We have had a slow leak in one of our tires for about a week. It was odd as some days it was fine and holding air and then we'd wake up the next morning after losing 10 psi. It was way more than what we would've had on a typical hot cold Weather temp adjust tire pressure. Anyway, we took the car in to have them take a look, and they found a screw and patched the tire and amazingly, all for free! There was no way to get checked in and the entire process took about 30 minutes. It was refreshing for someone not to be trying to sell us a new tire and all we needed was a patch. Called Sunday for service and to order tires from a lady named Erica was told it won't be there till Monday morning she calls me and tells me it's there I told her I'll be in later today that Monday I call around 3pm to get service done Monday the front desk people tell me "last car is at 4pm" So I go in tues for 2 tires and alignment like what I told Eric'a @12pm I was there all day 12-6 close past close for the alignment and 2 tires I was communicated with anything I was told before pay out my tires took so long because they had to go get it when I ordered it Sunday morning. And had a ticket number and WO filled out But besides the fact that employees were fighting with each other and yelling while I was out side taking phone calls. I took my car back bc the alignment was off I asked for proof of work and what exactly needs to be replaced no before or after paper work of alignment shows me a photo of the alignment rack numbers could be any car just a horrible experience considering I had almost the same people beginning of this year. My tpms light was on due to a low tire and I called over to Big-O to see if they could just check my air pressure and I did let them know I have Nitrogen in my tires. The employee led with the fact that they would happily check my air pressure just by pulling up to a bay and flagging down a technician......BUT, THEY WOULD CHARGE ME. He asked how many tires were low, which I have no idea because it doesn't say a position. So he just assumed it'd be for all four, which came out of over 30 dollars!! I paid $60 when I bought my new tires at another company and they filled up all four tires from 0 to 33psi. These crooks wants half that to just put a few pounds in?! If this is how they do business for a simple tire pressure check (n ya I get Nitrogen costs money) then I want absolutely nothing to do with them. Thankfully I found another shop and they were more than happy to put the 3 pounds I was low into my ONE TIRE for free from their Nitrogen tank. read more

Had a cap nail in my work vehicle tire, originally went to discount tire however not only did they not have the tire needed for my truck but also the associate (whom I believe was the manager) was very harsh and cold and suggested I go with something other than an all terrain tire which would not have matched the other tires on my vehicle... He didn't make me feel very welcome and was just plain rude, the vibe was so weird I left and took my business to big O. Upon doing so I was delighted that I was greeted with a warm welcome by Roberto Flores and his team over at the 7th street location. A MASSIVE RIP OFF AND BAIT AND SWITCH. DO NOT GO TO BIG O TIRES. went to the website, selected my tires, made an appointment. Showed up and was told the product I selected wasn't there (even though it was "recommended" by the site) and then was told that the price I was quoted was just for the four tires, and that "customers are pissed off by this all of time" even though I made a "service appointment". They then added 500 dollars to the price including $372 in labor to install and balance the tires after also charging a "tire installation package" of 22.99 per tire. I get it, there are always add ons, BUT DOUBLING THE PRICE AFTER SOMEONE TAKES TIME OUT OF THE DAY IS JUST BAD BUSINESS. Especially if you are doing it so often that "customers are pissed off all of the time". Quoted 615 dollars. Paid 1106. AVOID BIG O AT ALL COSTS. read more

purchase tires and when i went to have them put on my property was stolen out of my console this company went through my vehicle without my permission instead of asking for my wheel lock. spoke with assistant manager manager who refused to look at camera called and spoke to store manager who immediately cut me off without listening to what happen and hung up in my face threating to call police on me. not only did they take property out of my console they also broke all 4 wheel locks off and failed to notify me of what they done. The police was called the next day for civilian stand by and when the police looked at my vehicle they said ma'am all of your wheel locks are broken off i didn't even know, because they didn't tell me. Its been almost a week and owner or manager still haven't look at video the owner was making excused that i have tinted windows and probably can't see without even looking at video. i also was accused of calling in to corporate on another day by owner and i told him i could pull phone records and prove that is a lie. read more

I received an email from Big O Tires informing me of a Buy 2/Get 2 tires offer. When I clicked on the link, it showed me tires for my car that were eligible for the offer. I selected 2 tires and booked the appointment. It didn't allow me to add on the required care package and installation for all 4, so I called the shop on Thursday morning to confirm my order and make sure they had all 4 in stock for Saturday. The guy on the phone told me the tires I selected weren't eligible. I told him I could send a screenshot of the website specifically identifying the tires. He provided me the email address and I sent it along. After 5 hours, I called back and another guy told me a manager wasn't available to give me an update. Closing in on the weekend, I wanted to make sure my Saturday plans were secure. I called Big O support to ask why I would get incorrect info from them for an offer -- they created a "ticket" and will get back to me next week. Come Saturday, I never heard a peep from the 7th Street location. Moral of the story: Discount Tire had a set of 4 tires of better quality for LESS than Big O and the road care package was included. These guys wanted to charge me for replacing my struts and wheels. They had my vehicle for 7 days, I approved for new wheels to be replaced but not the struts. I went to check on the van and saw that they did not replace anything. After asking for my vehicle back, they decided that they couldn't release it withought the managers approval. I called corporate to start a claim, they told me that I needed to wait 24 to 48 hours for someone to get back to me. I ended up calling the cops. STAY away from this place! read more

Big Os saved us!!!!! We were in trouble with our car and tires during a road trip from Phoenix to Carlsbad and big bend National park as our whole car was shaking uncontrollably and Big Os completely changed the trajectory of our trip. They balanced our tires and removed the symptoms of shaking so quickly and with such a reasonable price. We also bought windshield wipers and as we were struggling to put them on in the parking lot, the amazing people there came out and helped us put them on in no time. Took my car in to get a bent rim replaced. They told me it would take 1:15 max, but it took 2:30. They replaced the rim, but said they had to replace the tire pressure sensor too. Now I'm getting a tire pressure sensor fault on the dashboard. Was told to bring it back in when I have a little time and any of the service advisors could fix it, which presumably includes the service advisor that didn't do it right in the first place. Somebody reached out to check how things went, and when I told them how things went they just said "sorry for the inconvience (sic)." read more

I brought my car here for an oil change last week and everyone was so sweet and helpful. I had called ahead to see if they were available to do the oil change that morning, and Major was so nice and told me to come on by! Once I got there, the service was quick, and the team of employees at the desk were very nice. Afterwards, no one tried to upsell me on anything, they just said I was good to go! Big O Tires, 7th Street and Camelback SCAM ALERT! This shop sends out a free oil change coupon only to bait and switch you when you arrive. The coupon says free oil change for your vehicle and makes no mention of conventional vs. synthetic oil. Once you arrive they inform you that you get $30 dollars off, and they want to charge you $50 for the oil change. When I read the coupon to the manager, he said it was a corporate thing and since he was with corporate he would not honor their coupon. If they are this shady and unethical with such a low cost item, I cannot even imagine what kind of nonsense they would pull for a major repair. Steer clear, you have been warned. read more

This place is a complete disaster I went to get a simple oil change the next day my skid plate fell off and needed to get it fixed and put back on, I was told almost all the screws were missing so they never even bothered to put it back on correctly. For the next 2 weeks I had a strong smell of oil in my car I checked under the hood only to find my oil cap was never put back on, I had oil splashing all over my engine.
