Poor Customer Service. Came here on a Tuesday afternoon, first time coming here thinking it wouldn't be too bad for an oil change. I was wrongly mistaken. They have notified me that oil was leaking out somewhere and that It needed attention. It was quick and fast oil change little under a hour. I should have notice that they poorly did a sad shit job on a simple oil change and couldn't even place the oil filter on right. I was furious about how the poor service was done. I took it upon myself to have someone else look into it, they had notified me that it the oil filter wasn't on right. I replaced the filter and redid the oil change. After putting more money into getting it done right, I was not given a full refund of 120$ and got back 35$. Shout out to Chad Peter and the mangers at this facility for poor customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!! 5 stars just doesn't fit for the level of service I received today. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for years, several different states, and when I say these guys ARE THE BEST, I'm not exaggerating. Fast, super friendly and efficient. The manager Fabian was so generous, and the crew that day, Juan and James (especially James) was so very kind and hooked me up. Ladies and independent girlies, if you're weirded out by the experience of going to get an oil change with mechanics, I can say confidently that the staff was superb. Sure they are about quick service but they are not about quality service. They offered a tire rotation & brake check and told me my front brakes were at 5%. Got a 2nd opinion from Greulichs and they said I was no where near close to 5%. They also did something to one of my wheels when they put it back together where it is clearly rubbing and didn't care to look at it. Would not recommend read more

I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube due to my experience today. I took my car in for a signature oil change. After the oil change I drove home, parked my car and decided to check the oil dip stick. The dipstick read: "Add 1 quart". After an oil change done right, it supposed to read: "full". I called to the shop to let them know that they did not completely fill my engine with the right amount of oil. I'm assuming the manager answered the phone. He said he couldn't hear me and for me to call back. I did. He seemed pre-occupied and kept talking to other people while I was on the phone trying to tell him about the issue. As a courtesy, he should have told me, "hold on a minute. I will be right with you," and then proceed to talk to whomever he was speaking with. He did not do this. As a result I kept having to start over and state why I was calling. I did this at least 4 times. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of me having to drive back to the shop so they can pour in a quart of oil, the manager said, "Okay, just bring your can back in." This is not good customer service but that was a precursor to what's to come. I arrived at the shop and the mechanic who changed my oil approached my car. I told him that the dip stick reads: "add 1 quart". I asked him, "What happened?" He dryly replied, "I don't know." He didn't smile. He didn't apologize. He did not seem concerned at all. He left and came back with a plastic container of oil but did not have a funnel. I reminded him that he will need to use a funnel as the oil will spill all over the engine. A signature oil change includes topping off all fluids. Since they failed to add the proper amount of oil I was not sure if they even topped off the other fluids, so I asked the mechanic if he did or not. He seemed like he had an attitude when answered, "Yeah, no worries." At this time the manager approached my car. I asked the manager why wasn't my car filled with the proper amount of oil. The manager made excuses for the error but never EVER apologized. No one there at Jiffy Lube apologized. The manager's first excuse was, "We go by the specifications of how much oil is supposed go into the car." Regardless of the "specifications" shouldn't Jiffy Lube make sure the correct amount of oil is pour into the engine by checking the dip stick? If the dip stick reads, "Add 1 quart" then that means more oil is needed. So what the manager is saying is they do not check their work to make sure it's done right. The go by the "specifications" but don't actually check to see if the engine has enough oil. I told him that it's important to make sure the oil is topped off. He then made his second excuse, "Well your car does have an oil leak." His reply is illogical and insulting. Even though my car has a slight oil leak due to valve cover gaskets needing to be replaced, that still would not cause a quart of oil to instantaneously leak out seconds after an oil change. His response was nonsensical. I told him, "My car doesn't leak like that. A quart of oil would not leak out minutes after an oil change. Not enough oil was poured in when the oil change was done." The manager never acknowledged what I was saying nor did he apologize. The mechanic never apologized. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube (at that location or any location). Very disappointing. read more

They took an hour and a half to change my oil and told me they filled my tires up to 35 psi. My tires in fact had no air put in them, I should have just done the oil change myself would have been more efficient and cheaper. BOOOO!! read more

My dad went to get his oil changed yesterday and he does have mild dementia but still on his own. I do have a tracker in his vehicle to know his whereabouts at all times so he doesn't get to far. I saw he was at Jiffy Lube, I made a quick call just to make sure that's all that was happening was an oil change. The gentleman that answered the phone was so kind and assured me my dad was in fact there and just having an oil change. I told him his memory wasn't that great and it was just done a couple months ago. He was so sweet to give my dad a discount, I didn't even ask:) if my dad wants to get his oil changed weekly, I hope he finds his way back to this business. Went in for oil change/tire rotation. Told me the lug on one of my the tires was reverse threaded and would require an hour ($90 of labor) to remove. Just had a rotation done at Valvoline with no problems. Will never go to any Jiffy Lube location again. read more

I've been coming here for about a year now for routine maintenance on both my vehicles. Yes, they cost a bit more, but I love the convenience! They usually offer discount, or I will have a coupon they emailed me to help with the cost. I like the location. I stop when there is little or no wait. They have always been courteous. They performed unauthorized work on my daughters truck and charged my wife for it. Then they refused to refund the money. My wife asked for a quote on a tune up for my daughters truck. They gave her a verbal quote of $400 and my wife stated "no, that's too much" when asked if she wanted the work done. She was not presented with a hard copy of the quote, nor was she asked to sign a work authorization (i.e., they didn't follow their process). She went to lunch with my daughter and when they returned, the work was complete and she received a $613 bill. She paid the bill because she didn't know what else to do. I spoke with the store manager Juan and the district manager. Both of them refused to refund the money. Very disappointing. It definitely felt like a scam. This place is a scam. All of the high reviews are from people who know nothing about cars and probably think they need blinker fluid as well. My fiances water pump went bad and they want a grand total of $480. I saw a bunch of crap written. New belt, new fan clutch, etc. I said is the fan clutch bad? They said no, but since we have to take it off to get to the water pump we recommend you just get a new one anyway! "Are you kidding me? You want $98 for a new fan clutch that is in perfect working condition?" "Yes, it is standard for us to recommend new pets for everything we take off in order to repair something.." This makes NO FRICKIN SENSE to replace parts that don't need to be. Also they want $113 for a new water pump. Well GUESS WHAT!!!? It's $50 at pep boys plus a 20% coupon you get it for $40. I will be fixing the overheating myself and buying the pump from pep boys. Will cost me a total of $40 and 1 hour of my time... That's $440 of saved cash! Remember though, this is the quote and write up the gave my FIANCÉ, not me. I believe they were trying to rip her off because she's a female. Avoid this place and save hundreds. read more

We had a transmissionn leak we took it here because it was near by. My son who is young and knew nothing about cars I believe got taken advantage of. They quoted him $700 for a $50 part and charge $150 hr labor. Other places were half that price. He decided to get the oil changed since he was there. The oil change was $134.00!!! $92.99 for 5 quarts, Oh but you needed 3 more there is another $25.50. Ridiculous prices here!! Don't go here!!! Pulled up only 2 cars that were currently getting there oil change. They declined my service an hour 30 mins before they close.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION. All of the horror stories about bringing your car to an auto shop with one problem and leaving with 20 more, is true for this location. I would give this location a 0 star if I could. We brought my Jeep in to this shop for an AC recharge, tire rotation and oil change. Prior to bringing in my Jeep, my AC worked perfectly fine, the only thing was it could have blown colder faster, which many times with many other vehicles, you just needed to bring in for an AC recharge. After paying $240 and leaving their shop, my AC began blowing extremely hot and humid air, and my tires also started shaking my vehicle uncontrollably and making it unsafe to drive. They asked me to bring the car back in to see what was happening. After brining the Jeep back into their shop, they decided to put the tires back to their original positions (so I paid for a tire rotation for nothing), and was mentioned to me that I needed new tires - how this wasn't caught the first day I was there, I have no idea. Then they had the audacity to try to blame me for the AC not working, saying if I had gotten the car serviced somewhere else after I had left, or if I had gotten into an accident. The main technician stated it was his fault for not catching that there was a leak in the AC system or seeing the tear on the tires, the day of my first appointment. They are now trying to charge me an additional $1000 to fix my previously working AC unit, that they clearly broke. After calling one of the auto shops I had previously used, I mentioned everything that had happened and they were very adamant that the AC unit should have been leaked checked prior to filling my AC, as if there was a leak, adding the recharge to the vehicle with a leak, will break the AC unit because it is over pressurized. The other auto shop also asked how much they were trying to charge me to fix my AC unit and said they could do it for a FRACTION of what Jiffy Lube was trying to charge me. We have tried talking to the store manager Juan and District Manager Chad about this situation, as it is completely unacceptable, however, they are refusing to do anything about it. So I shelled out $240 dollars for Jiffy Lube to break my AC system and undo their tire rotation, because of their carelessness and incompetence. Save your money, save yourself the headache, and take your car to a different auto shop. Also, be advised that while I was there during my SECOND visit, the guys going beneath the car bay, had the audacity to be smoking weed while I was there to get the problems THEY CREATED, resolved - completely unacceptable and unprofessional. read more

I had an oil change today for a commercial vehicle. I paid for the signature service. For this vehicle it cost $122 but I was able to find a coupon to get the price down to 107. Included in this service is, a floor getting vacuumed, did not happen. The service also is supposed to include the oil change indicator to be reset. It was not. Also, on completion of this service, after I paid mind you, they informed me that my oil dip stick has been damaged. I maintain this vehicle and my oil dipstick was not damaged before. My mother went into this location today, and apparently their into robbing old Ladies. My Mother has a 2014 Nissan Altima that uses semi synthetic oil, she usually brings it to a Nissan dealership to have oil changes and she would pay less than $50/ $40 something dollars. Well she went in to Jiffy because I referred her to call Jiffy Lube and Valvoline to see what they say, well she went in and for a job that she could of got from Valvoline or anywhere else for $49.99 or less, Jiffy charged her $74.99 for semi synthetic. I looked down and saw my oil light was on. It indicated I only had 3% oil left. Ouch! So since I had to go to Discount Tires to get my tires rotated I decided to go next door and get my oil changed. Now it's been years that I would even think of going to one of these type of oil change places. I normally go to an owner operated garage I use for all my vehicle maintenance. But today I decided to go to Jiffy Lube simply because of convenience. Even if the price is more than I normally pay for an oil change, the service was quick and the employees friendly. This place delivers on all counts. The customer service was excellent and they really pride themselves in their customer service. Of course they offer many additional services (Translation - try to upsell you) but if you don't want it, you can always politely refuse. There is nothing wrong with them asking you if you want these extra things to help your car and there is nothing wrong with you not doing it. Their oil change is more than an oil change, it's preventive maintenance to change, inspect, check / fill and clean essential components of your vehicle and help keep it all running smoothly.smoothly. SERVICE: The crew here is quick! Service was prompt, friendly, and fast. It didn't seem like the shady "get em in an' turn em over" type of place that it was in my head. CONCLUSION: I only recommend this place for people who are constantly "on the go". What you are paying for is speed and service. I have to say, this has been the best experience of getting an oil change. On the pricy side for sure! But for the immediate service and friendly staff I would pay it over and over. They let you know prices and ask your permission before doing anything with price included. You don't get people ordinated car people often! Everything on my car ends up being more expensive than it should with it being so small, but rather than look annoyed as my car is a pain. They joked with me and got it taken care of. They called many suppliers for my air filter that they didn't have in stock, we were not able to find one in the time I had avail. But that was no fault of theirs, they went above and beyond. They did a good enough job on the oil change, but they wanted to change a bulb and had to pull the fender that the trim attached to.They did break a trim piece off the fender and I had to go buy the new clip myself!!! Don't trust these 5 stars, they know nothing about good car service. Initially went there for an oil change and a big red flag was when they offered a $5 topped off anti-freeze/coolant which is supposed to be free (sourced from my dad and uncle who were mechanics), charged me a $3 coupon book for some Scout Club and make the anti-freeze/coolant "free of charge," and tried offering every other expensive services just because my car was older than others. I just took the oil change, but now had to go back because it was making noise(which it never did until this visit). They then "found" additional two problems and it was that they were too stupid to put back the engine cover properly after the oil change and my AC "conveniently" broke and was looking to charge me $2000 for an entire replacement! They told me I needed every service they provide, such as coolant, hoses, belts, wipers, etc. The problem is that all these things are new and they are trying to maximize the final total. Compared to previous experiences with Jiffy Lube this one was actually quite pleasant - no long lines, efficient employees, no 'upsell,' and a Television with working volume controls in the lobby. Interestingly one of THREE independent former Ohioans in the lobby while I waited (3/4 people - what are the odds) we talked about the Buckeyes while our respective cars were drained, lubed, vacuumed, and given a 20 point check by the staff and thirty minutes later I was back on the road; for me that is worth paying a few bucks more - though the synthetic blend at JL is still the same price as full synthetic at Valvoline back in Ohio. read more

My wife and daughter took my daughters car here for an oil change. After the oil change and driving for a few mIles, the car started to smoke out of the exhaust and the check engine light came on. At the time of the oil change the technician at Jiffy Lube said there may be a coolant leak as well. Thinking this was the cause of the smoke, I had my daughter pick me up and we took the car to the Ford dealership. This was late in the evening so they had to keep the car overnight. Today the dealership called and told us that the reason for the smoke is that there was twice the amount of oil than the car should hold. Furthermore, when they drained the oil, the Ford Technician noted that there the first half of the oil was dark and the 2nd was new. Jiffy lube never drained the old oil! After my wife and I picked the car up from the Ford dealership, we took the car back to jiffy lube with the receipt to try to get our money back. The manager Juan questioned our integrity. Additionally, another customer came back after just getting his oil changed and complained that he believed that an employee stole quarters out of his cup holder. Juan the manager said he could not refund our money and that there corporate office would contact us on Monday because he had to file our grievance. Picked my daughter up from work in her car and told her all is well now. She was happy to have her car back but said that someone had taken the quarters out of her cup holder! I never told her about the incident that we witnessed. Based on this, in my opinion this location has incompetent employees and a possible thief. We do not recommend this location. Very friendly staff and got me out of there as fast as they could. Vacuum job was pretty good but didn't get in the crevices like I was hoping but what can I expect - it's not the car wash. Have purified water and judge Judy going so that was pretty good if you ask me compared to the Econo Lube down the road where the tattooed man was calling me sweetheart with a creepy grin! read more
