I initially walked into this repair shop feeling like I could trust them. Frans was polite and…read moreexplained the process since I was going through my warranty company for an AC repair. They did a diagnostic on Tuesday confirming the AC issue (which another shop had already identified) and also mentioned an engine oil leak. One repair was covered by warranty and one wasn't. I approved the covered AC repair. By Saturday I hadn't heard anything, so I called. They said the repair was taking longer than expected because my car was giving them issues, but it should be ready Monday. On Monday they called saying they completed the covered repair but found another AC issue that wasn't in their original diagnostic. They said they'd cover the labor but we'd need to pay for the part. My partner looked up the part and found it was cheaper than what they quoted us. After some back and forth, he told them to just put the old part back on and we'd handle it ourselves. Then they called back saying they had already ordered the part and were finishing the repair. They eventually agreed we could just pay the lower price we found. We picked up the car and within 10 minutes it started throwing steering, Stabilitrak, and other warning lights that had NEVER been there before. When my partner called, it turned into a heated conversation and the shop called the police and tried to trespass him. I called myself and Frans admitted it sounded like something may have been done wrong on their end and said they would fix it, so we left the car there. The next day I called three times for updates and was repeatedly told the person I needed to speak with, Frans, wasn't available. When I finally went to pick up the car, Andrew (who I had spoke to three times that day) was the one that gave me my keys and briefly told me what was going on. He refused to explain what happened and told me they were "done going back and forth" with me and that I needed to leave or they would call the police again. The only explanation I was given was that a brake light switch needed calibration. We came in for an **AC issue with zero warning lights**, and left with a car suddenly showing steering and Stabilitrak warnings -- with two kids that ride in that vehicle. I've lived here almost 10 years and have never been treated like this at a repair shop. The whole situation became extremely unprofessional and shady, especially once we questioned the price of the part. If they truly plan to trespass on us, they've done me a favor because I would never come back here again and wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone, not even my worst enemy. The reviews previous to mine seem to validate my experience here and I wish I would've done more research prior to taking my car here. Do yourself a favor and heed the warnings.

Inside was filthy, bad communication about having to keep my car for weeks, just horrible customer service 0/10. Repair Pal needs to discontinue them for warranty issues. Also, his response is hilarious & 100% FALSE. After the horrible interaction, I literally said I'm not leaving my car here and left to find somewhere else. The gentleman there told me that they were used but still in really good condition. He quoted me $220 and they got to work. In the end everything looked great andI had no reason to question anything considering I have been here multiple times in the past. On 3/1/26 in the morning the driver side rear tire air pressure sensor comes on. I'm thinking it's due to the change in weather not the tire. I go to put air in it and everything seems fine. When I come out of the grocery store the light turns back on and I decide to go to Big O tires near me. They informed me that the 3 out of the 4 tires sold to me was in good condition and the one that I am having issues in had an existing tire patch/plug closer to the outer edge of the tire and it is no good. The guy also pointed out the tire was cracking and it was manufactured in 2023 and all of the other ones were from 2025. I ended up having to purchase another tire for $129 and spending 1.5 hours in the tire shop on my birthday. I understand that there is some risk in buying used tires but having to spend more money on something that didn't even last a week is ridiculous. Make sure that you thoroughly check the tires that you buy from this shop to avoid this happening to you as well.

They had my car in their shop from November 3 till about two weeks ago and when I picked it up, they hadn't even fixed a giant hole missing in the grill. Alberto said, "oh they missed that and he'll order the part now." Jessica mentions they won't answer her calls and the same goes for me. Yesterday I called Alberto's number he called back and as soon as I spoke, he hung up on me. Just now I was on the live chat for the shop and whomever was writing me said Alberto is out of the country. and he's back next week?!?!??.call when you gets back. That doesn't explain why he called me back yesterday. I'm at my wits end. Last week shop employee named Todd called and said that I haven't paid my thousand dollar deductible which I paid before work even began. I'm still waiting for a resolution to this. In Jennifer's review below, she mentions $1000 job trying to $4500 job. Since my car was out of commission and I am a cancer patient in active treatment. I have spent at least $1000 on rideshares to and from chemo infusions. To top that off I'm also an active Lyft driver!!!!! It's my only source of income outside of Social Security. How is it possible nobody is being held responsible for this.
