I've been to Toyo Motors on Bell Rd twice now for major work needed on my Prius V. They are tucked away on Bell Road and REALLY know their stuff when it comes to working on a Prius. They have average rates, and are able to communicate with you and helping suggest in which order of importance you can take concerning your car care. Nick is awesome - he really listens to what you share about your vehicle and what your needs are. Sharon often shuttles me back and forth when they have my car all day which is such a convenience. They really go the extra mile. If you are looking for a shop that has staff that cares about your vehicle and safety - look no further. Best of the best in Phoenix. Took my Toyota / Scion here several times - very fast service and competitive pricing. Was happy to see they also work on Acuras - took new to me MDX in for timing belt swap as it was due. I mistakenly thought the package also included the drive belt, which it does not. They offered to put it in for free to make me happy, even though it was my fault I assumed it was included. While I didn't end up taking them up on it (they told me it was inspected and was fine), I appreciated the gesture very much. Had a new engine replaced on a Toyota Prius by ToyoMotors. The great customer service received from the initial phone call through the completion of the repair was superb. I received daily updates, and communication was better than expected. I received a quote from the Toyota dealership, that was way above my price point. ToyoMotors gave me a fair quote, and stood behind their warranty. An item came up right after the vehicle was completed, they made good on their warranty and fixed it. I waited to post a review to ensure I received great mechanical repairs for what I paid. Do NOT use the "Request Pricing/Request a Quote" system on yelp. ToyoMotors charges $120 to provide a quote on any vehicle. Even if you present a competing quote and just want their price for those exact items. They are abusing Yelp's quote request service. I don't understand why some in the auto repair industry aren't transparent about and keep their pricing behind paywalls. Update in reply to owner: Businesses can Opt-Out of the quote/pricing feature, as many businesses do. They can turn on "Messaging" instead, if all you want to do is collect $120 from everyone before providing a quote. Also, hundreds of valley mechanics do not charge for quotes. Different business strategies are fine but I'm unconvinced that the business can't turn off quotes on Yelp. Also, I sent the owner a screenshot of a different mechanic's break down of the specific parts and labor work I was looking for another quote on. Business refused to tell me what they'd charge for the same work. Weird. Instead, I'd have to pay them $120 for them to tell me what they'd charge. If their quote is $$$ more, too bad, I'm out another $120. No thanks. I wasn't asking for a complete maintenance inspection on the vehicle for free. Friendly and accommodating people. The estimate didn't breakdown the labor and parts separately until I called. The parts were priced higher the local Toyota dealership. The labor was quoted at six hours yet took another mechanic about an hour to install the same parts listed on their estimate. We save $800 on a $2000 repair by going elsewhere. I see the business is well rated, so this might be an outlier situation. Still, wanted people to know. read more

They also have extensive knowledge of hybrid vehicles with lots of experience with Prius. Let me help you :Customer service is a set of actions a company takes to help customers. Usually, it involves talking or writing with customers. Customer service representatives assist customers over the phone, email, or in person. The aim of customer service is to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Some customer service definitions can be broader. Now before you get your motor in a bunch , you have an issue with getting yo comfortable and need to be humbled and sit down. People of yelp I have no reason to spread lies and have no ties with this Neil character. He's rude abrupt and I think it's time to be honest. Yelp is for the people and by the people . He said he flagged me for what!! Speaking the truth unlike your business I. Think yelp has more integrity and sense than your business. Drop mic Iiwas going to be a client therefore I was a verified client! Here the time frames and numbers that show I called them to make sure they took my CFNAcard. My spouse later told me because he was there when I made appointment verbatim, toyamotors nick:" I've never personally taken a card like that but I'm pretty sure we do take it" Me:"are you sure? I do not want to waste your time or mine towing my car there and toyamotors doesn't take it." Toyamotors:"sure sure bring it in I'm sure if I see it and run .01 it'll go through just to double check. " I get there and no convenience to them I have to pay for another tow! And waste my time! They were absolutely unapologetic and cheap for not providing accountability. I don't need to make up stuff to get a rouse . I felt very uninvolved and Like they could care less tgat I had chosen them over Firestone whom I cancelled my appointment to go to this place . It's not everything it claims to be and I'm still wondering where is Neil the owner. Not even an answer. So there you go . I have a recording of the conversation due to my security camera at my apartment catching the sound. So there you go I give this place regardless of its prior stars or whatever reductive and played out! This was my first encounter with ToyoMotors. I was in need of vehicle repairs and service unexpectedly; I was recommended to this shop from a close friend. From the moment I walked in, the friendly faces and interaction with the Office staff was SUPERB. I explained my concerns and was told that they would diagnose the issue and get back to me with the results, they mentioned to me that it would be $120 to diagnose but that fee would be waived with repair. I received text messages providing status updates through the duration of the repair services. Nick reached out to me to let me know what the situation was with my vehicle. Unfortunately, the total amount of the repairs needed was not something I could afford. I asked what was the amount I needed to pay in order for me to be able to have my vehicle returned to me and get back on the road to get to work so I can pay for the future repairs and maintenances. Nick explained what I needed to get done and I never felt pressured or felt that ToyoMotors was upselling me in any way. I authorized the repair and got my vehicle back in a timely manner. I was not able to pick up my car during business hours but they offer an 'after hours' pick-up via a lock box. This service was totally awesome, it was great to pick up my car when I was able to get to the shop and not have to wait another day unnecessarily. The excellent customer service provided with my vehicle and the professional and kind interactions within the office is the reason I will return to this Auto Repair Shop for future repairs. Extremely pleased with the service I received from Toyo Motors. Jesus has a good way with people, and made me feel comfortable trusting him and his team with my car. They took care of my car and charged me much less than I expected. I'll definitely be back for my next round of service! My only criticisms of the place are: 1. They need a bigger parking lot! 2. The trees out front completely cover the building logo and signage. If I didn't look the place up first, I'd have missed it! 3. I'd like a bit more detail in the service receipt. First visit after my beloved TOYOWORKS sold. Great first experience. "Front desk/Reception" person has a great telephone manner and really congenial with customers. The "mens guys" were polite to a fault and very knowledgeable. They are 90% thru their major renovation. Their up-to-date technology for inspection, diagnosis and billing were very streamlined and impressive. Texts and links..thus digital copies for my records. Felt NO pressure as I clicked to INCLUDE and DECLINE certain items I need to double check against my current records. I took my 2002 Lexus LS 430 to the local Lexus dealer here in Scottsdale to fix a VSC warning light. ( I had researched the problem on the net and YouTube but nothing worked for more than a couple miles) They told me it was going to be $195 to "diagnose" the problem. At a Lexus dealership that means at least $500, especially in Scottsdale, AZ. Anyway, a friend suggested Toyo Moto service on Bell. I went there and they said I had to leave it and they would get back to me. They then paid for a UBER to get me home. They called 4-5 hours later and told me they had to recalibrate some steering thing and that it was fixed. I took a deep breath and asked how much this set me back. It was only $97. TOTAL! If you have a Lexus or a Toyota that needs work I would recommend these guys. 100%. read more

Took my car in and of course I am skeptical with auto repair shops as they want to always try to make money of you. But the fact that they take pictures of the problem is a bit convincing than the rest. I mean they will send you a quote with the pictures of the problem and you can always go to other auto repair shops to cross checked and pay them. I am actually looking for a place to have a relationship and stick with them and trusting them considering there is a big trust sign in their shop. They seem good people as I saw how they speak to their customers. Also they will help you with installment plan which is another bonus as I was debating if I should go back to Mach1 since all my neighbors uses and trust Mach1 so much and I also saw repair smith that comes to your home. Most repair shops will not show you or take pictures or offer installment so this is a huge bonus point. read more

I've had various different things done on my Lexus RX from ToyoMotors over the years from routine maintenance to battery, etc. Recently they helped with replacing both low beam headlights on the vehicle. What a terrific experience. Both of our 2008 Sequoia and Accord are showing issues with age and needed some attention with a variety of odd things (rear AC, visor, dome lights, side view mirror mechanics, sunroof vent stuck, auto rear latch, etc). Jesus listened patiently to this list of items and was confident they could all be addresses, either common or require some investigation. Really instilled confidence that they would figure things out and we were in good hands. Professional, efficient, and no up-sales. After years of going to the dealership mechanics for Toyota, and spending HOURS for one or two services (2-4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation- yes seriously!), and the dealership in Chandler breaking my wheel locks and blaming me, I finally decided Toyota specialty mechanics / auto places were where I needed to be. The appointments are well planned out, so a person isn't waiting four hours for an oil change. The entire office and mechanics take lunch 12-1pm, which is just FYI, so there are no appointments then. The people there actually remember me; whereas, at the dealership, I'd go multiple times per year and they had no clue who I was (even with the same "service advisor"). The service is efficient and priced well. I have always been told an honest time, and the time is always within the time they told me. The best thing? No upselling or sales for things one does not need. At the dealerships, I overheard and heard myself so many times, the service advisors recommending things that were not necessary at that time. Eventually yes, but they were just forcing extra services on people. ToyoMotors will indicate what one needs. FYI - there are special conditions for living in such a hot area, which may change service requirements at different mileages. So, if you look in your manual, some of the mileage recommendations are higher than what they will recommend. Per Nick, this is because we live in such a hot climate, there are special conditions. Makes sense! The waiting room is simple but has free wifi, a fridge with beverages and a coffee maker. It can get a bit chilly during winter, so bring a light jacket. read more
