Strike 3 - The young lady at another store followed the policy and wouldn't put air in my tires - guess they don't want to help even if it means putting the client in danger. We have been buying tires from Discount Tire for more than 10 years and we own several cars. I'm sure they won't miss my business but everyone should know their concern for the customer isn't what it used to be and we have choices.

Then they charged me to balance them again, even though this was their fault. I recently just had them put another set of tires on one of our company vehicles and two out of four of the valve stems went bad and of course they wanted to charge an additional $15 for their mistake. This location's quality has went way down and we're having issues. We should not have. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

The dealership said she needed a new tire because of some defect in the tire. She wanted a second opinion, took it to Gunnells and the tire is fine, doesn't need replacing. 2nd anecdote: I got air in my tires at Discount Tire and the tech said I need new tires my read is super low. I thought that was odd since my tires are only 1.5 years old. Took them to Gunnells for a free tire rotation and they said my tires are good and do not need replacing. When my tires do need replacement, I'm definitely buying at Gunnells. When I bought tires there a few years ago for another vehicle, they were the most affordable compared to discount tire and Costco.
