What kind of mechanic isn't open on the weekends.. at the very least Saturday? "Let's close on the days people have time to get there cars worked on." Makes total sense. read more

I'm not going to Rob's Quality Auto anymore. I had a little problem with my truck. I figured it was the alternator and it was the alternator. Last night the owner called me up and told me it was $642. I got there today and the final bill was $1,022. It's always bait and switch with this guy. Everytime I've gone there the bill has always been higher in the end never lower. I've been going here for about five years and have recommended them to my friends but that ends today. read more

So glad a friend referred me to Rob's! I just wish I would have known about Rob's sooner. They have been great with my 2014 BMW X3! The team is customer caring, genuine and trustworthy! Called them today to look at car for my daughter and they were so responsive and attentive. Thank you!! read more

Well-deserved review. I just had picked up my car from Rob's Quality Automotive. They did a fabulous job. Why do I think it is fabulous? Because they went the extra mile, they communicated well, are compassionate and were very informative. They even offered me a loaner car while they worked mine. If you need body work or engine work done, they will get the job done and for a reasonable cost. read more

Sneaky business tactics on another level these guys took $4,000 of my money told me they fixed my car and it never ran good again. I tried to get them to make it right but they never did. I can't properly express how violated I felt after that. The specifics of the story may be uploaded at another time but just be very wary of these people who smile to your face and stabbed your wallet and your car in the back. -5 Stars avoid like covid-19. read more

This place is awesome! As a woman, having to get car repairs done is always frustrating because you always feel like you're vulnerable to getting taken advantage of (if you aren't a car expert). These guys are so incredibly honest and ethical, they NEVER try to upsell you or make you believe that every repair is dire. If something needs to be repaired but can wait without putting you or the car at risk they will tell you and let you choose. I appreciate this, especially when it comes to expensive repairs. They are usually pretty busy so you definitely need to schedule your drop off etc but it's a good sign when a place has that many loyal customers. Thanks Robs Auto! read more

These guys are FANTASTIC!!!! Good service, easy to deal with, and very knowledgeable. I've been going for years and I'll continue to. Highly recommended!!! read more

My emissions test was due and the check engine light was on. I took it to the dealership who was more interested in selling me a new car rather than looking into the issue. I'm an Uber driver who frequently picks up from Rob's and every passenger I had from there had great things to say so I decided to give them a try. Not only did they fix the issue, they went above and beyond by running the vehicle through emissions for me so that it was one less thing I needed to do. I will definitely use them again in the future. read more

I brought my BMW to rob's automotive on a suggestion from my BMW mechanic Bryan Reese. I had a Fender Bender, and they said they did a good body work. I would never ever recommend rob to anybody. They did more damage to the inside of my door the leather spilled glue on my trim. I had to go back 5 × 2 get them to fix stuff. That was not fixed at the beginning. They left the duckworks out of my. New bumper that was put on, I had to make 5 trips back the last time I went back Joe. The service manager cussed me out and said he's not gonna work on my car anymore, my car is impeccable condition and beautiful shape that made the interior worse than it was ever. I would never go back to there. I would never recommend them to anybody. I will be writing in review like this every week. Until I make this right. And I'm gonna call State Farm worst. Experience, I've had with the pain. Attention to detail in a car in my life. I have had luxury cars my whole life. I would never recommend rob's automotive to anybody for anything. read more

I was recently in this shop to have my car looked at because I was taken advantage of by another mechanic shop recently and I can't say anything really good about this place other than they communicate really well.. I was charged $200 for a diagnosis of my car.. bmw charges only $99 and provides a video footage of the whole Inspection non the less I was quoted extremely high numbers on work for my vehicle that was actually more expensive than the dealership.. robs shop was over charging on parts and labor by almost 1k more than the dealer quoted me.. all in all they added on fees that didn't exist.. if you don't know much about cars just be careful with this shop guys.. they will overcharge you anyway possible.. after it was said and done I told them I would not be getting work done there and they were not happy about and the tone and mood changed happy I got out in time.. still out 200$ for a diagnosis and 250$ for labor on the diagnosis lol like I said $450 for maybe a few hours worth of work for them. read more

Took my Land Rover LR3 for suspension and alignment and they got it running perfectly the first time. I usually have to go to the dealer for repairs but I Heath about Rob's from a friend and it was great. Nice guys, willing to listen and help solve your problems. Definitely recommend Rob's for auto repairs. Will be coming back next time. read more

I had been tired of terrible customer service at the dealership, and the constant need for them to try and up sell me. I have gone by Rob's a number of times and finally stopped to get an estimate. Let me just say that this shop is by far the best, and the best customer service I have ever had. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready. George and Joe, you've earned a customer for life!!!! read more

I purchased a deal chicken deal for 3 oil changes from this place. It came with a coupon card that offered 15% off of a cv boot replacement. Well it just so happened I needed a new cv boot so this was perfect! I scheduled my cv boot replacement during my 2nd out of 3 oil changes. I specified that I would be on a time restraint and would only have 2 hours for the work to be done. I was assured that would be no problem at all Well things happen, right? The company that sent the part over sent the wrong part. George said that he would have them bring the right one right away and I would still be out of there in time. Well lucky me, they still didn't bring the right part for the second time. I was pretty upset because I had to drive back to Scottsdale to pick up the little girl from school that is my charge as a nanny. So George offered to let me drive his personal car that happens to have the same size car seat I use installed in it. Since the little one I had to pick up was not my child I was not comfortable doing this. But what I nice gesture! So I rescheduled the service for the following day and left after two hours of my time wasted for an oil change. So why the 5 stars? Because George replaced my cv boot for no cost, due to my troubles the prior day. Awesome! Even though this was not his fault, he ate the cost and made the customer happy, hoping I will return. And I will, for sure! read more

Very impressed with the customer service here! George and the boys are most courteous and helpful! The prices are VERY fair, in fact, beat the competition and dealerships by a long shot! Went to Robs after an accident. They are fair, honest, competent and extremely communicative. They got me a discount on a rental as well. Unfortunately my car took a bit longer than anticipated, but they leant me a shop car so the rental wouldn't break my bank. By far the best experience I've ever had at a auto mechanic. read more

I was referred to George by a friend approx. two years ago. I had been looking for mechanic, well an honest mechanic anyway. I buy my vehicles knowing they're probably not going to come out of this relationship alive. Meaning I'll drive them til they drop. So since I've been taking my trucks to George I haven't had to purchase another one. He is honest, up front and just a great all around guy. Not to mention how many thousands of dollars he has saved me. I wouldn't dream of taking my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you George, Rockey Swanson read more

I relocated to this area and was looking for a mechanic to service my car. I read the yelpers and gave this place a try. I took my auto in for an oil change and asked them to check things out for maintenance needs. When I picked it up, about an hour after promised, the guy at the counter said all is good. I got home and when I checked the fluids they were all low, except the oil. For $25 the least they can do is check the fluid levels and tire pressure. Then I noticed fluid in my driveway only upon entering. As it turned out my shocks were worn and leaking. If these guys don't check things when you ask, what good are they. Lets see they didn't check the fluid levels, miss worn shocks, makes you wonder what else they would miss on bigger ticket items. There are so many other places that dot their I's and cross their T's, that I won't ever go back to Rob's. read more

A great garage with a great owner. George goes above and beyond to provide quality service, fair prices, and detailed explanations of what's wrong with your car. A recent experience demonstrates the honesty of this shop. I had some engine lights turn on and auto zone ran a diagnostic that suggested some larger problems but after taking the car to George I found out that it turned out to just be a dying battery. There is no other place in town I'll take my vehicles. read more

Very happy with Rob's Quality Automotive. George took quality time with my son's car to determine what was going on with it. They got the car up and running properly and pricing was great. I other vehicles that i will definitely take to George if needed. read more

These guys are actually trustworthy mechanics! I've been going to Rob's for a little over a year, mostly for oil changes and tire rotations. Not only are they great at getting me in for those when it's convenient for me, but the times I've had other issues, they've not tried to oversell or upsell me on anything. Today was a great example. There was a clunking sound in my car's front end and I took it in thinking I needed new struts on my 8 yr old Prius. Turns out the clunking was from a loose tie rod. I'm guessing most other places would have fixed the tie rod and sold me unneeded struts anyway. Bottom line...I found an honest mechanic! read more

I can't say enough good things about my experiences at this shop. From excellent customer service, unbeatable prices (before I found this place I was paying double for oil changes using the same oil), to efficiency, this shop is 5 stars all around. They recently went to ring me up and noticed that they had charged me $25 more than they originally quoted (I hadn't noticed) and they quickly changed it before I paid. That's the kind of integrity that is hard to find in an auto shop. I will be a long time loyal customer. read more

My dad starting taking his small fleet of delivery trucks to George's shop over 15 years ago. We have been bringing our family vehicles there ever since. Not only is George one of the most knowledgeable mechanics in the valley, he is an honest gentleman and a family friend. His prices beat the dealerships by a lot and he is always looking for ways to save you money on your repairs. His waiting area is clean and comfortable. I would not take any of my family cars anywhere else but to George. read more
