I pulled in and they were so helpful and courteous. The tire was obviously flat and they immediately exchanged the flat for my spare... and I was quickly on my way. I'm so grateful to this shop! My fiancé and I were on our way to an interview 15 minutes from this shop. My fiancé noticed the tire pressure light on and realized we were losing air quickly. We pulled over at the next exit and found a huge screw in the middle of our tire. Luckily, this shop was right across the street. My fiancé told the guy at the front desk, Brian, that it was an emergency and he had to be at an interview at 2 pm. They were incredibly quick! They got everything written up and within 24 minutes, we were out of there! I've never seen such quick and efficient work at a shop before. They were also kind and friendly. They showed us where their drinks were and which side of their system was colder. Their genuine courtesy was icing on the top - I'm so impressed and grateful! We were there for a short time there, however, I HIGHLY recommend this place! It was also cheaper than what we expected to patch up the tire. I went here to get my brake pads changed. They told me my front control arms were detached and my rear shocks were shot. $1500 fix but with the discount it's $1400. Wow what a save! While I can appreciate you standing by your staff, the fact still remains your manager was rude, mocking and all in front of a 10 year old child. The vehicle had to be taken to another mechanic who fixed the problem your technician couldn't or wouldn't diagnose. Stopped in while transporting my classic '67 Porsche from California to Tennessee fresh from the paint shop. Somehow a front shock had dislodged from it's top bracket and got stuck under the fender. Michael was amazing! He was very patient with me and the car and helped me get it extended back into place, we got it cinched down while still in my trailer and I was back on the road. After discussing the concerns I had, he directed me to this location to see if we could correct the situation. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I've been going to that Big O for over 10 years have had all my SUV's (4) getting tires and oil changes.....the last couple/few years (since new owners bough it) had not as good experience as the upsells have increased, which I get are part of this business. Watch how frequently your tire sensors go out at this big O. all four of my vehicles I bring there had them pop up every time I get oil changes or rotate my tires ......now either tires sensors aren't made as well all of a sudden or I've had bad luck or something. I know sensors last approx 5-10 years and heat and driving can affect the life. Come here at own risk. read more

Never been before but had a rough experience with the person up front. I'm not looking to exchange pleasantries but he could've been a bit nicer considering I'd be a paying customer, and then tried to have me sign a piece of paper saying that I would agree to pay $55 to plug one of my tires. No I know some places do it for very cheap if not free but $55? He looked at me like I was the one out of bounds in this situation. I said that's absurd, and he said there's the door. What a great experience. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation with a coupon I had purchased that was invalid. They honored the coupon and I was able to get what I had paid for it back. The front desk gentleman came to me as they were finishing and informed me that both my tires and rear brake pads needed replacing. He then proceeded to tell me that I could wait a little while longer on both instead of trying to sell me on the spot. The wok was done and the price was better than the Valvoline right next door! I requested a oil change, air filter, change, tire rotation. They told me it would take an hour. I actually took an hour and 40 minutes. I told him that I was in a hurry before I got there... So much that I was willing to come back tomorrow morning when time wouldn't be an issue. Then, when I got home, I found oil all over my floor mats and oil all over my drivers door inside and outside as well as hand prints everywhere So as instructed, I took it back to the shop where the shop manager threaten to kick my butt out front. Yelling and screaming -we both were. The value was bad. It cost me $258 and change to have the inside of my truck treated like a 1984 Ford ranger Read my other reviews. Came in for a tire balance and the team discovered a small radiator leak. Could have been catastrophic. After showing me and going over options, I had them replace the radiator and the water pump. Big O. Big No is right, as another client posted. Long story short, they do not stand behind their work/mistakes. They were supposed to replace 4 valve stems and only did 3, in addition to replacing the tires with Pressures of 10, 12, 19, 29 lbs on a tire that should have been at 40 lbs/rated for 60. They demeaned me as a woman, talking slowly to me and then telling me that because I brought the tires that were flat up to 45 because I assumed the valve stems were bad instead of their staff just not airing them up, that it was my fault there was an issue. They finally determined that it was their issue, because 3 of the 4 were fine, and fixed/refixed the 4th (after i drove on tires that were that low). Then exiting the work bay they gave keys to my manual transmission Jeep to a kid who didn't know how to drive a stick and he smoked my clutch. My pressure plate is now warped, but since it still shifts they feel nothing is due for any kind of discussion on reparations. Just an FYI to those using this branch. read more

These guys are so helpful and nice! They give me a ride home and back when my car is ready, text me to make sure everything is still working well, they're always available to start working on my car immediately, and Steve and Mike make me feel so important. I'm not joking when I say the crew here saved my life... I moved to Arizona from California about a month ago, and my Jeep had just made the long drive. My car started to feel very bumpy recently so I called Big O around noon on a Friday. They were able to take me right away so I drove over and dropped off my car. Within an hour I had a call back and they let me know I was lucky to have made it in with my tires and gave me the details about the issues. Only a couple hours later I was able to pick up my car with 4 new tires for their amazing buy two get two free deal. They also fixed my alignment for free, and my car has never driven better. They do not complete the job as they promise. For me they said how long it would take to do the job and then repeatedly delay until it impacted my schedule. I was very clear with them what my time constraints were and that I didn't want work if the time frame wouldn't work. 3 delays and now I'm getting my car back the way it originally was dropped off. I went to Big O Tires after I had damaged 2 rims and tires driving on Pinnacle Peak Rd while under construction. They were professional, responsive and took care of me that day. At that time I told them I would return in a few months to replace the other 2 tires. So out of the blue, a few months later, I get a text message from Steve asking how my car was doing. I texted him and asked for a quote for the 2 additional tires and I went on a few days later and they took care of me. On 2/11 my daughter had 2 tires put on her newly purchased vehicle that evening it starting d to go flat so the next morning she took the car back in- they told her her rim was cracked and quoted 1100 for a new rim and tire (FYI it's less than $300 at the dealership) Her parents stepped in and contacted the store and was given the GMs number who was called and he hung up on her saying there are legally to crack a rim, mount a tire and then not tell the person and allow them to drive on the cracked rim!! So parents contact Big Os comp dept, BBB, Consumer Affairs Asst AG of AZ, and ACLU for age and sex discrimination concerns. Went back in with very stated concerns, GM Blade told us that Big O does not throughly inspect tires after installation AND that if there are issues they are not liable or culpable. He also stated that their work is not inspected after it is completed!! Parents start filming and they are asked to leave and when the parents ask him to restate it on camera the employee at the store goes to physically assault the mother and the GM Blade had to hold back the employee. Yes physically assault a woman!! I am beyond shocked by this company! Have left another message with compliant dept and updated the filing with other agencies to included threats and violent behavior by an employee. This used to be a decent store until recently changed ownership , for years I went there and purchased tires and other services for my cars and other family members. Last year I purchased new tires and paid for the extended warranty or road hazard but after I got those tires the car always vibrated (even after they balanced the wheels) finally after it got really bad I purchased new tires at Costco and was told that these tires were separating (still have over 80% ) I went back to claim my warranty and I was told by the manager that it was nothing they could do, What a SCAM! read more

I brought my sons car in for an 10am appointment oil change. They said they would do a full inspection as part of the oil change. At 11am the service advisor came out and told me that my breaks were at 1 mm and that I had two tires that were badly worn that needed to be changed out as it was dangerous for someone to drive with them like that. I needed to get the brakes and tires changed and he pressured me that it needed it immediately. The price for the brakes was $585. My husband was very skeptical and checked pricing at Honda that was $269.95 for the axle so he told me to just leave and go to Honda. They then proceeded to make me wait for my car for another 45 minutes when I said I didn't want to do the brakes or tires with them. During this time one of the service advisors was having an argument on the phone with a customer because the customer was misled about when they would get their tires or something. After he got off the phone, he was using profanities and saying that the company can fire him - very unprofessional and it was more evidence that this was not where I should have my car repairs done. When I took the car to Honda the service tech did their own inspection without any knowledge of the Big O Tire findings with our brakes repair. The service advisor said the brakes were at 5 mm not 1 and the tires were all still in good shape so nothing needed there. I am writing this review so that other customers will be cautious when this company tells you that you have additional repairs needed - in fact I would steer clear of this company! read more
