I tried to resolve this with Mr. Kole showed him evidence. Let him know what I had and he still refuses and said I will see you in court clearly this is someone that doesn't want to take responsibility. I will be updating after it is resolved in court. After the installation, I took my car for a ride and there were many warning lights on the dashboard. Not sure if they damaged all the sensors on the car but all the sensors are now giving me warning lights and these warning lights will not go away. If you have newer cars, DO NOT let these guys fix your cars. One of the mechanics was hitting the back rotor with a huge hammer very hard to get it off and must have damaged all the sensors, I guess. Another possibility is that the other mechanic was using an electric saw to cut off the dust covers and might have cut a cable to cause all the warning lights to show up on the dashboard. I sent them an email about all the warning lights but no response from them. They were able to install the 4 rotors and 4 calipers just fine but the brakes don't feel very tight and feel loose when hitting the brakes. I have to push the brake pedal almost all the way down to the floor in order to stop the car. I recommend these guys if you have older cars with no latest technologies. They have damaged my new car. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: 6/2/2025 Took my 2024 Nissan Z to the Nissan dealership and they found 2 problems with my 2024 Nissan Z. They told me the technician Kyle and another technician from High Idle Mobile Mechanics who installed the brakes on my car damaged the ABS sensor and the R/F HUB BEARING which will cost me about $1658.50 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wheel Bearing Replacement - Front: DIAG VEHICLE AND FOUND DTC RF NO COMM WITH RF ABS SENSOR. INSPECT SENSOR AND FOUND THAT SENSOR IS BROKEN. AND HUB IS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE R/F HUB BEARING AND ABS SENSOR AND RETEST --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have emailed the owner Kole Williams and provided the Nissan Repair Estimate and have requested that Kole Williams send his technicians to repair the damage that his 2 technicians damaged my car. Not to mention charging $481.49 to replace a windshield washer pump you can find online for $21.00, and labor to replace that part flat rates out to be only 30 minutes. I had spent a little time cooling off in the colder climes of Flagstaff. I was getting ready to…read morehit the hiking trails again one early morning, and what warning comes up? The brake warning where it says to turn off the car RIGHT NOW and take the vehicle to the closest dealer. WHAT?? Here I was three hours from where I live and getting ready to go hiking. I called the only dealer in town. Nope booked solid all day and they "might be able to fit me in before the end of the day." The operative word is "might." Well, I had turned off my vehicle, and when I restarted it, the warning was still there. I turned it off again. And the warning was gone. WHEW!! So I decided it could still go hiking, but partway there I decided the light might come on again and why chance it, especially since I had to come down the hill to Phoenix. So I headed back. I had been thinking about changing garages cause of some thoughts I had. Therefore looked for a Toyota shop, and lo and behold here is Toyoworks getting great reviews. I explained the situation, made the appointment and took it in. I explained to Andre what was going on. I couldn't wait in the shop cause of COVID so decided to wander the 'hood. He ended up telling me he couldn't find what the problem is but he did fix another problem, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I think I've found a new garage.

But as I'm…read morecurrently looking for a place to service another 4Runner, I felt this experience was worth sharing. A few years ago, I took my first 4Runner V8 to Toyoworks for a timing belt and water pump replacement. They advertise themselves as Toyota/Lexus specialists. Unfortunately, the timing belt was installed incorrectly and snapped while the engine was running -- under their care. This caused major internal engine damage, including several bent pistons. To their credit, they did repair the engine. However, they still charged me for the original timing belt service, which I now understand should have been waived at minimum. According to Arizona law, auto repair shops must perform services with reasonable care, and if negligence leads to damage, they can be held responsible (see ARS § 12-561 and the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act § 44-1522). The most frustrating part is that the engine was never quite the same after the repair. It developed a light "ticking" noise and felt like it had lost some power. I ended up selling the vehicle later on, but that experience stuck with me. I'm not posting this to discredit the shop -- I know many people have had good experiences with Toyoworks over the years. I'm simply sharing my own so others can ask the right questions and fully understand what kind of accountability is offered before committing to major work.
