The parking lot was full and my passenger was happy with their service. I needed to replace my Wife's car AC cabin fan and radiator fan. I bought the parts at the dealer expecting to do the repair myself. After watching YouTube videos I decided someone with actual skill and experience needed to do the job. I made an appointment through Yelp. The repair took about three hours. I was happy when they called with the request to proceed after testing that they did not try to up sell me on other repairs, just I was right that the fan motors were bad. When I picked up the repaired car, they did have a list of issues and discussed the importance of repairing each. Most were just fine right now but watch for issues in the future. They did say there was a split hose from the engine air filter to the engine which needed replacing sooner than later. Since I do the routine maintenance on my cars at home they suggested buying a new hose and installing it myself. They were happy to do it but said that part was easy to replace. I also appreciate they returned the replaced parts without me asking. First repair and I'm impressed. I posted on an Uber driver facebook group about the company. One driver replied they don't go Cha-Ching when a female walks in. Everything about my first repair was transparent and fully discussed before the repair and when I picked up.

Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a mechanic. PROS 1. Affordable prices: Definitely cheaper than a dealership. 2. Strong social media presence: They post videos of their work, which some people might like for transparency. 3. They seem knowledgeable: Based on their work online, they clearly know what they're doing. CONS 1. Terrible communication: I dropped my car off at 11 AM and didn't hear anything until I texted them at 5 PM. No updates, no calls, nothing. 2. Disrespect for your time: If I'd known they wouldn't even start on my car until the evening, I wouldn't have wasted my entire day without it. I live far away and had to arrange rides back and forth. 3. No clear process: After the inspection, I didn't get a proper report, just an Instagram DM listing what was wrong with my car. There was no real explanation or discussion. 4. Unprofessional behavior: When I finally went to pick up my car, the mechanic wasn't even there. I had to wait another hour, and a kid ended up handing me my keys. 5. Ended up costing more: I had to take my car to another mechanic because I couldn't trust them to handle it, so I wasted even more money. I feel so disappointed, not just because of the wasted time, but because I went in really wanting this to work out. I made the mistake of installing a cheap aftermarket low pressure fuel pump, so long story short…read morethe car ran like crap with a check engine light. I also made the mistake of trying to remove the fuel pump while the gas tank was still full, so fuel spilled all over the back seat of my car and my garage floor. It made my house REEK of gas. Although I knew the fuel leak was from overflow due to the fuel pump locking ring being removed while the tank was full, I did want to take my chances and do more damage. I did my research and decided to contact London Autowerks since they were the closest Audi specialty shop. They were very cool and understanding about my car needing to be towed to their shop and have it parked overnight since I am unable to do it during business hours. In a short time, they were able to fix and diagnose my issues by doing a fuel tank integrity test, fuel pressure test and then installing the proper fuel pump and new rail sensor. They even cleaned the spilled fuel from the back of my car to where you can't smell a hint of the spilled fuel. Jennifer was awesome and the communication was stellar. The price was also very fair, considering how pricey these Audi fuel pumps are. 10/10 would definitely recommend their services especially if you drive a VW/Audi!

Within 24 hours they had run several tests and identified the most likely concerns causing my problems. Just one day later, they had diagnosed the issues, sent me a quote for the work, and confirmed next steps. I really want to applaud their communication - I've never had such great communication from any service I've gotten, and that is super important to me. They texted me often with updates and called me to get more information when needed. They were genuine and explained everything well, which I appreciated not being car- savvy myself.
