Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing. When I arrived, the owner appeared to be in a very bad mood. He came out, took my keys, briefly acknowledged the issue with the cabriolet top, and immediately started walking away. I tried to explain that there were a few additional issues I wanted addressed, but he interrupted and said something along the lines of, "As you can see, I have more cars I can work on. I can work on the cab top," and then walked away. I understand that any busy shop can have stressful days, but there is no excuse for being dismissive or rude to a customer. My wife was with me and was equally surprised by the interaction. Customer service and communication matter, especially when you're trusting someone with a valuable vehicle. I ultimately chose not to leave my car there and instead went to Stuttgart Southwest, where the experience was completely different. They took the time to listen, discuss the concerns, and made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. To be fair, I cannot comment on the quality of Murta Motorsports' workmanship because I never had any work performed there. However, based on my experience with the owner, I was not comfortable doing business with them. Being busy is one thing, but treating potential customers with respect is essential for any successful business.

Cameron, the owner, also promised to connect me with a ding specialist to address some dings, a follow-up he never made. Shortly after the detail, a trim piece came loose in an unusual location that I attributed to the service. About 21 days later I stopped by to have it snapped back in place -- a simple fix worth maybe $20. Cameron refused. His position was that I had waited too long to report it and had not communicated quickly enough. When I pointed out the disproportion -- $1,100 spent, a $100 tip given, and a $20 fix declined -- he scoffed and held firm. Two unfulfilled commitments. No goodwill gesture. No accountability. The detail work itself is good, but if Cameron makes you a promise or something goes wrong after the service, don't expect follow-through or any effort to make it right.
