My 2024 Silverado states on Carfax that this center serviced my vehicle on 2/2/2026. Oil service, power steering pump replacement and flush. Water pump and cooling flush.Truck has electric power steering and if water pump was leaking would be under warranty. Live in Scottsdale why go to Anthem. Mobil 1 provides a good and quick service. Staff is friendly, they always offers a bottle of water, nice and clean waiting room, competitively priced and free car washes for synthetic oil changes! One time, my check engine light was on and Mike, the owner, graciously offered to run a diagnostic (free of charge!!) and made his recommendation on the best & cheapest way for me to get it fixed (even though he couldn't do it). An honest mechanic is hard to come by so I wish they provided more extensive services beyond oil changes and other simple fixes. Mike is also very supportive of local charities and fundraisers so he's a great asset to the Anthem community! read more

Took my car there since new. The plastic skid plate needs to be removed to change the oil. Had a friend on mine who owns a shop change the oil recently show me the bottom of the car. Most of the plastic fasteners were missing or stripped and the filter was put on WAY too tight. read more

We came from a small town in the Midwest. It was easy to find competent, honest and reasonable businesses to service your cars. When we moved to Phoenix we were very leary of any "big city" repair places. We had a good friend recommend them for the big three, honesty, competent and reasonable. We tried them with some small things and were really pleased. Over the past few years we have gotten all of our vehicles (4) serviced there including some major problems. Last week I had a repair done. This week the same noise came back. They took the car in at non and it was finished by end of day. The part they installed last week failed and took the Serpentine belt and alternator with it. I expected excuses etc. but they were totally honest about what happened and replaced the original part, belt and alternator at no charge. Dropped my car off for a oil change and to get the Starter checked. While the service took 1.5 hours to complete, they gave me a rain check on a car wash and I left satisfied with the work was done. On the day I went, the free wi-fi in the waiting room wasn't working - this is the only issue with the visit however. The guys there were friendly and definitely had a full schedule on the day I went. Overall I will return and recommend this business to anyone living in northern Phoenix or Anthem area. I am very disappointed in the oil change service. I came here because overall reviews were good. I needed a full synthetic since I have a brand new car. I was happy with the service until I came home and realized my car was dripping oil. It was a pain to get it off the driveway! I call and talk to Mike, the owner and he says that he has the best mechanics and they do a great job and that he is very surprised. He takes no responsibility, but yet offers for me to come by so he can double check it and give me a free car wash. I had my neighbor look at it and he said the screw was completely lose! That I could have lost all the oil and then my engine would have burnt out. I took it in to Mike and he took so much time to even look at it that I decided to take my keys back and didn't trust him or his team to touch it again. I will not be bringing my car here again and am disappointed when owners don't understand how to give true customer service. Once you burn a bridge once, how can I trust again? My car is brand new! I trusted them with it and am glad I found out sooner than later that it was leaking. Mike, for the future, I would take responsibility and maybe offer to refund a customer if you or your team makes a mistake. That is one idea of how you can work to regain trust. They always do a good job on the services requested as well as identifying other potential issues. While raising issues they never try a hard sell to get you to do something right now that can wait awhile. Also they're honest and don't try to oversell you more than what's needed for your vehicle. I told the attendant I brought my own oil and filter. I said I used to change my oil myself but due to MC accident I could no longer do it. I asked what the price was when providing my own oil and filter. It seemed rather steep at $42. They didn't use my Mobil 1 Synthetic oil and filter and charged me full price. They did change out the regular oil and used my filter and Mobil 1. When I inquired if they were charging me full price using my own oil the owner gave the ridiculous answer " but I gave you two oil changes" He got real abrupt in my face and accused me of not telling the dude to use my oil. I felt threatened. He finally pulled a twenty out of his pocket and said here we're calling it even. Unfortunately I had to go back in the building to retrieve my keys. read more

Service is great as long as the owners are present. I took my car in recently for an oil change. The asian looking employee seemed irritated and advised my oil change would take 1.5 hours. when I handed him my keys he, without saying a word to me walked straight back to the garage. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes thinking he would be right back but when I finally went outside and looked he was working on a car. another mechanic saw me looking confused and asked if I needed help so I told which vehicle was mine and asked that they also check the brakes. 3 hours later oil change was finished and brakes were not checked. luckily I lived up the st, theres no way I would have waited that long for such a simple service. Oil change was relatively fast but customer service was awful. When I went to pay I noticed that there was additional $6 charge. I asked what it was for and the guy at the counter said my vehicle used a non-standard oil filter. I asked don't you think that is something you could have told me before I paid instead of surprising me (I don't really care about the $6 it is a small amount). He said that well it is only $6 and there is nothing to be done about it now. I told him it is not about the cost it is just not a good practice to charge people without letting them know in advance. The service guy came out during the oil change to talk to me about the air filter. He could have mentioned the extra cost and I would have been totally fine with it. If they have time to try and sell extra service they have time to tell me about the extra cost. The guy at counter just couldn't be bothered to give good service and the manager only wanted to explain that it uses a non-standard filter. There is a reason this industry gets a bad reputation. They just hope the customers don't question them. They have no idea how to provide good service. They try and prey on people's trust. Will not be coming back. read more

So, I was hoping to find a place better than Danny's Car Wash in Happy Valley and heard about this place. I was in desperate need of a car wash before a road trip and was quoted $25 to wash my van. Hand wash and EVERYTHING! (sarcasm) I took the deal figuring for that price, it had to be really good. NOT SO! These guys didn't even lift up my child's booster seat to vacuum under it. Tons of little fragments of stuff all over the backseats, etc... Smudges on glass throughout... Etc. For $25, the basics should have been covered. AND... I was a new customer!! C'mon guys, this is business 101! Take care of first time customers so they come back!! Not me. I would not use these guys! I have been extremely disappointed with this company. I took my truck in to get an interior detailed and it included a wash. While asking about that I asked about the cost of an oil change. He told me it was going to be $40 which is really expensive in my book. So, I said never mind I'm ok. When I got the call to pick up my truck they had done the oil change that I told him not to do. I told him I said I didn't want it and basically he called me a liar. He did take the oil change off but from that point on he treated me like crap. I paid for a car wash and a interior detail and when I got home there were bugs and crap all over the front end and the side mirrors. The guy who did the car told me to bring it back the next day and he would fix it. I dropped the truck off the next day and 4 hours later I called back to see if it was done yet. The guy who called me a liar about not wanting the oil change got on the phone and told me. I only get a interior detail and they just gave me a free car wash. Even though that is not what I was told. So because he was pissed about the oil change that I never wanted then this is what I get for a car wash.
