Awesome place, crew and price. I drive and older import and love my car, so I like to baby it. I was so happy to find this place since there are only 2 nearby. Now even though they state lube express, don't get it twisted, they do a lot more. And get this a free car wash to boot with your service. Cheers, read more

Mobil 1 Lube Express - Margarita Time - Auto Repair Near Me - Anthem, Arizona

Attn. Anthem Area, Automotive Service Customers: We found last year a "Hidden Gem" business located here in Anthem that performs quality, professional workmanship on our Porsches (2) and a daily driver, Mazda 5, vehicles. We have since "disavowed" the Scottsdale Dealership (where one was purchased) that not only OVERCHARGED our family for services but were dishonest to boot! Locate that review on the Google review page for details, if interested. Today, I had the pleasure of an oil change and inspection on our Porsche 911 (Turbo), which is a personal treasure, performed by Manager, Gary and technician Daniel. I chose their Full Synthetic (Mobile 1) and their "branded" filter, which is highly rated. I plan on recommending this company to all our friends and neighbors along with the Officers where I volunteer at a local firearm range. Thanks again, Mike (Owner) and the staff at this Quality Establishment. Sincerely, Dave and Dianna M read more

My 2024 Silverado states on Carfax that this center serviced my vehicle on 2/2/2026. Oil service, power steering pump replacement and flush. Water pump and cooling flush.Truck has electric power steering and if water pump was leaking would be under warranty. Live in Scottsdale why go to Anthem. Have spoken to Gary twice starting 3/2/2026 and emailed asking to remove this. No return call or retraction of service to Carfax. Also I am a ASE Master auto tech and service vehicle myself. They have Fair prices and are knowledgeable folks! Been going here since we moved to Anthem.

Will not be back or refer anyone again , after two mistakes from them first oil filter fell off after oil change went back for a 2nd oil change thinking was a fluke , they fill the truck with half the required oil , went back to have problem addressed told me to wait hour for them to look at it . Two mistakes no offer to make it right . read more

Check engine light was on. They found that a sensor had become disconnected. They connected it and charged me nothing. That is the kind of service that leaves a powerfully lasting impression and creates strong customer loyalty. Thank you!! Steve Knight read more

Like many others that posted here I took my car in for a simple oil change and now my car is leaking oil. Will absolutely not use this place again. read more

Got some quotes and Mike's was the best. Dropped off at 8 and brake job was done in 3 hours. Only sold me what was needed, no hanky panky. I've always liked Mobil 1 but they outdid themselves this time! Gary was awesome! Thank you Mobil 1! read more

open for business, 3rd time using, great work but loose operation, this time open until 3pm entered front desk owner / manager told me no possibility of doing the oil change. this establishment does not take appts and I believe they were working on personal vehicle. no other people waiting so they were not busy. the owner is a good person but was not trying to earn continued loyal business. read more

Super helpful and kind. I had a family emergency and needed to get out of town fast. They bumped my vehicle up so I could get it all squared away and helped me get out of state to a family emergency. Thank you! read more

Wow, what an experience! Dropped off my truck for several service issues. When it came time to pay the bill, my bank card was declined due to issues they were having. Mike without hesitation said " take the truck and stop back tomorrow to pay"! Who does that nowadays? Thank-you for believing "people are good" and most can be trusted! We have 2 vehicles and will be heading your way for all future service on them. read more

Mobil 1 provides a good and quick service. Staff is friendly, they always offers a bottle of water, nice and clean waiting room, competitively priced and free car washes for synthetic oil changes! One time, my check engine light was on and Mike, the owner, graciously offered to run a diagnostic (free of charge!!) and made his recommendation on the best & cheapest way for me to get it fixed (even though he couldn't do it). An honest mechanic is hard to come by so I wish they provided more extensive services beyond oil changes and other simple fixes. Mike is also very supportive of local charities and fundraisers so he's a great asset to the Anthem community! read more

Went there while I was here from out of town. I went there for a car wash. I had to wait a little but, the wait was well worth it. Jose did a great job. Better than my car wash back home. I now have a new place to wash my car while in Arizona D Jaramillo read more

Took my car there since new. The plastic skid plate needs to be removed to change the oil. Had a friend on mine who owns a shop change the oil recently show me the bottom of the car. Most of the plastic fasteners were missing or stripped and the filter was put on WAY too tight. read more

If I'm a good customer then they are a great business. Mike and Justin make it right. I don't let just anyone touch my Hummy.

Service was as promised, so was the price. No upselling or shenanigans and the place is clean and well cared for. Owner takes pride in the business and it shows. read more

Mike is super at customer service and a professional mechanic. I've taken my car to him numerous times. I trust him completely. Very reasonable in pricing. Mike has put together a team of mechanics that know exactly what they are doing. read more

We came from a small town in the Midwest. It was easy to find competent, honest and reasonable businesses to service your cars. When we moved to Phoenix we were very leary of any "big city" repair places. We had a good friend recommend them for the big three, honesty, competent and reasonable. We tried them with some small things and were really pleased. Over the past few years we have gotten all of our vehicles (4) serviced there including some major problems. Last week I had a repair done. This week the same noise came back. They took the car in at non and it was finished by end of day. The part they installed last week failed and took the Serpentine belt and alternator with it. I expected excuses etc. but they were totally honest about what happened and replaced the original part, belt and alternator at no charge. They claim that they stand behind their work and I can attest to it. Great business and stand up guys. read more

I was getting my car detailed when the owner MIKE, RUDELY and i repeat RUDELY pointed at his employee, Jose to stop detailing my car to vacuum his own car also to wash his friends car (bougie mother f**ker) before finishing my(the paying customers) car. Like your time MIKE is more valuable then mine. You are so rude MIKE. YOU MUST MAKE SOOOOOOOO much money off your paying customers (ripping them off) to actually give a shit about them. To the people who actually run the shop MOBIL ONE (JOSE, CAMERON, MIKEY) THANK YOU FOR BEING HUMAN AND TREATING ME WITH RESPECT! By the way what did get completed by Jose was AMAZING! But thanks to the owner MIKE, the whole detail didn't get finished, because he's sooooo important, i will never know why!! read more

I took my car here for an oil change and to charge up the AC in August. AC works great now, but now I also have a bad oil leak. Never had an oil leak before I took my car here. read more

Took my hybrid car here for an oil change. Came to pick it up and the total was $88.00. When I asked why it was so much the owner informed me that it was because he had to use a special type of oil. Which is understandable, but I've had my car for OVER a YEAR. and have never paid over $50.00. When I told him this he completely ignored me and went on with the transaction. I felt very taken advantage of. read more

Dropped my car off for a oil change and to get the Starter checked. While the service took 1.5 hours to complete, they gave me a rain check on a car wash and I left satisfied with the work was done. On the day I went, the free wi-fi in the waiting room wasn't working - this is the only issue with the visit however. The guys there were friendly and definitely had a full schedule on the day I went. Overall I will return and recommend this business to anyone living in northern Phoenix or Anthem area. You won't be disappointed. read more

Second time taking a vehicle here. They are fast and efficient and do a nice job washing the vehicles. Very convenient.

I am very disappointed in the oil change service. I came here because overall reviews were good. I needed a full synthetic since I have a brand new car. I was happy with the service until I came home and realized my car was dripping oil. It was a pain to get it off the driveway! I call and talk to Mike, the owner and he says that he has the best mechanics and they do a great job and that he is very surprised. He takes no responsibility, but yet offers for me to come by so he can double check it and give me a free car wash. I had my neighbor look at it and he said the screw was completely lose! That I could have lost all the oil and then my engine would have burnt out. I took it in to Mike and he took so much time to even look at it that I decided to take my keys back and didn't trust him or his team to touch it again. I will not be bringing my car here again and am disappointed when owners don't understand how to give true customer service. Once you burn a bridge once, how can I trust again? My car is brand new! I trusted them with it and am glad I found out sooner than later that it was leaking. Mike, for the future, I would take responsibility and maybe offer to refund a customer if you or your team makes a mistake. That is one idea of how you can work to regain trust. But, as for me, I'll never come here for anything in the future and am now watching my car to make sure it is not continuing to leak! ; ( read more

Awesome car wash! I have a two door low roof car and he did a great job cleaning every inside tight space. Definitely will come back!

I use mobile one for my oil changes and routine maintenance. They always do a great job and I have yet to experience anything negative after using their services for the past 5 years. Keep up the good work! read more

Our car battery died nearby and this was the only business we called who graciously offered to drive over and help us out with a jump. Danny was beyond helpful, so now we are customers for life. Thanks again! Give Danny a promotion ;) read more

Love taking my vehicles here. These folks have the two qualities most important to me: technical competence and honesty. They always do a good job on the services requested as well as identifying other potential issues. While raising issues they never try a hard sell to get you to do something right now that can wait awhile. Also they're honest and don't try to oversell you more than what's needed for your vehicle. So glad I found them and I highly recommend them. read more

Mike is very good at getting me taken care of when ever I have an issue or a service need. Allen is a very thorough mechanic and makes sure he gets the vehicle serviced or repaired right the first time. Can't say enough about how well the service is and they clean the vehicle after the fact!! if you haven't given them a try you really should go in and see them....you wont be disappointed. read more

Service is great as long as the owners are present. I took my car in recently for an oil change. The asian looking employee seemed irritated and advised my oil change would take 1.5 hours. when I handed him my keys he, without saying a word to me walked straight back to the garage. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes thinking he would be right back but when I finally went outside and looked he was working on a car. another mechanic saw me looking confused and asked if I needed help so I told which vehicle was mine and asked that they also check the brakes. 3 hours later oil change was finished and brakes were not checked. luckily I lived up the st, theres no way I would have waited that long for such a simple service. The owners should stick around and keep tabs more often to alleviate the laziness read more

Oil change was relatively fast but customer service was awful. When I went to pay I noticed that there was additional $6 charge. I asked what it was for and the guy at the counter said my vehicle used a non-standard oil filter. I asked don't you think that is something you could have told me before I paid instead of surprising me (I don't really care about the $6 it is a small amount). He said that well it is only $6 and there is nothing to be done about it now. I told him it is not about the cost it is just not a good practice to charge people without letting them know in advance. The service guy came out during the oil change to talk to me about the air filter. He could have mentioned the extra cost and I would have been totally fine with it. If they have time to try and sell extra service they have time to tell me about the extra cost. The guy at counter just couldn't be bothered to give good service and the manager only wanted to explain that it uses a non-standard filter. There is a reason this industry gets a bad reputation. They just hope the customers don't question them. They have no idea how to provide good service. They try and prey on people's trust. Will not be coming back. read more

So, I was hoping to find a place better than Danny's Car Wash in Happy Valley and heard about this place. I was in desperate need of a car wash before a road trip and was quoted $25 to wash my van. Hand wash and EVERYTHING! (sarcasm) I took the deal figuring for that price, it had to be really good. NOT SO! These guys didn't even lift up my child's booster seat to vacuum under it. Tons of little fragments of stuff all over the backseats, etc... Smudges on glass throughout... Etc. For $25, the basics should have been covered. AND... I was a new customer!! C'mon guys, this is business 101! Take care of first time customers so they come back!! Not me. If you live in Anthem, better plan on washing the car yourself or going through the automated ones at the gas stations... Sorry... : ( read more

Went to pick up a customer waiting to pick up an oil change. Employee, named Alan, stated in a very threating manner to move my car. He backed up a customers car, threating to hit me. Called to report this, and said employee just hung up on me. Nobody needs to support this kind of business. read more

I told the attendant I brought my own oil and filter. I said I used to change my oil myself but due to MC accident I could no longer do it. I asked what the price was when providing my own oil and filter. It seemed rather steep at $42. They didn't use my Mobil 1 Synthetic oil and filter and charged me full price. They did change out the regular oil and used my filter and Mobil 1. When I inquired if they were charging me full price using my own oil the owner gave the ridiculous answer " but I gave you two oil changes" He got real abrupt in my face and accused me of not telling the dude to use my oil. I felt threatened. He finally pulled a twenty out of his pocket and said here we're calling it even. Unfortunately I had to go back in the building to retrieve my keys. read more

I would not use these guys! I have been extremely disappointed with this company. I took my truck in to get an interior detailed and it included a wash. While asking about that I asked about the cost of an oil change. He told me it was going to be $40 which is really expensive in my book. So, I said never mind I'm ok. When I got the call to pick up my truck they had done the oil change that I told him not to do. I told him I said I didn't want it and basically he called me a liar. He did take the oil change off but from that point on he treated me like crap. I paid for a car wash and a interior detail and when I got home there were bugs and crap all over the front end and the side mirrors. The guy who did the car told me to bring it back the next day and he would fix it. I dropped the truck off the next day and 4 hours later I called back to see if it was done yet. The guy who called me a liar about not wanting the oil change got on the phone and told me. I only get a interior detail and they just gave me a free car wash. Even though that is not what I was told. So because he was pissed about the oil change that I never wanted then this is what I get for a car wash. I took pictures of the front of my truck and I wish I could post what it looked like when I got it back. This is horrible! read more
