Nash called me in for a software recall on the ECU of my Africa Twin. Since I was going in anyway, I figured I'd ask them to swap out my tires with other tires I owned. They charged me $350 just to pop different tires onto the bike. On top of that, they shattered the display screen on the Africa Twin while the bike was in their care. When I asked them about it they said, " Sorry, we don't have an explanation." Nothing else was done to remedy the damage during service. I would highly recommend that if you need any service work done to have it done elsewhere. read more

I'm a young female in a male's playground of course they don't like it when we get good things They screwed me over bad on a 2021 pre-owned Can-Am they claim to have done a whole lot of "work" to this side-by-side; when I went to take it in for a full inspection and service to a different shop I was told I needed $4,000 in repaires. Already needing to that is crazy.. My biggest mistake was going to Nash powersports in the first place I can go on on how much worse it got but they are not worth it. Meaning I would need to get an attorney to sue this place..!!! They are fake!!! I purchased a Kayo fox 70 talk about a lemon would never waste my money on a Kayo again. tried to buy a dirtbike they had advertised online asked for an over the they wouldn't give me a price unless I my name. Sorry I don't walk into Walmart and purchase things with giving my name. The hokey attitude ever since they relocated, they've possibly just too big for britches. It's kind of sad. 5/2021 I purchased a new, 2021 Can Am Maverick X3 Max Turbo R from Nash Powersports on 7th street in Phoenix for $33k. This is my first SXS and I specifically went with them based on multiple recommendations to avoid Ride Now by trusted colleagues. At the time of purchase, I was impressed with Nash and the service received. I also spent about $28k in accessories installed by Nash. Within 4 months of the original purchase date, the car started having issues with the clutch, and on 2 occasions after Nash installed upgraded parts, the faulty installation led to the front driver linkage falling apart in the middle of a ride in the sand dunes, and the rear end almost falling off, held on by merely 1 thread of the bolts. Both instances could have led to serious injury or death. Every time I had to bring the car in for service, I was informed that the service team was all new and better than the previous team and I should feel confident my car would be fixed correctly this time. With employee turnaround like this, sometimes only a month between visits, it speaks volume about the management and working environment here. Clutch issues: Beginning 9/2021 the car repeatedly went into limp mode with Engine misfire codes and blowing belts constantly. I advised the Service Writer that I believed this to be caused by a bad clutch. This went on consistently, going through an average of 1-2 belts each time it was taken out, and a lot of wasted free time waiting for the car to reset and be able to drive again after the limp codes came up. Every time it was brought in, I was told it is driver error and the belts were not being properly broke in even though I followed the mfg recommended guidelines precisely. In 5/2023 Nash finally agreed the clutch seemed to have issues and rebuilt it. It was at 97 hours, and they also performed the 200-hour service then hoping it might help with the Limp mode issues as well. 10/2023 car back in limp mode and again told to purchase another belt and it was driver error. 12/2023, put on a ride, the clutch shattered, and the transmission fluid was pouring out of the belt housing. It was at this point they finally decided the stock clutch was faulty and upgraded it to a P Drive clutch. 3/2024 - Took car in for service as it had lost all power, and rectifier was replaced under warranty. The car sat until 9/2024 and when I went to move it, the car was in limp mode again with the same codes as is has consistently been. I took it in for diagnostics and was told that the wiring in my car was a mess, and they could not work on it because of this. I explained that I had the car in their shop in 6/2023 and paid them $1000 to re-wire and exposed wires form added accessories. The manager took care of that, and I was again advised the limp mode was from a bad belt. They sold me another one and at this point I have lost count on how many I have gone through. 1/2025 I took the car to the sand dunes and within 1 mile of leaving camp, the car is in limp mode once again, same P301, 2, & 3 Engine misfire codes. I was unable to use it the entire trip (this has become a standard for me). I took the car back in upon my return and was informed that my clutch and bearing were smoked once again, and this would not be covered under my warranty. I was also informed that the service writer had gone to BRP to see what they may be able to do to help, and was told by BRP it is my fault, and I was driving the car at RPM too low for high gear, this was based on my Buds file data pulled from the car. After about 2 weeks of talking with the GM Terry, who was very cordial and did seem to be trying to help, the result was BRP is unwilling to do anything, and they deny any claims that their equipment may be faulty. I told Nash to just bring my car back and I was not going to have it repaired at their facility ever again! It is at this point I am informed that I can pick up my car and it is ok to drive, and the clutch is simply worn, not smoked. I take the car put the following weekend, and again immediately in limp mode. My son made a phone call to a reputable SXS mechanic, and while explaining the situation about my Can Am to him, he immediately interrupted him when he said it was upgraded with a P Drive clutch. He stated that when you change the clutch the car requires a tune. Purchased the tuner, and my car is now Limp mode free. I am beside myself that this has gone on for 4 years and not 1 person mentioned this, and even the manufacturer BRP did not catch this? They resorted to just blaming me and my driving for the issues. And I have NEVER received an answer to the question of why they told me the last time I brought it in the clutch and bearing were smoked, and now there is nothing other than wear wrong with it. I negotiated a price on a used 2025 Yamaha Rmax side by side. The quotation was $21,487.50 and while not ideal, it was in the higher range of what is reasonable to pay. Thus I made an appointment and travelled 40 miles to the other side of town to inspect the machine. The salesman was unimpressive and seemed to be short on facts including if they were the original selling dealer and if they had records of scheduled service/maintenance being performed. I asked to test drive the vehicle as I was seriously considering buying it then and there. It seemed like an unusual request to the salesman, but after much hullabaloo I was asked for a copy of my driver's license and filled out liability paperwork. No problem from me. I walked to the vehicle and got in the driver seat. It was then that something happened that I've never witnessed in buying millions of dollars worth of high end luxury cars and off road vehicles in my 66 years on this earth: the salesman told me I was not allowed to drive the car I planned on purchasing! At first I thought he was joking....but he wasn't. I got out of the vehicle and said that I would never buy any vehicle from anyone if my request for a test drive was denied. I promptly left. Notably, I was the only customer in this large store during the entire time of my visit. These people turned away and lost a customer with cash in hand today! It is still America and the dealer can do whatever he wants. However I am amazed that anyone would buy anything from them without learning and test driving first. They tout that they are "family owned." I owned and operated several multimillion dollar businesses prior to retirement but I would not have survived had we displayed the kind of "customer service " that Nash has done. I would think Mr. Nash would at least like to know about how his business is being (mis)managed. I was outraged at the waste of my time and travel to be treated in such a horrifically stupid way. I suggest not wasting your time or money at Nash. There are too many worthy sellers out there. The company promised to make it right and get the replacement part and switch it out but it's been over a year and we have never received the new part. Bought a 2013 BMW F800GS from this dealership and it was a nightmare. Sat around for 2 days while it was being "serviced" and got charged over $500 for an oil change, spark plugs and brake fluid change (things they should do when selling anyone a bike anyway). Then they charged me another $400 for "PDI". Bike was filthy dirty, chain was dry as a bone, the rear tire was almost worn to the threads and the rear wheel leaked air massively due to a hack job of a tubeless conversion. Was very dangerous to ride on and never should have been sold to me as is. They tried pulling the wool over my eyes with their financing offers to sweeten the pot for themselves to an insane degree. This review is for the basic motorcycle training class. The instructors are actually amazing. I really could not ask for a better class besides less time of the in class portion part. The first day they took us to the parking lot with a variety of 250cc motorcycles. I went from zero to hero in motorcycle knowledge. All the way enough for the second day, I was able to put the skills to the test and pass the skills test. It was an easy in and out type of deal where I was able to get my full motorcycle endorsement over the course of 2 days. Be VERY careful when they offer the "interest free for one year" card. That is NOT true - unless you pay off the balance within the year, that interest is definitely not free. At the end of the year BPR / Citi will slap you with all of the "back interest" in its entirety. I was absolutely NOT told about this or I never would have agreed to the card. By the time I walked out the door with their BS Prepaid parts/labor, Freight, Dealer prep, Dealer title processing, I paid $7,000.00. These are insane additional charges and even more frustrating when I barely got them to take $100.00 off the price of the bike. I also talked to them about trading it in and getting a bigger bike and they refused to discuss any numbers over the phone, even though I sent pictures showing the bike had less than 200 miles and not a scratch on it, yet they demanded to see it before even discussing ballpark numbers. However the next couple bikes I bought, they just took complete advantage of me, and while I considered that a market adjustment in the harder times, I soon realized that they were just as bad as Ride now. I put down a deposit on a bike and waited a few months for it to come in, only for them to double the MSRP and tell me to kick rocks when I asked for a better deal. They lost my business for good. If you are wanting to purchase a honda, make the drive to western honda, they are family owned, and are still willing to make deals. I am not sure about all these reviews about not being helped or of finance people being overbearing. When these people walk in to any kind of dealer and they are approached at any kind of sales person they are going to be the people that are like "god leave me alone", but if they aren't helped and people are like "WTF you guys suck". So yes, this place is the latter and are not up in your face within 10 min of you walking in the door. While I have been here two days for my purchase I saw plenty of employees give people a few minuted to walk around and then approach them. Or heaven forbid, some people actually were a little outgoing when they walked in, approached someone and had an actual conversation instead of thinking they will read your mind when you'd like to be helped at a certain time. I did just that. Saw Alex by a computer and asked to talk to Rod. Rod was busy so Alex said he'd be glad to help. Saw the bike we were talking about. Chatted about it, and other bike options as well to consider. Came back a few days later and go the deal done. Not sure where comments are coming from about finance being pushy or confrontational. They were straight forward, accommodating and open to discussions about the terms. My trade price was very fair and when it came time to sign documents, they did provide the usual (GAP, tire/battery insurance, warranty coverage, maintenance plan), but at NO time was it pushy. It literally was here is what we have, do you want any of it. Alex was communicative during the couple days between first going in and the purchase day. But as some of these reviews show, some people wait for dealer employees to contact them. It was my purchase so whenever I reached out with questions, Alex was there and responded in a timely manner. I experienced none of these negative reviews experiences. It was without a doubt the best motorcycle trade/purchase experience i have had. Glad I came across them! read more

Be aware when dealing with Nash Power Sports, Documentation available for review Sir, A number of months ago I discussed with you issues I had with my Can Am. Here is the continuing saga of these issues. Please review and advise if it would be worth meeting up and discussing my options. The following is a summary of the issues I am having with dealership who I bought a Can Am UTV from: Purchased Can Am in Sept of 2018 Purchased what I was told was a new trailer with Can Am at the same time Upon being brought home and an inspection found multiple issues with the trailer. Paint chipped and rusted in spots 4 Different tires on trailer. Returned to dealership owner admitted he allowed the trailer to be used by individuals to take UTV'S out for test drives. Got money back and went to Jackson trailers and purchased new trailer. On 10/31/18 Can Am had broken 5 belts. Unit taken in for repairs, broken belt. Told this occurred because of owner abuse so warrantee would not be covered. Told this by Shop supervisor came from Can Am. When I called Can Am, they said shop supervisor stated this. When I contacted shop supervisor, he denied it and claims he called Can Am and they denied saying it. Yet cost still not covered under warrantee and extended warrantee which was taken out. I asked for all documentation and correspondence between dealership and Can Am was told no this was privileged information between them and Can Am. The last broken belt tore up bearing/seal. Paid approx. $1800 for repairs, not including misc. expenses. Upon receiving unit back took unit out again broke another belt. This time I was told by the Shop supervisor, Eric, that the clutch has loss bolts and a missing bolt. When asked for refund on first repair and damaged belts approx. $1000.00 was told no . I was then told by shop supervisor, Eric to find another dealership to take unit too. During conversations with Eric he would say one thing but next time we talked he denied saying anything, so I had to get an App called Tape a Call, so I had evidence against him. Upon talking to the owner of company personally, Bill Nash, he stated he would bring a trailer by my place on his way home Thursday to pick up the unit. He never showed so I called him on Monday the owner stated that he told me to call him Thursday if things were good. He never said that my spouse was present at the time of the call. I took unit in to Ride Now for oil change. At that time, they found that the Turbo was going out. They quoted a repair price of approx. $3,500.00. I advised that I purchased an extended warrantee when I purchased the unit. I was then advised that there is no record of me having one. After multiple calls to RPM 1 the insurance provider I was then informed by Gladis from RPM1 on 3/17/2020 provider that the policy was cancelled. When I asked who cancelled the policy, they advised it could only be cancelled by owner of the unit or Nash dealership. I did not cancel so who was money returned to? I was informed it was sent to NASH Powersports who failed return money to me. Upon contacting Nash Powersports, I talked with Lorien Luft who advised me it was cancelled in 08/2019 by Nash Powersports. This was followed up with a confirmation email dated Apr 14, 2020 . After two weeks of unit being in the shop a new policy was put in place by Nash Powersports. I have been told by Ride Now that they have never seen a Turbo go out on a unit with so few hours on it. The unit was repaired but now there is an oil leak. The unit has been in the shop 3 times and for a total of 2 weeks so far. I was just informed by Ride Now that the oil leak is actually the transmission seal is bad. All in all, this unit has been in shop for at least 4 months probably more.
