Took my long travel 2020 GMC 1500 to Network Alignment and had an awesome experience. They were professional, honest about the parts I needed replaced, and still knocked out a perfect alignment. Definitely recommend these guys!

They damaged the threads on my upper control arm!

Ask the Community - Network Alignment & Brakes

How much for a subaru AWD alignment?

A four wheel alignment for my AWD Volvo was $80 as I recall. But if everything is within spec there is no charge.

I brought the car back to Adam on Cave Creek Road and he readjusted the alignment at no charge and compensated me for the tire wear.

I first used Revive Auto Care to replace a control arm on my Infiniti QX60. I found them on Yelp, appreciated their positive reviews, and liked that they communicated over text. That repair went well, so when my AC started blowing hot air, I decided to return. They initially charged me $100 for diagnostics and a refrigerant top-off, then told me I needed a new compressor and quoted approximately $1,200. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday. By Wednesday and Thursday, they still had not identified the issue, but they continued replacing parts including the compressor, condenser with receiver drier, premium line kit, secondary rear AC expansion valve, blend door actuator, cabin filter, and recharged the AC system. By Friday, the vehicle was still not repaired, and they ultimately determined that the battery was bad and not providing enough amperage to properly run the AC system. They replaced the battery and told me the issue was fixed, which naturally made me question whether all of the previously replaced parts were actually necessary. The total had also increased to approximately $2,500, and at no point during the process was I contacted for approval on the additional repairs and charges. When I picked up the vehicle Friday evening, the AC was still blowing hot air. In addition, the vehicle was revving abnormally both while driving and while sitting in neutral. It is now Tuesday, and my messages have gone unanswered. On Saturday, I brought the vehicle to Infiniti for another opinion. I was told that the AC system had been overcharged by 1.73 lbs of refrigerant, which they said was causing the issues I experienced after picking the car up. I understand that diagnosing AC problems can be difficult and unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of communication, failure to request approval for major additional repairs, and returning the vehicle in worse condition than when it was dropped off made this a very disappointing experience.

They…read moreare nice people and feel bad leaving a negative review, but - I wound up purchasing the car, in part because of this company's favorable inspection report. They reported the car needed an alignment, spark plugs, had a minor leak and needed a longer brake line - all minor stuff. Sounded good to me! Turns out, they missed a LOT! I'm looking at a $3K dollar estimate with labor to replace a leaking steering box, steering pump, idler arm assembly, and lower ball joints and bushings, etc.. Missed that the E-brake is completely worn out. Missed the windshield wiper pump does not work. Missed the transfer case was covered in grease that, after looking at it myself, isn't fresh (like it just started leaking). They reported the brakes were about half way through their life - they are actually almost at the end of their lifespan. All of these things could not have all popped-up in less than 30 days from when I bought the car on May 29th. Like I said, they are nice people, but nice people can do a bad job. Had the techs that looked at my car done a good inspection, like I expected them to, they would have found these problems. The shop I took my "new" car to after I got home, found these problems in less than an hour. I paid $350 for an inspection at Half Price Auto Repair & Performance (including differential fluid testing - which's results I'm now skeptical of) , and they had the car for 2.5 hours. I called the manager today to let them know (he did not inspect the car), and said they'll do better next time. There won't be a next time for me, at least until they do something about this time. As a result of this experience I must leave a 1-STAR review. Should the company attempt do a better job at trying to make this right, they know how to reach me.

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.
