted to move forward with the purchase they would accommodate me. But in reality, it was borderline foolish for me to move forward. I appreciate that in a sales person! BTW: I purchased a set of tires that I could have saved close to $300 going some place else. I purchased my tires from them because I know I got the right tire for my motor home at a fair price! I highly recommend Firebird Tire! read more

I had bought new Michelin tires for my motorhome from a different tire dealer. I had nothing but trouble with the tires from the minute I left the dealer. The dealer tried to remedy the vibration I had by rebalancing the tires. They had absolutely no concept of how to properly work with bigger tires even though they specialized in truck tires. Frustrated, I took the motorhome to Firebird. They worked on the motorhome two different times by removing, rebalancing and checking the tires for out-of-round problems with a specialized tool. They talked Michelin into replacing a tire badly out of round tire. They continued to verify that any vibration I was now experiencing (very, very little) was caused by a driveshaft bearing. I can now drive my motorhome with peace of mind and being assured that the vehicle is safe to drive. GREAT JOB FIREBIRD! I would recommend them and their fair prices to anyone. read more

Everything started out OK until the quote was not honored on the Pressure Pro TPMS. I was never told by anyone that the quote was wrong. I even said at the time of payment that it was $100 higher but was offered no explanation. When I was being trained on how to use the TPMS, I read over the receipt carefully and discovered where the add-on was on the receipt. And then I received an explanation that did not sound right. I then talked to the owner Paul who gave me the quote in the first place. His original quote offered me a choice to have my phone be the monitor screen for the TPMS for $350 or purchase their monitor for an additional $350. I chose to use my phone, it has more options. And they wrote the receipt correctly at first. My receipt (it is hand written) you can see where the receipt was completed and then they whited-out the tax and total lines to make the $100 add-on. The $100 add-on is in different handwriting and written darker than the other line items. You can hold up the receipt to the light and see the total was $100 and tax changes less. Paul tried to explain it by showing me his vendor receipt for items he purchased. That did not explain the original quote. Paul did decide to give me a $50 hand written coupon to be used later in his store. I have no idea what that would cover or how to use it. I did also have an alignment done and had a Dually Valve kit added. Those two things were charged as quoted. The work was quality work on all three items. It is just the bad information on the TPMS and I feel it was sneaky. They were aware I was shopping around and knew I could have beaten his price if I knew the true quote. I told them so and found it in a few places at the same price that I was originally quoted. I had 3 phone calls with them before I told them I would go with them. I was never told they were increasing my cost. I was a new customer that was referenced by a friend/RV dealer that has the potential to bring them more RV service. Not that great of a start for me. FYI, I posted this same review on Fire-bird's website and it never appeared on his website. So now I dropped their rating to a one. It appears Paul is untrustworthy. read more

Took my John Deere tractor tire to them for flat repair. Was told the tube was bad. So they ordered one from somewhere in town. When I went to pick it up they charged over $60.00. And was not the correct tube! Mine are tubes with large valve stem for adding fluid. When I called to attempt to correct the problem Tom hung up on me. Avoid this place like the plague!
