Selection of road-worthy tires - I have visited L&J around 6-8 times in the last 8 years with four different cars. Every time except for one, I left with the new (used) tires that I came for. 2. Price - I have SUVs with big tires (P265/70R18, and 265/70R17). I never pay more than $30-$40/Tire, fully mounted and balanced. They also mount whichever of the remaining tires I ask on the spare. 3. Speed - I'm in and out in 30 minutes or less (seriously). The longest part of the process is tire selection because I always have a hard time choosing.

After exploring a few other options, we decided to overlook a better offer from another dealership and gave this place a try--what a mistake! We regret our decision to buy from here because the car I purchased has numerous defects. First, I couldn't drive away with my car on the same day; I had to wait while they "fixed" the A/C. However, when I finally got the car, the A/C still didn't work. I returned it for them to repair the A/C and a few sensors that were malfunctioning, but they kept delaying the return date. After 2-3 weeks, when I finally got it back, I hoped everything was resolved, but I was mistaken. During a necessary 5-hour road trip, we had to drive with the windows down because the A/C was still out of order. I brought the car back for another 5 days, and while cold air finally came out, now hot air was the issue. Throughout the time they had my car, they offered no compensation, no loaner vehicle, or any form of goodwill. About two months after the purchase, the check engine light turned on. When I reached out to Carnova, they simply handed me my policy number and washed their hands of the situation, leaving me with a car that still has problems. GO ELSEWHERE! Don't fall victim to their scams; they'll sell you a car at a new price but with numerous issues and zero concern for it. To this day, the owner has not reached out to us despite our requests to speak with him.
