Got an alert that my tire pressure was off, got checked and the attendant immediately could hear where the air was leaking out of the tire. They replaced my tire and ensured it was done quickly and efficiently. Because I've been a loyal customer they made sure to keep the replacement at a discounted rate. Really thankful for their help! read more

This location is not well run, appointments are meaningless at this location. Drop-ins will be put in line in front of you, based on money spent - perhaps? Parking is terrible privileged customers will just double part and evidently it's ok. The kids backed out my car and if I was not standing there they would have run into a customer car. I would avoid this location they push the kids to work too fast, accidents, scratches and other damages occur. Be prepared to WAIT, even with an appointment. This location needs new management read more

This is the worst discount location in the valley by far. I went there to get my tires rotated and the broke off my Nissan symbol off the rim and broke the lug nut terminal post. On top of that they too me come back in a hour my tire rotation would be done and still haven't move my car. I never had a terrible experience like this at ant discount tires business. All they did break things and cost me money. I try to lie and say the cap came off while driving which is a lie I check with another discount. I went to an auto repair in the general area; they told me that discount does this lots. Stay away is all I can say. read more

Discount Tire blunder !!!! Came in morning of 5/29/25 because my low tire air pressure lights came on. I was told needed 2 tires replaced as well as all my tire sensors replaced. I drive a 2013 Prius. They did the work in about 20 minutes and I assumed it would take over an hour. The speed of work was impressive, While driving home I noticed the low tire air pressure was still on so I called them about it. Employee A told me that it was normal and it would go away in 15 to 20 minutes. I did a few errands and after an hour the light was still on so I drove back to Discount Tire so they could have a look. Employee B told me it usually takes 15 to 20 minutes BUT it could take a full day. He told me this after doing a visual inspection. Now after almost a day has passed (19 hours as of this review) my low tire air pressure light is still on. I decided to go on ChatGPT and ask the AI about how long it takes for the light to go away and basically all 2013 Prius sensors must be manually reset, they do not go away after 20 minutes or 1 day. So 2 different employees from Discount Tire gave me erroneous feedback. I now must come in person for the 3rd time to explain this to them. How hard can it be replace sensors for a 2013 Prius and do it right the first time ?!?!?! I give them 2 stars because they are super friendly and the shop is super clean!! I deducted 3 stars because 2 different employees told me wrong info. The guys who did the actual install missed something, employee A missed something and employee B missed something. How can 3 different pairs of eyeballs and 3 different brain stems miss this easy fix??? Wow!!!! The tires here are truly discounted, hence the name but please please please do not discount the technical training for replacing tire sensors. Really, how hard can that be ?!?!? Take a look at my pics to prove that I did come in the time that I stated (about 9am on 5/29) and also my sensor lights are still on at 430am the next day (5/30) I hope to God that wrong sensors were NOT put in my car but I'll find out when I come back to this same Discount Tire when they open in a few hours. I thank God this is Discount Tire and not Discount PaceMakers or Discount Commercial Airplanes or Discount Suspension Bridges. I wouldn't want them screwing up those things!!! read more

Okay , cool that the store took care of the flats. No problems there. Totally uncool that they left my car handles, seats, steering wheel, and console covered in grease. None of the other Discount Tire locations do this so why would it be okay for this location to leave a customer's car like that? read more

This is a review for service and customer service that is truely hard to come by in today's world. Discount Tire, this location, beat the price of the tires I needed by every dealer I could find. They were customer friendly, rotated my tires, and changed a wiper blade. I understand the tires are certified in any of there 1,000's of locations nationwide. The service was fast and very repectable. Jose is very curteous and professional. read more

Terrible service, do not actually plug tires as claimed on their website. Wouldn't even put air in my tire so I could take it somewhere else to get repaired. Do not go here. read more

Would totally recommend this, Discount Tire. I stopped to get air in my tires and Carrson was very friendly and fast.

Raimindo was the GOAT. You really don't find customer service like him often. Great and painless experience.

Man I can't say enough positive things about this place. My tire went flat, wasn't repairable, couldn't use my spare and couldn't buy a new tire! I'm literally moving out of state in a week and can't afford a new tire. The manager came out and offered to help put a new one on my car free of charge! This is customer service in an economy that's hard to live in. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!! Anything I can do to pay it forward I definitely will because I was shown grace and mercy in a situation I wanted to give up on. read more

Here for a simple rotation and balance. Gave me false expectations. I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early as recommended. The swore it would take 45-1 hour tops. Made me wait over 3 hours. Ryan C. the manager of the store itself is the one that gave me the initial estimate for the time it would take. I would expect more from the manager himself. I would not have been upset if they just told me the correct time in the first place. ON TOP of that when I get my car back it's pulling left and they don't offer alignments. Called them back brought it up to them and had no solutions for me other than to rotate them back to original. Total waste of time. read more

so disappointed once again by discount tires. After having to replace two tires after only 2 months I take a second vehicle there and they screw up plugging a tire. Ridiculous. Never again Update : after leaving discount the second time, tire was flat again when I got home. Called discount...said bring it back in for a third time. I told them to come get it. Then second manager gets on phone and says tire wasn't fixable. That it was miscommunication. Basically, three employees must have lied to me when they told me they could fix my tire. I've never been so gaslighted like this by a business like this. Now my tire is ruined and I have to purchase new tire. Thanks discount. read more

I came in to have a tire replaced about 40 minutes before they closed. While I sat in the waiting room, I noticed that this location is extremely busy. The guys were all friendly, and even though they were close to closing time, they continued to help the poor unfortunate souls who kept walking through the door with a variety of tire woes. They got my car handled quickly and didn't try to upsell like crazy. I was really pleased to see such a high level of service and willingness to help their customers! read more

Great service, professional and friendly staff. Had a screw in a tire and they took care of it for free and very quickly to.

I've been using discount for my truck for over 6 years and this is the worst location I've ever came to and had problems. I came to get a nail checked out in my tire, ended up having to buy new tire. 1st problem was I wanted to see the nail in my tire and one of the techs took me out to show me and couldn't find the nail? (Kind of concerning) and told me they'd show me at pick up, they never showed it to me. They only aired up the brand new tire and not the rest of my tires? Don't understand how that is logical but ok. A day later I got on the freeway after the new tire was installed and once I hit 50 mph my truck would shake pretty badly. Took my truck back and told them the lug nuts probably need to be tightened and also all my tires needs to be at the same psi. Comes to find out my lug nuts weren't tightened nor balanced. Very disappointing and concerning as I was at risk driving my vehicle and something could've happened. read more

I got a flat tire and ended up at Discount Tire, expecting the usual pressure to buy two or even four new tires. But once I explained I was planning to sell the car in a couple of months and just needed to get to the finish line, our salesperson was completely understanding. He helped us find the most cost-effective option, and we were back on the road within an hour. Huge shoutout to Dustin for going above and beyond--his customer service was unmatched. read more

The service was OK, nothing to note. I was disappointed I was not allow to receive my Veterans' Discount of 5% because I had a discount for using their credit card. So really, being a veteran discount means nothing, discounts available to all trumped it. The other concern was the wait (and I had an appointment). It was over 46 minutes before they even moved the car to their garage to start. Appointments really don't help. I had to laugh when they took it back finally at 12:41, they noted on their waiting app its estimated completion time was 12:41. They finished at 12:50. The waiting area was larger than expected, with several chairs available, however the empty refrigerator was a big let down. It's Phoenix, at least water would have been greatly appreciated. It certainly cost more, but honestly what doesn't nowadays. Any excuse to charge more; I'm glad I beat the tariffs. Update as I drove out I checked the air pressure on my tires and the front tires didn't match. read more

Man I don't know where to start so I own a Lexus and the maintenance light came on and I called the dealership and I was told that it'll be a $150 plus tax charge for a tire rotation, I freaked out and called my parents and my dad loves discount tires and he told me to call them they would probably do it cheaper. So I called them and they took such great care of me! Plus the tire rotation was 100% free which only made me want to come back to them for any of my tire troubles from here on out! Thank you guys for being so great truly! read more

These guys are scammers I replaced all my tires one year ago at this location and they offered me warranty for 2 years for an extra 100 dollars which i paid because they promised replacement on damage of any kind. After a year my mechanic told me i have some damage on the front tires and i came here to resolve this problem and they said the warranty doesn't cover it .. I'm very disappointed with them , bc i came here regularly with all 4 cars . read more

My experience with this Discount Tire was so unbelievably upsetting, that I will no longer be allowing our fleet of work vehicles to use Discount Tire ever again. I brought a vehicle in with a nail in the front driver's side tire. After 2 hours, I was told the vehicle was ready for pick up. The next morning, the same tire was low, and I needed to add air. Again the following morning I had the same issue. I brought the vehicle back to the same Discount Tire, and asked if they would look at the issue as it still was leaking. I was told it would take 45 minutes. An hour later, an employee Omar told me that they just got the tire off, and could not repair the issue. He stated that a repair had been done on another area of the tire, and they could not work on it. I read more

Avoid this location. Went in for a tire balance and later found out I had bought a lifetime tire balancing previously. Employee did not mention it to me and sold me another lifetime tire balancing. We came out of the restaurant nearby and discovered our tire was extremely low. Drove to this Discount Tire to get air. They discovered a screw had punctured the tire. Here to advise people that if you're going in for their "free" tire patching , don't. Head over to Firestone and pay the $20. I understand nothing is free without a catch, the goal is to convince you to buy tires. I get it, to make money. What disappointed me is I dropped off my 16 yr old with the car I just bought her a week prior because she ran over a small nail. The nail was right in the center of the tire, perfect patching spot. Which they (Jose) agreed. After I advised I was not buying any new tires that day things changed. (I did say I'd for sure go back to them when I need them) they said it'd be a 40 min wait. I gave my number and headed back to work. They made my daughter wait 2 hours, I never received a text or call. She finally got up to ask for an update because I told her to. They handed her the keys and said "oh it's been done. We can't patch it you need new tires" she left confused. I drove her down the street to Firestone. In which I barely mentioned discount tire they said "let me guess they made you wait two hours for nothing?" 30 min later we are driving away with her tire patched with no issues. $20 well spent. Lost business from a 4 car household. read more

We ordered specific tires for the car that are a higher performance tire meant for the car. At first they told us that the tires were delivered to the shop and ready for us to bring the car. Upon arrival we were told by the store manager I presume, that the computer was wrong and that the tires were not there. They then proceeded to try and upsell store inventory tires that are in fact a lower quality and much lower price, yet lied and said that these were a supposed "upgrade" to the ones we ordered. Without much choice since the tires we had were flat from screw punctures we had them mount the tires under the assumption that we got a better performance tire for the same cost. Turns out after some research we found the truth and called the store back. They then pulled their heads out of their asses and said oh yes as a matter of fact we had your tires in the back all along.... We went back and had them fix the situation and got our tires that we ordered out on the car. Not only did this whole shit show take half of our day but it infuriates me to know, which is why I want to let people know, if you decide to go to a quick tire change facility i recommend physically brining your own tires to have them mounted on your rims. To add to this ordeal, on both sets of tires being mounted the tire lubricant was not wiped off the tire like it should've been, and the sticky patches from the old weights was also left on our rims looking like shit! Our lug nuts were also not torqued properly which is absolutely mind blowing to me. I understand the kids that work in this and other establishments are new but these problems are directly under the responsibility of poor management not keeping their employees to the highest standards possible. I very highly do not recommend getting your tires or even oil changed at any of these type of establishments. They are not a professional shop with many years of combined experience. If you want to be safe in your vehicle take it to a licensed mechanic that does this professionally. read more

This location is horrible, they lost my wheel lock key, also put a rim on my hood scratching it. Then had to go through everything with their insurance company for them to deny liability. So I would say go ANYWHERE else. The photo below of the car without damage is from the morning that I went to discount its time stamped. Less than $1,000.00 to repair their mistake and they still refused. read more

I will definitely be back to this location. We needed new tires and decided to go with Discount Tires on Happy Valley and 23rd Ave. We scheduled an appt for this AM and chose the tires online the night before. As soon as 8am hit, the doors were open and more than enough reps to get everyone to a register right away. We were assisted by Esteban, who was really polite and helpful. And thankfully quick, as my wife had to be at work at 9am. The tire specialists were quick as well and efficient. We were out of there by 830am! Great job Happy Valley Discount... you'll see us again for future services! read more

Came in needing new tires, they sorry told me my 4th one was fine so I only got three. Now a DAY after the new tires my 4th tires lost 15 psi over night. I don't believe in coincidence that all of a sudden after months that tire is fine all of a sudden it's completely going flat, what they did I have no idea but the fact I have to come back and get this looked at pisses me off read more

Charged me 37 dollars per tire to balance tires that I purchased from them. Only looking to sale

Very nice people but they charge way more than Costco for the exact same tires. They automatically add their "warranty" and charge disposal fees that are higher than Costco. They also charge for installation whereas Cosco doesn't. By the time your done, tires you'd get for $1300 at Costco will cost you $1800 at Discount. From now on, I'll only use them in a pinch but never for all four new tires. read more

We bought $1000 worth of new tires from Discount on Happy Valley & 23rd Ave installed on 10/22/22. THEY broke one of our TPM in our front driver side tire, the other three still work. So first they say drive it around it'll reset itself so we drive it around for about 20-30 miles never said reset, so I called him again and was told to bring it in and he says oh it's the tires those tires don't have it, yet the other 3 tires work!! Are you for real Discount tire?!? He told me, even though they broke it after we spent 1000+ dollars on new tires that we have to take it to the dealer and pay for it ourselves. Why are you even in business? Do not go to Discount on Happy Valley and 23rd. Find another Discount or another tire place. These guys are terrible and don't train employees. UPDATE: We brought our car to a different discount tire on 59th Ave. and the 101. They looked at our newly installed tires and said the other discount tire in fact broke not just one but three of our sensors, they actually said the sensors was destroyed, so 59th Ave replace them all for us, even though happy broke. Moral to the story. Do not go to happy Valley and 23rd Ave. location. read more

Discount Tire - Tires Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Discount Tire just LOST me as 40 year customer today! I came (24725 N 23rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85085) in today to get a screw removed from my tire. A young man came out and said that they could not find a screw in my tire. I had to tell them were it was at! A few minutes later he came back and said that they could not repair it (more like they were again trying to sell me a tire). He said the screw was to close to the outside of the tire to put a patch on it. I said to put a plug in it. Again he said he could not do it. WTF are your ROAD HAZARD WARRANTIES for? Josh was amazing at explaining the tire differences, helping me pick a set and getting the car in promptly. He remembered me when I walked in from our earlier phone call, and got my car in and out the same afternoon. He then went above and beyond by removing the wheel locks the dealership did not provide when we bought the car. He took care of it personally making sure not to damage the car, and it was clear the rest of the shop crew were impressed with his experience. I highly recommend the professionalism, dedication, and friendliness of this Discount Tire crew. read more
