I initially walked into this repair shop feeling like I could trust them. Frans was polite and explained the process since I was going through my warranty company for an AC repair. They did a diagnostic on Tuesday confirming the AC issue (which another shop had already identified) and also mentioned an engine oil leak. One repair was covered by warranty and one wasn't. I approved the covered AC repair. By Saturday I hadn't heard anything, so I called. They said the repair was taking longer than expected because my car was giving them issues, but it should be ready Monday. On Monday they called saying they completed the covered repair but found another AC issue that wasn't in their original diagnostic. They said they'd cover the labor but we'd need to pay for the part. My partner looked up the part and found it was cheaper than what they quoted us. After some back and forth, he told them to just put the old part back on and we'd handle it ourselves. Then they called back saying they had already ordered the part and were finishing the repair. They eventually agreed we could just pay the lower price we found. We picked up the car and within 10 minutes it started throwing steering, Stabilitrak, and other warning lights that had NEVER been there before. When my partner called, it turned into a heated conversation and the shop called the police and tried to trespass him. I called myself and Frans admitted it sounded like something may have been done wrong on their end and said they would fix it, so we left the car there. The next day I called three times for updates and was repeatedly told the person I needed to speak with, Frans, wasn't available. When I finally went to pick up the car, Andrew (who I had spoke to three times that day) was the one that gave me my keys and briefly told me what was going on. He refused to explain what happened and told me they were "done going back and forth" with me and that I needed to leave or they would call the police again. The only explanation I was given was that a brake light switch needed calibration. We came in for an **AC issue with zero warning lights**, and left with a car suddenly showing steering and Stabilitrak warnings -- with two kids that ride in that vehicle. I've lived here almost 10 years and have never been treated like this at a repair shop. The whole situation became extremely unprofessional and shady, especially once we questioned the price of the part. If they truly plan to trespass on us, they've done me a favor because I would never come back here again and wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone, not even my worst enemy. The reviews previous to mine seem to validate my experience here and I wish I would've done more research prior to taking my car here. Do yourself a favor and heed the warnings. read more

Way over priced. Told us that the radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced. We couldn't find a leak anywhere and still have the same radiator that is working fine. Wanted to charge us 3x the cost of a battery and said it would only have a year warranty. You have to be able to tell when someone is trying to get one over on you. They gave me a good price over the phone to replace my rack and pinion on my van. Then they wanted to charge me over $3200, saying the outer tie rods, sway bar, ball joints, everything related was bad and every part needed a heavy duty type to replace it. No way, it didn't drive like that. I asked if they could show me these parts, they said if they're only going to hoist it up again to show me if I agree to repairs. Nope. I took it to a shop with higher labor and part costs but they also provided a 2 year warranty valid nation wide at any AAA affiliated shop. I didn't tell them about Millenium's diagnosis - they said all ii needed was a new rack and pinion as I suspected. Even with higher labor costs (and free Uber to and from) I saved $1400! I wouldn't trust this place, they don't want to work on your car unless they can charge double or triple. read more

I do not trust mechanics. I have used the same mechanic for 30 years in California only because a bunch of us used him and felt if he screwed one he could lose a bunch. Visiting granddaughter here at college our battery died a block from his shop. Talk about divine intervention. I pushed to them. They offered the price of battery just a little more than the quote I got from O'Reilly so told them to go ahead. They actually get the product from O'Reilly so felt great on that. Then after changing they tested and showed no power going to the battery indicating the alternator needed replaced. This was 45 min before closing. We were leaving 1st thing Monday morning. So we're screwed. They teamed up and worked overtime to assist us. I for some reason trusted these guys which is rare as aw hell. Now coming to give them the review in which they deserve I see they have outstanding reviews and a lot of them. I'm very glad to have broken down by them. I could've been royally screwed otherwise. I also gave a nice tip for them to eat out or something as I greatly appreciated thier kindness and time. These guys are the true display of succeeding by doing things right. My car had some leaks and I went to this place. It cost me over $2700 to fix any and every leaks in the car. They guaranteed that the leaks will be fixed but my car is still leaking. When I went back, they told me they'll have to charge me more for this leak because it is a different one from the one they fixed. They were supposed to fix EVERY LEAK but they don't keep their promise after they receive the money. DO NOT GO HERE The customer service is good before they get the money but once they got the money, their customer service became so bad and rude. They highly encouraged me to fix my car saying that the car is still pretty good and that I should fix it but once I went back to complain about the leak that they never fixed, they suddenly change their tone saying that my car is too old and that of course it should be fixed. They basically refused everything and I wanted to give my friend my credit card to take it in there cause I live on the other side of town and we're talking to Phoenix area and he just was totally unwilling to work with us. All I requested was to replace reservioir bearings and seal broke leaking oil everywhere. I specifically said everything he listed on the estimate were things that were working fine such as steering and brakes were in great condition so u wasn't worried about those other than pulley bearings. The estimate came up to $2688 for expensive parts I didn't need and didn't want. He pressured me to have the money in 2 days which I did but never authorized the extra work he threw In to be done I even texted him telling him to stop all work as I saw that as a problem from the gate. After I went to pick up the vehicle I told him I wanted the used parts back and he only had two parts of a total of six items he replaced unecessarily. BEWARE!! Very sad and disappointed. I thought with the reviews I could trust this place. They charged me 450 dollars for an oil change and to change my brake pad and rotors which is fine. My brakes had been squeaking so I went to get them checked out, they told me my back brakes were fine and they needed to replace the front ones, the front desk lady quoted me a time so I arranged for child care, hours pass the quote time and so I call the shop, apparently they sent the wrong parts (according to the front desk it was their fault not hers) I didn't think much about it just a little annoyed with the longer wait. Then two weeks later my brakes started having an awful squeak sound again and now I'm concerned they didn't actually get the new parts and replace the rotors. My car started smoking yesterday out of nowhere. I called Millennium Tire and Auto. I wouldn't be able to have it towed until after they closed but I dropped it off and they had it fixed the very next day!! Not only that, my alternator (the part that was smoking) was still under warranty which they called on for me. They only charged me for labor!! Later he came in and said $150 because he had to adjust the back. Sure I said. This is what happened next: The whole time I saw them using a string to check for the alignment. No computer hooking up the the car at all. I paid them and asked "you guys didn't use computer to adjust? " the dude said "Yes we did" so I said "Give me the report then!" This morning I took my car to the dealership where it took two hours for them to tell me I "needed" 2 new tires @ $250 a piece. Horrible!!!!! You should NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! Brought my car to do alignment, they said I have to replace inner tie rods and it costs $300 or pay $50 for diagnostic. I asked: is this only one problem and answer was "YES". Ok, I took my car back, bought new tie rods for $50 (pair) and replaced it myself. (By the way old parts were in excelent condition, no wear or problems were founded). But $50 is not too much, right?))) When I brought my car again thay said that my front tires are bellow 2/30 SEC and there is no warranty to labor. WTF??? Why you didn't tell me previous time????? Finaly they did it, ofcourse no warranty, but...... interior is dirty!!!! (my car has white interior). WORST BUSINESS OWNER IN THE VALLEY!! This was my second experience doing business with Millenium Tire and Auto as I was treated very well and with respect on the first visit, I went back. My first time dealing with Ryan was as you would expect from a business, very courteous and responsive to what I needed in tires. I had the tires mounted and they felt great. I had to return to the shop because one of the balancing weights came off as I was driving...no big deal...I took it back and Ryan fixed it with no questions asked. Since my first experience was good I returned to Millenium Tire and Auto to purchase a second set of tires. And again, I was treated with respect and didn't have any issues with the tires until I picked up a bolt from the highway. As I was driving I could hear that I had something lodged in one of my tires but before I could get off the highway it dislodged itself from my tire hitting the bottom of my car. Once I was safely on the side of the road I changed it out with my spare. I took the tire back to Millenium Tire and Auto to see if I could get it fixed and as I'm starting to explain to Ryan what happened I was immediately cut off and berated for not coming back sooner to get my tires rotated as the threads on the front were lower than the threads on the back. AGREED! My fault for not taking care of this sooner. Lesson learned. But as I'm still trying to explain what happened he was still yelling and screaming insults and expletives, told me "YOU'RE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL" when I wasn't even allowed to explain what happened from the start. He went on and on and as I am an African American, started talking slang eg., "you comin at me sideways"..with multiple expletives that followed. But I'm the one that's unprofessional??...hmmm. I was completely shocked and disappointed. I have never had an owner of a business approach me in that manner and wasn't expecting it from him. As a knee-jerk reaction I took a step in the direction of my car to get in and leave because at this point I was done doing business with him. He then bump me with his forearm pushing me back yelling "YOU'RE NOT GETTING IN YOUR F'ING CAR! I'LL GIVE YOU YOUR CAR BACK WHEN I'M READY!" I responded if he didn't give me my car I was calling the police. His response "GO AHEAD, CALL THE F'ING POLICE!" It seemed that once he started to process everything, he then gave me back my car. I will never go back to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, EVER! Having been a business owner my self, you don't talk to people in that manner, no matter what the situation is. I'm done with Millenium Tire and Auto. Its a shame too, because the tires I bought from him are excellent tires. Came in here to get a second opinion about my ac. I had previously taken it to another shop to get it fixed, but the ac stopped working after a week and half. I had paid 200+ somewhere else and got a temporary solution. I brought it here to mellennium shop and they took care of me.
