I bring my vehicle to you, entrusting that you, the professional will fix and repair my vehicle so that I and the others around me are safe. You did not do that today. You put my life and the lives of others in danger when the upper sway bar and link bolt were not tightened. Nut was put on with approximately two threads engaged. And yet I gave you 4,400 dollars of my money that I work for to survive and you could've killed me. What part of this do you think is ok?? Not only did you royally not inspect or review your work..you also never have in the past either. I was there a few weeks ago for an oil change you didnt even tighten the oil filter!! You also didn't replace the fastener grommets under your hood !!
