This place used to be great. Dropped my car off before 11 for 3 services and I just picked it up now 6.5 hours later. Not a single service done and in the exact same place in the parking lot. Andre told me a tech got injured and it might take longer but that was after I called them not them calling me to let me know. So I then asked will my car Atleast be done today and I was told yes. I then get a call 1 hour later saying they have to keep it over night and that nothing was done to it. No Apology and no attempt to make it right. Gave our car for servicing. Cost us $3000. After getting it back, while driving the car, it collapsed up front. Turns out the axle gave way. Extremely blessed that we were not on the highway. We were just getting out of our community. They fixed it eventually in 2 months. No replacement/rental car was offered for the duration. No reimbursement. All in all, No accountability on their part. Called them to explain with grace why this is not an incident to be taken carelessly and that we'd like to see them redeem themselves. Right! Friendly customer service but delivery was sub par. 2019 Ram. Came in for an oil change. We brought it in, job done in about an 1hr. The guy checking us in/out was pretty friendly and we felt good leaving . 2 days later I had fluid leaking on my driveway. I took a real quick look underneath and saw a damp spot on my steering gear box so I took it in to the dealership thinking there was a bigger problem going on. (I admit, I thought it was dirty red so I started to panic thinking it was hydraulic). The dealership looked at it the next day. Was it hydraulic fluid? No - they indicated the last person who did my oil didn't tighten the drain plug well enough so it was leaking all over everything. Oil changes are one of the elemental pieces to beginning vehicle mechanics. It's the first real piece of vehicle maintenance anyone learns to do with their vehicle. If you can't do the basics like torquing the drain plug, you don't get to touch my truck. Who knows what other small steps they skip.. I'm not willing to find out. Not going back. Wish I could trust them. So close to home. But, the dealership is probably where I'll continue to go moving forward. Bummer read more

I've been here in December 2023 to do an oil change. They called me after an hour that the oil change it's completed. In the dashboard still showed me that I have to change the oil. I went to another mechanic. When they looked at the oil they told me that it looks like it was not changed. You pay and they don't change the oil. And it happened twice at the same location. He came and gave me an honest evaluation but what really drove it home for me was two customers of theirs that were in the waiting room with me. I had scheduled a time to drop off my truck to have my brake pads replaced this morning. I showed up and they told me that my daily driver is unsafe to drive and would require a long list of repairs. The provided quote was extensive and I told them that I simply wanted my brakes to be replaced. They told me that they were unsure that they could do that after I had waited an hour and a half, so in response I told them to give me the truck back. They came back to let me know that they would be happy to replace the brakes for me, but I refused. They brought me my keys back with a cheaper quote to just replace the brake pads on the front of the truck? I feel that the sales person used an aggressive sales tactic to scare me into spending more money. When I was clear with my intentions, the quote for what I had originally asked for was reduced to 1/7 of their original quote. Beware folks read more

Been years since I had my 4Runner limited fixed here and I wasn't going to forget to leave this review because I truly believe my life was in danger here. I brought my 4Runner in for them to look at the brakes and I said whatever it is I'll pay for it I want my brakes fixed everything right. So I come back after they "worked" on it the manager at the time was Angel what a terrible guy how are you going to sign off on something that you haven't inspected yourself. So I pick up my 4Runner and I'm on my way to work I got dropped off by my friend and I immediately noticed it hadn't nothing worked on. I paid I believe over $1800 on the work here I believe I still have the paperwork. So I went to work that day almost getting into an accident because my brakes weren't stopping my vehicle as it should've been. My brother who's a technician took a look at it and said it felt spongy and the brake fluid wasn't changed as I had been charged for that too and several things. I went back to brakes plus at Happy Valley and Angel and I took it for a test drive and he did the emergency break test on it and the brake pedal was making a grinding noise and pushing back his foot he gave me the most shocked expression I'd ever seen he said he'll take care of it and call me back when it was ready. I was pretty cool about it I don't like to make scenes so I let them do their work and after they were done I took it immediately to Gab's on Greenway and 32nd St near there and they confirmed the brake fluid wasn't changed it looks really dirty and old they said I should take it back and let them know. I was honestly tired of this place I told the worker at Gab's if they can just do the work and they agreed. The worker at Gabs did say they noticed my brake pump wasn't working so I needed a new one and I was charged at Gabs for that and that is a completely other story in itself. It seems like whatever happened with the work here completely trashed my car Gabs did a decent job and I'm glad they told me that fluid was dirty and it needed to be changed. read more

If you are a female don't go here. They told me my front axel needed replacement. I told him I had to replace two years ago. He told me not this one. $460 later it was replaced. When I got home I looked at my receipts from the Nissan dealership. It had been replaced. It only needed a new boot. While I was there a young girl, perhaps 20, came in and said that her battery light came on. The gentleman told her OK it will be an hour and a half wait and will do a diagnostic for $15. Been going here for years for alignment because they are the only place that can take my lowered vehicle near by. Went in last week. Notice the price for alignment went up a little which was just fine. From $69 to $89 a year later. So when I went to pay the guy told me that my total was $145??? He told me that lowered vehicles take longer?? But it took no longer then 30 mins and then my car sat there for another 30 mins when it was done, I don't know why. Plus on top they did not even test drive it. Usually they do before they give me the car back. They need to be more specific on there prices. But I won't be coming back here. The manager Russ or Wes kept asking if I wanted to sell my Jeep Wrangler yet it needs all this stuff done to it? He offered me $5k for my Jeep. It was a slap in the face. Loser guys working here. Genuinely nice and helpful employees, who really seem to care to send you out the door happy when everything is said and done. They took me out to my care when I got my estimate to show me what needed attention. I felt very well taken care of. I recently moved and had a problem that came up with my car, I went there the same day without an appointment at 3PM and was out the door with a fixed car by 6PM.
