I stopped by for a quick air check, but the line was surprisingly long with only one station available, so plan on waiting. It took me 30 minutes just to get my tire checked. A gentleman (whose name started with "L") found a nail in my tire and said it could be fixed, but it would take an hour. I decided to stay. Inside, I waited another 15 minutes just to get checked in. Miguel re-checked my car, added me in as a walk-in, and also recommended replacing my windshield wipers. I agreed. An hour passed, and my car still hadn't been touched. I stood in line again to ask for an update -- things were chaotic. The system showed my car hadn't even entered the queue, and to make matters worse, they couldn't locate my keys. Apparently, several people were quoted incorrect wait times. The lack of communication between the front desk and service team was obvious and frustrating. Even though dissatisfied my car ended up getting serviced and everything was properly fixed. I won't go back to this location because it seems everything is unorganized. I called corporate to share my experience because this location needs some help in coordination and service.

After exploring a few other options, we decided to overlook a better offer from another dealership and gave this place a try--what a mistake! We regret our decision to buy from here because the car I purchased has numerous defects. First, I couldn't drive away with my car on the same day; I had to wait while they "fixed" the A/C. However, when I finally got the car, the A/C still didn't work. I returned it for them to repair the A/C and a few sensors that were malfunctioning, but they kept delaying the return date. After 2-3 weeks, when I finally got it back, I hoped everything was resolved, but I was mistaken. During a necessary 5-hour road trip, we had to drive with the windows down because the A/C was still out of order. I brought the car back for another 5 days, and while cold air finally came out, now hot air was the issue. Throughout the time they had my car, they offered no compensation, no loaner vehicle, or any form of goodwill. About two months after the purchase, the check engine light turned on. When I reached out to Carnova, they simply handed me my policy number and washed their hands of the situation, leaving me with a car that still has problems. GO ELSEWHERE! Don't fall victim to their scams; they'll sell you a car at a new price but with numerous issues and zero concern for it. I showed up and had to park in the convenience store parking lot next door, because it looked like a pretty tight lot. They said that was no problem. I sat and looked at my phnoe for a little bit until the battery almost died (it was alrfeady low when I got there). They had charging cords on the coffee table with adapters for every phone. I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. They advised me of some sort of leak on the front axle, but told me to check with the dealership because it might be under warranty. I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for future service.

After stellar Yelp reviews (4 plus) guided us to AMC, paid over $3000 (for a broken serpentine…read morebelt, AC belts, new radiator etc., with all parts warranted per AMC). Confident and relieved we'd found a "go to" mechanic in Phoenix, one month later the car began experiencing intermittent power steering outage issues. Our son (in college and alone far from home) immediately brought the car back in, but AMC essentially refused to pop the hood, or otherwise even look at the car "unless the driver could replicate the issue". Two weeks later power steering and AC completely failed on a busy highway (due to a leaking radiator hose that ultimately fried the alternator). Paid an additional $800.00 (plus towing) to a competitor to fix what AMC should've caught. Also, AMC hours are now M-Th and of course this emergency happened on a Friday. First time Yelp has led me astray. 9/9/2026 - Owner Gilberto immediately reached out on Yelp below apologizing and asking for submission of additional repairs documentation to handle the case "fairly". To be fair, I did not go into specifics of prior phone interactions with Gilberto - owner - after the car was first towed to AMC and the had to be retowed to another shop due to AMC's inability to handle after hours emergencies (eg., no closed parking, nor key drop or other available). While all calls with were professional and courteous, Gilberto was ultimately unhelpful and disappointing (leaving us with limited options). The fact that AMC refused to do anything after the car was brought in by our son (for scary warning signs similar to the original problems) just prior to a catastrophic (towable) failure on a busy roadway is what is unacceptable. Not saying AMC is a bad business, they just really blew it. For minor car maintenance (oil changes and tire repairs) AMC is probably great. For major car repairs go elsewhere in the valley, please.
