If they're not swamped with customers at the counter, they will promptly come out to you as soon as you pull in. I did a lot of research on tire prices and found this location had very reasonable, especially when changing all 4 tires. MAJOR SHOUTOUT to TRISTEN!!! I worked with him both visits and I tell you he has restored my faith in young men. Worst experience I know I shouldn't complain I did get a free patch but my experience for the free assistance they offer every one was horrible experience I came at 730 am waited outside in the heat I was the only black woman in the line keep in mind I was 2 and line that fixed every car before mine I believed they serviced at least 7 customers before me for a simple patch on my tire I had in mind to leave the tech a tip but they're front desk messed that up for them . Needed new tires for my UTV. They carry a large selection. Went with the Maxxis Cero. Dropped off my wheels on Monday with no appointment and picked them up on Wednesday at 1pm. I arrived at your location at 5:04 PM today, just after your stated closing time of 5:00 PM, because my tire light was on. Even though it was past closing, Tristan went above and beyond and took care of my tire repair. He could have easily turned me away, stating that the store was closed. I've been here a few times to get my tires filled when the air is low which is a nice service they offer for free. I made an appointment and came in on Friday to get new tires. The process took an hour and I was able to connect to the wifi and work while I waited. They do add a certificate for the tires as insurance to your bill, but they don't tell you about it. I caught it before paying and had them remove it. They should be more transparent and upfront about it, but I do think the actual cost for the tires was fair. read more

Stopped by Discount Tire looking for a miracle worker and they certainly delivered! I showed up for my 9am appointment with a screw in my tire and was quickly greeted by Robert who performed a full tire inspection and ran me through my options. Discount tire does free tire repairs (even if you didn't originally purchase your tire through them!), so we were both hoping the patch would be successful. Inside Robert informed me that because I purchased a certificate for the tire (basically insurance) that even if it needed to be replaced I'd be covered. I was so relieved - any kind of unexpected car issue is always anxiety inducing. The whole repair process took about 20 minutes; I was blown away with the quality of service and the commitment to customer satisfaction. Something Robert and I discussed was that at my recent car service appointment I had at my car dealership (1 week prior) I paid for a tire rotation that didn't happen (apparently it's pretty common). Robert was able to identify this by analyzing the tread difference between my front and rear tires. Discount performed my tire rotation for free with no hassle. Overall, this Discount Tire location is full of kind people who do honest work for a fair price. Tristen helped me evaluate my sensors. After scanning all 5 tires it turned out my spare was low. Without hesitation he volunteered to remove the spare and get it filled with air. Was in and out in 20 mins and tire light was off. Learned that if the light is blinking its a sensor issue, if its solid than its an air issue with the tire. I frequently visit this location for tire rotations every 5k miles and without fail Tristen and the staff deliver on the DT mission. read more

Lost 1 star today. In my experience Discount Tire was always generous with their treatment of tire warranty certificates. Not today. A one finger width difference in tread depth wiped out my certificate according to my tech. At the counter he was insistent, but after pulling the tire (which had two nails in it, so I was replacing it regardless) and after hearing my objections he "pro rated" the tire. Stopped by this location Thursday morning around 7:45- I was running late and my tire was low! This location wasn't open yet, they were setting up to open. Gabriel came to my windows and told me they weren't open yet and I would have to wait. There was no way for me to wait as I was already late- so I asked if there were any nearby spots I could put air in my tire. In mid july i bought 4 pirelli scorpion tires for my 2020 tesla x with 34,000 miles. This was my 3rd set of tires. Approximately two weeks later, I drove my wife to a medical appointment and in route we heard a loud scraping sound and then odd sounds coming from the front end. We thought it was a flat tire, we got out and checked the tires. They seemed OK and continued on our way. by the time we got to The medical appointment it was clear something was seriously wrong with the car. A security guard came over and as I was on the phone with Tesla service, he began pulling on the front tires because that's where we heard the noise come from. The right tire was fine. The left tire was missing two lug nuts, and two lug nuts were Easily spun with your fingers and loose! The tire was only being held on by one lug nut. Discount either used the wrong torque settings or did not torque tighten the lug nuts. They paid for my rental car and Uber and only under a great deal of pressure Did I get them to pay for one tire The car needed new lug nuts and new wheel studs which they paid for. My advice to all of you is to check that they use the proper torque settings and check to make sure that the wheel still seems appropriate a week or so later there are some reviews that even suggest you should take it back and have the torque retested I asked them how often a tire almost falls off a vehicle And the answer was not zero. read more

I have a mouthful about discount. This store managed by Ryan is the best store in the valley hands down. The prices are always the best, he goes out of his way to get lug nuts off, get the right tire, inspect the job. Other discount stores should take note. I've had terrible experiences at other stores, from poor customer service to bad work on the car, and the worst my wife and her daughter get treated terribly because they don't know tires. I've now been to this Discount Tire location several times and feel like I have a good grasp on how they work. While they are almost always busy, the staff really does try their best to help when the chips are down. I came in to check my tire treads before a road trip out of state and found that my front 2 tires were at 2/32nd of an inch (basically hazardous & illegal). Benny was able to identify 2 new tires that would fit my car (not always an easy feat) and also more than tripled the distance under warranty (from 20,000 to 70,000 miles driven!) He was also able to get me a great discount on the new tires. Unbelievably, the new tires were on my car within 40 min. I was able to take my road trip safely the next day. They got my car done in an hour & even offer alignments at this location. David was so nice when he gave me the keys to my car. He double checked to make sure my spare tire was full. Excellent service. My rear right tire was extremely low compared to all my other tires when I went to discount tire to get air out in free. Because it was so low compared to the others, the attendant recommended I take it in for a free tire inspection. Next morning; I got up to to take it into the shop soon as it opened. I was shocked that it was already packed by the line moved quickly and all of the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The guy walked with me to my car, examined all of my tires, thoroughly explained everything along with my option. 8/4/25: I went to discount tire this morning since I had a messed up tire that was almost dragging on the rim. I scheduled an appointment at 8:15 am and they got me out of there by 9:20 am. I ended up getting three new tires (because the tread on my front two were no good) for a really good price and will be heading back there again for the fourth and to replace my spare soon. Scheduled appointment for 4:30, was told my car could take 45-60 minutes to complete a tire balance and rotation! The young man explained that this was quicker than a walk in and the website indicates the apt time is 30% quicker and outlines the wait time with an apt. I could not locate any information noting this. Even doctors offices which are dealing with humans, don't overbook to have patients wait up to 45 minutes, restaurants, hair services, ect. . I left work early for this Scheduled appointment. What's the point to just sit here. Also, your employees or customer should be able to find the information about wait times for a Scheduled appoinment. Think about a customers time, not booking so many vehicles to make a customer wait! Do better DT, Scheduled times should be just that, just like all Scheduled services. read more

Took my car in for an inspection at a nearby shop and was told that I have a nail in my tire that would be unrepairable, thus needing a new tire, actually not 1, but 2 new tires for "proper balance". I was quoted roughly $300 for 2 tires. Skeptical, because the tires are relatively new, I decided to schedule an appointment with Discount Tire for the following day. The time I needed was available and I went ahead and purchased 1 tire ahead of my visit to ensure it would be in stock and to avoid any delays. Went to the Chandler facility on 1/13/25 for a tire rotation, was told they needed to do an inspection, which I never had before with a rotation, so OK inspect. They came back and said my wiper blades needed to be replaced, funny thing, they were replaced by Costco 3 days prior, so when I called them out on being dishonest, they didn't know what to say. I filled out a complaint and was told someone would contact me naturally no one did because they know they got caught.
