Luckily, I purchased Michelin tires we have a puncture warranty and another half hour transpired. They had the tire repaired, and Joseph was there to let me know that there were no no charge as it was covered by the Michelin puncture proof warranty very satisfied with having worked with Joseph. You know I used to really trust mechanics, but now I won't ever trust a national chain again and especially BIg O Tire - last year I had my vehicle in to replace a O2 sensor. They told me that it was stripped and they had to pull the catalytic converter to replace the bank due to it being stripped out and I said what do you mean? it's 2025 There's no other way to do that - that's impossible. They told me that conclusively there was no other option, zero way around doing anything else to get that stripped bank fixed aside from taking out my perfectly good catalytic converter and replacing it with a very cheap version! I didn't have the money for it and I explained that, I literally nearly almost broke down, but you didn't give a care because you saw a way to rip me off because I was just a woman! Also, they didn't tell me closing at my work and I had no ride. It was the only I had and then they were gonna give me a ride home, but they weren't able to do that either because they were in Phoenix and I lived in Surprise and so they flat told me "We' sorry we can't help you." I'm like what do you mean freaking car in parts? And now I know that the reason you told me that because you were going to making Hella $$$ off of my catalytic converter because of all the platinum in it!!! You guys are the sleaziest garage ever!!! . My engine light still comes on even after your brilliant swap out!! I feel completely violated because you took a perfectly good part out of my vehicle that you didn't need to - you guys could have been like respectable in the field of mechanics and call a shop and take it over there and have them do whatever they needed to do. It would've been actually respectable than what you actually did to me. I can't even begin to tell you how I feel after talking to a few mechanics about this and having it confirmed time and again that you taking out my catalytic converter and charging me for a brand new one was completely unnecessary and a slimy tactic! Yes this always around fall of 2025- but I just recently learned what exactly you guys did and I'm still reeling from it!! I had to struggle financially so muchand it forced me to take out a Snap Loan for 2000.00 when my bill should've only been around $300. Not one of you could man up and actually be honest ....not one manager ....not one person would be completely straight when I asked "there's no other way it's 2025?" I thought it was incredulous that there was no work around other than to replace the whole catalytic converter. I thought that was insane.!!! And months later, I found out it was a bold face lie there was a work around it!! read more

When I made the appointment, they clearly stated the tires were in stock. However, once I arrived, they told me they had to transfer them from another location. I waited for two hours without a single update; it wasn't until I went up to ask that they told me the tires weren't available and tried to reschedule me for another day. Then, as I was leaving, they suddenly claimed the tires were in stock after all! It was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, during checkout, they tried to deny the 'Instant Savings' that were confirmed when I booked. I had to argue for a long time before they finally honored it. Even though there were clearly both 'Instant Savings' and 'Manufacturer Rebates' available, they kept insisting there weren't. The kid who drove my car thought it was in reverse when it was in drive was the explanation that's after they tried to say "brake malfunction" sure nice try I guess. If I could leave zero stars i would! They damaged 2 windows on passenger side with hot metal flying from probably a grinder. They totally stripped out one lug. Barely put it on and let me drive off. Then for some reason they replaced one of my other lug nuts with one that didn't match. If you value your life I would suggest you go else where! read more

I was not impressed with this place. I felt dismissed when I arrived - the guy at the front desk called someone about payroll and then answered another phone call while I was standing in front of him trying to check in. They suggested a lot of work that I immediately got a second opinion on and none of it was necessary. Pickup was similar, no one showed me where my car was, plastic was left on my seat. I was happy with the $50 oil change coupon but I'm not interested in going back again. Had a coupon, asked what was included. Oil change and tire rotation. When getting ready to pay, I asked if the tires were rotated. The service adviser asked his mechanic, Nathan, and he said yes. I looked at my tires and they were not rotated. I asked again to speak to a manager and was told he was in a meeting. The service advisor did seem interested and blew me off about the tires. My son bought his tires there. For the past 10 days his tires have been losing 12 psi per day. After waiting for three hours to get the problem resolved, he was told there was no nail and there was nothing wrong. They rotated his tires and sent him home. No resolution. Basically implied he was a liar. What difference is one day going to make? It has been leaking for 10 days and doing nothing is going to make it stop, so he can sit there for 3 more hours. This past week, I noticed a bad smell from the front of my car. I opened my hood and checked with a flashlight but didn't see anything. I looked under my car, in the wheel wells, etc. Still no sign of an animal or feathers. I called BigO, my local car repair and tire company on Happy Valley and 19th Ave. I spoke to Cal and he said to come by in the AM and Logan would take care of me. I call in the morning and they have an open bay so I drive down. Logan greets me and gets Issac to put my car on a lift. We look everywhere. Nothing. They remove a couple of plastic compartments where something may have crawled up into. Still nothing. They remove my in cabin filter, and look in the front towards my radiator. Still nothing, but they can all smell it. Finally, Shane peeks under a small opening near my bumper and discovers a dead Quail. Issac pulls it out and disposes of it. He then uses a high pressure air hose to clean any remaining parts of the bird. All in all, they took about 30 minutes. I went in the office and asked Logan if I could pay for their time. He said "No", you are a valued customer and we were happy to help. BTW, did I mention that they also topped off my coolant? I tipped both Issac and Shane. I feel extremely grateful to have a neighborhood auto repair place where they treat you like a neighbor. Not just trying to make a buck. Kudos to the entire staff and management. read more

I've been going to this location for years without a problem until recently when I took them my jeep tire and wheel for a puncture repair. They scratched my wheel and tried to hide it and denied it when I pointed it out. Once they finally admitted it, they sent it to Express repair. Almost 2 weeks later they called me to come pick it up. When I arrived, they showed me how they scratched it again. After many calls they finally told me to pick it up. I showed them how the wheel was now shinny and these are Fuel Beast Matte black wheels. They made the repair company try to fix the issue. Now the wheel's sheen is too flat. I asked them to just replace the $331 wheel, and they refused. There reason is that they already paid the repair company $400. Now I'm forced to find another tire shop. read more

The man at the front desk so was so helpful and kind, and said he would see what he could do for me to get me in as soon as possible. They were unable to repair the tire, but had just one the right size left in stock! 3 years ago when we got all new tires in CO, we also got warranty on them! So it only cost around $44 for my new tire and for labor! The man said he would be a 2-3 hour wait, well he got me out of there with an hour and a half!! I traveled 2 hours to them because I trust them from previous encounters. We check in at 9 hand the keys over. We waited 3 1/2 hours. Truck never moved. Once it did move they said they didn't have the right socket. You'd expect a tire shop to have tools needed to remove tires to service. All we got was "that's my bad".
