I'm newer to the valley and had my tire blow out on the interstate the other day so I called around to a couple of tire spots since I was still on the clock for work. Big O Tires was the first mechanic to immediately answer the call. Michael was the person who helped me out and not only did he not leave me on hold but he also provided me with a solid tow company to call to get my vehicle super quick and they had both my front tires fixed in under an hour! Michael even asked if I wanted an alignment and provided time estimates for how long it might take. After the tires I might have had some extra time before work, but it would be cutting it close so he just asked if I'd like to come back later and didn't try and sell me on more with my time restrictions. Michael also gave me a clear and straight estimate for the life span of my back tires and only sold me on what I needed instead of pushing for replacing all 4 tires. Overall I thought the service at Big O Tires was timely, affordable and considerate and I'd highly recommend them and will be going back for all my other tire needs :) read more

This team rocks!! i had interaction with Michael and Carlos; both were courteous and knowledgeable. Their service was very through (my beloved and very high mileage truck had a few issues). They inspected it and worked on what was needed to my specifications. We had to prioritize somethings and they helped me to come up with a sensible plan to address everything as needed. I was super impressed with the way they of course, but while I waited, I watched them treat literally every single customer that came through with the same professionalism and respect. Went to the shop at 8615 N 7th St Phoenix on 1/21/26 and 1/27/2026. Had oil changed and low air sensor addressed. They found one sensor bad and one about to go. Had all work done with an in store discount given on the sensor replacement. Very reasonable price and all done in about 2 1/2 hours. Returned several days later and had engine coolant system and transmission flushed at at very reasonable price. Vehicle running great. Work done in timely manner in both cases. Brought my truck in to get an oil change, new breaks and tires rotated. The guy at the front counter was great, professional and paid attention to what I had to say. I was given the option of having my filters changed, the tech said I should do the air filter and cabin one could wait till next time. I thought was nice and not pushy. I do not understand why Yelp keeps making my review not recommended. This company did an oil change on my car. They were fast and friendly. They are new to the area and I want to give them credit for a doing a great job and trying to add to our community. They have a really nice waiting area, and the bathrooms are very clean. Once again. This Big Os IS the place to go. I had two nails in both of my driver side tires and since I had Big O tires there was no charge. You have yourselves a committes customer.
