After hours and he had to pick up the tires at FedEx due to third party taking a week to get the tires to us due to insurance dealing with them. 1st Premier towing sent the wrong tires, and sent ours to Virginia. 2nd they put an incomplete address when they reshipped them. I needed FAST SERVICE on a major holiday, Saturday 4th of July. I am a FT rideshare driver and got a flat late night on Friday 3rd. I drove home on a donut. Unfortunately, of all the Saturdays, it was Independence Day. No tire repair was available--not even at Walmart Auto or Firestone!!! So, I I called around and discovered FasTire was available for service. They drove their MOBILE UNIT to my downtown PHX apartment in under an hour to put a new tire on my car. Jose scheduled appointment to COME TO MY HOME 2 hours after I called! Got a new set of Firestones for my Van. Gave him a $45 tip and still saved over $200 versus Discount. All I can say is THANK YOU FasTire! If it wasn't for this company, my child and I would have been stranded with a flat tire for an unknown amount of time, not a single tire shop was willing to come help us even if I payed extra; FasTire was able to make it happen. These guys will bring the tires (or repairs, balancing, etc.) right to your location and install or fix without your having to drive to a tire store and sit there for a couple of hours. That does it for me, but on top of that we've always gotten great service, the right tires, good prices, etc. I used to go to Discount or buy online (Tire Rack) but FasTire has them beat 100%. read more

This is the best mechanic service I've had! Stranded with a flat tire, I called and spoke to Jose, amazing customer service. He texted directions to figure out the best tire for my prius. They arrived within a half an hour and it only took them about 9 minutes to repair the tire! It was a great price for the brand new tire plus the installation. Quick and phenomenal service. Great service. My car has no spare only a fix-a-flat can and my tire was completely flat. Best way to get it repaired? Found FasTire and got it repaired at my house.
