The team promptly diagnosed my tires as aged and in need of replacement. At my request, they quickly swapped the damaged tire with my donut spare and provided a comprehensive quote for a new set of four tires. The initial service was seamless and efficient. I returned two days later to purchase the new tires, receiving a fair deal on the set. Because I requested a wheel alignment check and correction alongside the installation, the visit took longer than usual, totaling about 2 to 2.5 hours. Fortunately, the waiting room is spacious, allowing me to comfortably do some remote work while I waited. I also appreciated that the technician thoroughly reviewed the alignment scores with me before proceeding with the adjustments. Unfortunately, my overall satisfaction was completely compromised when I inspected my vehicle afterward. I discovered that both the shark fin antenna and the rear roof spoiler had been damaged during the service. While the staff is communicative and the pricing is fair, the lack of care resulting in physical damage to my vehicle is deeply disappointing. When in for a tire rotation on Monday. Was asked to make an an appointment which I did for Tuesday at 12:15. I came in 5-10 minutes early and was told the car would be ready by o1:5. I went next-door.toTaco Bell, got a drink and saw the jeep had been moved. I went and took a look in the tires were not rotated as I had explained to the tech. My new spare was still on the back. I bought this to their tension. They said they would take care of it right away. 15 minutes and Nothing had been done . I then ask ed two other people who said they would take care of it. Stating the person that took it my information did not put it in notes. I correct that and say I was there when I told him and he said I have to put it into the notes. This was a very disappointing experience and only been using discount tire since 1970s thinking that over the past couple of years, I've had several poor dealings. Update; after driving off and going three or 4 miles my low tire indicator light pops up shows that I have only 24 pounds in one of my tires which had been despair. Looks like no one ever checked the pressures. Even though I'm late for a doctors appointment. I drive back and find a gentleman working in the bay. I believe his name is Ian tell him the situation he apologizes and asked me to pull to one of the bays he tries to inflate the tire, but says on that side of the shop they only have low pressure so I then move to another bay and he says he fills it up; unfortunately I don't see any changes in my tire pressure monitor. I'm told it is full and I drive home when I get home. It' still is indicating 24 pounds. Now I'm very upset After going to my doctors appointment, although late they still saw me. I then drive to Fletcher's tire where they were very kind, polite and filled my tire to the correct pressure. read more

I said I would get the tire a different time and then the employees instantly said they would no longer do the alignment. When I asked why not they just said they couldn't do it. I took my car to a different discount tire and they did the alignment no problem. I told the other discount tire about this issue with the 407 w Bell rd location and they were confused because they didn't understand why the 407 Bell rd location acted like that. I had a 9am appointment for tire rotation and balance. I arrived 10 mins early (8:50) as the site requested. After check in I waited. Meanwhile, a car that pulled in next to mine 10 mins after my arrival was pulled into the bay and completed before mine was even pulled into the bay. At 9:45 I was over it and went in to request my car keys back so I could leave. The 5 employees standing up front were surprised with on guy saying you're up next bud! I stated I've been here for almost an hour and a car that arrived after mine has already come and gone while I waited. I had a flat tire and went to replace all of them and they had completely stripped more than 4 wheel studs and blamed on the tire that had got flat but the wheel studs where on multiple tires I had asked a mechanic for a second opinion and said it's whoever installed the tires last the service was amazing, friendly receptionist but the work quality that was performed was absolutely horrible and costed more than getting the tires itself read more

The picture does no justice for how filthy my WHITE steering wheel was left. I couldn't imagine what they would do to the inside of an all white car/tesla. My leather was covered in BLACK and covered in grease! That was the ending to my bad experience. The beginning to my bad experience was I came in for my tire appointment. Apparently the two tires they ordered me days before that, were GONE. Not sure who gave them away to probably another customer. So the employee sold me on two other tires that where available (different brand) said it makes no difference mixing two different brands and many before have said the opposite there. Seems like not everyone is on the same page. And the two tires they originally ordered me there was no notes on my account of this it's as if it never happened. I have bought tires at discount for most my life. Today I've decided I will never buy tires again. 2 years ago I got all terrain tires for my truck. I put 30k miles on them and the tread was down to 2/32. The warranty on the tire was allegedly 50k miles. Discount advised they don't cover the warranty once it gets below 2/32. The tire is a discount made tire. If they don't expect it to last that long, don't offer the warranty. I will never purchase from discount tire again. They did say if I had brought it in at 3/32, it would have been covered. read more

I paid $800 and waited 2 hours today for 4 new tires and what that got me was not only 4 new tires but a messy truck after replacing the spare, then my shifter knob was completely turned around in the opposite direction and now looks bent, my hubcaps barley hanging onto the rim because thats just too much work (putting them on correctly) and not to mention getting swindled into paying another $100 for an alignment that was not needed. The emaciated (perhaps drug-addicted?) bro with the blond unibrow was responsible, ultimately, for the embarrassing disaster that the loitering employees of this strange place displayed. Well up until today I had trust in this particular store. Yesterday I had a tire going low, found out it was one they patched last April from a nail. Parker was great, told me they would take care of it since it was their previous repair. He also spotted a screw in the sidewall of another tire and recommended a new tire for that as well. The tires had to be sent over so he added a little extra air in the slowly leaking tire & made an appointment for the following morning. Here's where it's not so great. 8:45 am appt, car didn't make it to the bay until 9:05. Okay people run behind. They pull the car around for pick up about an hour later. Again, fine but then he says your sensor will reset itself once you start driving it and sends me on my way. I hit my errands going down I 17 and it's wonky. Just doesn't feel right. I call my husband and tell him everything & he suggests I take it over to our Mercedes dealership service department for a look. Well, this Discount clearly doesn't know or just didn't care about correct tire pressure. I don't mind the time & energy spent getting something fixed but not fixing things as simple as tire pressure~ come on! Pure laziness on all counts at this particular store on this tire install. My tire sensor light came on my 2020 Corolla. Toyota tells me it's bad I need it replaced. To me it was unnecessary expense. I asked they o check to make sure it wasn't because of the new tires they had put on it few months ago. Anyway, I decided to try Discount Tires. All the guys super friendly soon as you walk in the door. I get Asst.Mgr Parker Mills. He uses his gauge tool thingy and says all of them are good. He turns car on and does something else. It just was just a small tweak. Sensor light off. It took him less than 10mins to take the time to look and see minor fiz. While Toyota took over an hour to tell me I needed a new one. Tire got a flat and took in my car and within 5 minutes they said I need 4 new tires for about 1k. I knew the tires I had did not have too many miles on them so that seemed odd so I asked if I could just get the flat fixed and rotate the tires and they basically said no so I left. I took my car to a local place down the street and the removed a nail and fixed the flat for 15.00. They said I did not need new tires yet. I will never go to Discount again and will go back to the local shop when I actually do need to replace my tires. read more

I needed one tire, badly. This location always saves the day for me. I called around looking for a used tire in my cars size and had no such luck elsewhere. I spoke to Richard, the assistant manager and he found me a used Yokohama in excellent used condition and gave me a great price. I always feel like I am treated fairly here and it's never a long wait. I stop by often to get my free air check also. Fyi, they moved the bay for free air checks at this location. I don't really write reviews but I'm clumsy and have POTS and face planted on the sidewalk when bringing my car in for an air pressure check spilling my coffee all over myself. Mortifying but two employees ran out to check on me, helped me stand up, clean up the mess, and then get my car checked in. While I was waiting they even gave me money to go get a new coffee. This shop is great. They had my Durango in to have some lug nuts and lug locks replaced. Very reasonable pricing, as opposed to the shop that wanted to charge 4x the price to do it. They took the time to ensure everything was the right fit by hand checking every lug nut, instead of just using an impact wrench to torque them on. Good job guys! read more

This place has gone downhill a bit. Covid has changed everything discount does. Pull in to check in and they tell you where to park, you go in to pay then Wait to be called then you have to pull you car in yourself into the bay and out. I dealt with Chris, I couldn't understand anything he was saying behind his mask, I had to keep having him repeat himself. He measured my tires twice because I told him I should have the tire on warranty. He originally said it wasn't and then I had to tell him it should, he finally found that it was in fact under warranty. read more

Let me say up front that I have not bought tires from any other place than Discount Tire since 1971. My experiance today is just another example of why I only buy from Discount Tire. Yesterday (9/14/20) I took my Ford F350 Super Duty dually truck to my local Discount Tire for their free tire rotation. As a part of their free service, Discount Tire checks the age and condition of my tires including the spare mounted under the bed of the truck. The tires were bought in 2013 and still had plenty of good tread. Christopher, the Discount Tire employee noticed some weather cracking on the tires, some tires worse than others. My spare tire was older and beyond service age. I made the decision to buy six new Michelin tires LT235/85 R16 which needed to be ordered and would be installed the next day (9/15/20 Today). I would take one of the older tires and use it as my spare. NOW, here comes the motivation for me to make this Five-star lengthly review. While Discount Tire was mounting my new tires, they noticed one of my inside dually tires had a bad tread separation, which Christopher indicated would be covered 100% by the tire warantee. Christopher ordered another tire for me AT NO COST that will be my new spare. I normally carry a 2-ton in-bed Lance Camper in the bed of my F350. If one of the inside dually tires would have blown it could have easily taken its neighbor tire with it, thereby put my wife and my life at great risk. THANK YOU CHRISTOPHER AND DISCOUNT TIRE!
